several error on a blue screen in windows 8

Hello

Windows 8 machine get several error on blue screen with different bug control every time. mini dump link http://1drv.ms/YASxed

Can you please give some help to solve this problem?

Thank you.

Hello

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1A)

This indicates that an error occurred serious memory management.

Error checking 1 a, {fffff68000012430, aa300001401e0886,411, fffff68000012031}

-1 setting of the bug check is 411 indicating a page table entry (PTE) was damaged.

I suspect a 3rd driver causing corruption.

-----------------------

1. uninstall your Netgear Wireless Solution software, it is unnecessary and dated for almost 8 years ago.

2 Please also also uninstall your software Check Point, of course, a virtual card. Device drivers are 7 years old.

3 if accidents continue after both of foregoing, please activate the driver verifier:

Driver Verifier:

What is the driver verifier?

Driver Verifier monitors Windows kernel-mode drivers, drivers graphics and even 3rd party drivers to detect function calls illegal or actions that could corrupt the system. Driver verifier may submit Windows drivers to a variety of constraints and testing to find the incorrect behavior.

Essentially, if there is a 3rd driver party supposed to be originally the issues at hand, enabling Driver Verifier will help us see which specific driver is causing the problem.

Before you enable Driver Verifier, it is recommended to create a System Restore Point:

Vista - START | type rstrui - create a restore point
Windows 7 - START | type create | Select "create a Restore Point.
Windows 8/8.1 - http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/4690-restore-point-create-windows-8-a.html

How to enable the driver verifier:

Start > type "auditor" without quotes > select the following options.

1. select - 'create a custom settings (for code developers).
2 select - "choose custom a complete list settings.
3 check the following boxes.
-Special pool
-Pool management
-Force IRQL control
-Detection of blockages
-Security Checks (only on Windows 7 & 8/8.1)
-DDI compliance verification (only on Windows 8/8.1)
-Cheques
4 select - "select the driver names from a list.
5 click the 'supplier '. This will cause the sorting of all drivers by the provider.
6 check EACH box that is NOT provided by Microsoft / Microsoft Corporation.
7 click Finish.
8 restart.

Important information about driver verifier:

-Perhaps the most important which I now make it clear that it was bad often, activation of the Verifier itself is not! a solution, but rather a diagnostic utility. He'll tell us if a driver is causing your problems, but even once it will not solve your problems purely and simply.

-If the Driver Verifier finds a violation, the system will search BSOD. To expand on that a bit more for those interested, more precisely what driver verifier actually does is he's looking for any driver to perform illegal function calls, causing leaks memory, etc.. When and / in this case, the corruption of the system occurs if allowed to continue. When Driver Verifier is enabled by my instructions above, it is followed all pilots 3rd part (as we have defined it this way) and when he catches a pilot tries to do, it will be quickly mark this driver as being a troublemaker and bring down the system safely above all corruption may occur.

-After activation of the Verifier and rebooting the system, according to the culprit, if for example, the driver is started, you may not return to normal Windows because Driver Verifier detects in violation almost right away, and as noted above, which will cause / force a BSOD.

In this case, do not panic, follow these steps:

-Start in Safe Mode by pressing repeatedly F8 key during boot to the top.

-Once in Mode safe - start > Search > type "cmd" without the quotes.

-To disable the Driver Verifier feature, type cmd ' auditor/Reset"without the quotes.

-Reboot and start Windows normally.

If your OS has become corrupt or you cannot start Windows after you disable the auditor through Safe Mode:

-Start in Safe Mode by pressing repeatedly F8 key during boot to the top.

-Once in Mode safe - start > type "System Restore" without the quotes.

-Select the previously created restore point.

-Note that Safe Mode for Windows 8/8.1 is a little different, and you may need to try different methods: 5 ways to boot into Safe Mode on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1

How long can I keep the compatible driver verifier for?

I recommend keeping it activated for at least 24 hours. If you do not BSOD right there, turn off Driver Verifier. Usually, I say if, yes or no, I would like for you to keep active longer.

My system BSODS with enabled, driver verifier where I can find the crash dumps?

-If you have the system planned to generate small images of memory, they are in the %systemroot%\Minidump.

-If you have the system planned to generate images of the kernel memory, it will be located in the % systemroot % Directory and labeled MEMORY. DMP.

Important information if you have received a STOP Code

If you have received a blue screen error, or stop code, the computer stopped abruptly to protect against data loss. A hardware device, its driver or software might have caused this error. If your copy of Windows is shipped with your computer, contact your computer manufacturer. If you purchased Windows separately from your computer, Microsoft provides support. To find contact information for Microsoft or the manufacturer of your computer, Contact Support.

If you have experience with computers and try to recover from this error, follow the steps in the Microsoft article solution STOP (blue screen) errors in Windows.

    1. Download and install updates for your computer from Windows Update device drivers.
    2. Scan your computer for computer viruses.
    3. Check your hard drive for errors.

    LeAPC_INDEX_MISMATCHErreur settings

The following settings are displayed on the blue screen.

    Parameter Description

    1

The address of the system (system call) function or a worker routine.

    2

The value of the field ApcStateIndex of the current thread.

    3

The value of the field CombinedApcDisable of the current thread. This field consists of two separate 16-bit fields: (thread-> SpecialApcDisable < 16)=""> wire-> KernelApcDisable.)

    4

Type (system call 0-, 1 - routine worker) of the call.

    Cause

The most common cause of this bug check is when a system file or driver has a sequence are mismatched calls to deactivate and reactivate the APCs. The data key item is theThread-> CombinedApcDisable field. The CombinedApcDisable field is composed of two separate 16-bit fields: SpecialApcDisable and KernelApcDisable. A negative value of field indicates that a driver has disabled APC normal or special (respectively) without them the reactivation. A positive value indicates that a pilot has allowed normal TTB or special too many times.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello

Uninstall Faultwire and look for the codes manually as needed. The link to troubleshooting blue screen
page will show you how to get them.

How old is the system? A real computer store (not the leeks and glances at a Best Buy or other large surfaces)
Stores) can help to give a proper diagnosis of the machine.

You can use Safe Mode - repeatedly tap F8 as you start - use to back up your data in a redundant
way off the machine. Then re-install Windows that "might" help if the problem is software partner.
Of course, you will need to reinstall your programs and restore the data in the machine.

Although there are a large number of errors there could be a cause for all. Try to remove ALL power and
reinstall all the memory cards and cables (at both ends, when possible) - actually delete and replace.
do not just tight. Clean the dust bunnies (of course those who are for a PC - for a laptop to ensure that)
the vents are clear). Try using a small fan blowing through the vents to see if heat is a problem.

Update key drivers - display/video, NETWORK card and WiFi (network), sound (do not forget to check the sound card drivers
What update because they will often rollback then repeat the installation until the correct version appears), modem
and all of the other major features, you could have as 3rd party mouse or keyboard.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For
each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description,.
version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver in the Windows updates,
This leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause
questions. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it) and then go look for new ones
    manually if you wish.

How to disable automatic driver Installation in Windows Vista - drivers
    http://www.AddictiveTips.com/Windows-Tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-Windows-Vista/
    http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc730606 (WS.10) .aspx

NOTE: Often restore audio drivers to check the version after installing and restarting is
see if the version you have installed is there, otherwise repeat the installation - restart until it is. This may take
several tests according to the recommitments how much he makes.

    Hope these helps.

Rob Brown - MS MVP - Windows Desktop Experience: Bike - Mark Twain said it right.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error usually occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.

If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.

To help you suggest several steps to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:

    • Did you just install a new program or a piece of hardware, update a driver, install an update, etc. ?

    • You get the error message? Please provide the exact error message / error code.

I suggest you try using the methods below and check if it can help solve the problem.

Method 1: Run the Safe Mode and perform a clean boot

Step 1: Safe Mode. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services. Start your operating system in this way and see if the problem appears.

Start the computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists. Follow these steps to start the computer in safe mode.

Click on the link and follow the steps in Start parameters of Windows (including safe mode)

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows-8/Windows-startup-settings-including-safe-mode

If the problem does not exist in safe mode, try to perform a clean boot and check.

Step 2: Perform the clean boot.

Reference: How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After troubleshooting, consult this section «How to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting»

If the problem persists I suggest you follow method 2

    Method 2:

Resolution of errors blue screen in Windows

    Reference: http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/resolve-Windows-blue-screen-errors

IMPORTANT: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Also check your installed programs. If you see something that you have not installed and is not part of Windows, use the Remove Programs option.

Hope this information is useful. Please let us know if you need help with Windows.

I bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite M840. When I took my laptop to work, when all of a sudden my laptop crashed? It came with (athw8x.sys) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error on a blue screen. The problem is still ongoing and happens at least once a day, and it seems to be crashing more often?

    I created minidumps.

Can someone help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

    There are two questions.

    1 - athw8x.sys (your wifi atheros driver)

    2 - Symantec.

I would completely remove the atheros driver and remove Symantec and use the built in Defender

Remove the driver current completely and install the latest driver available.  For instructions on how to do read everything to update the drivers of my partner JMH3143 http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-hardware/updating-a-driver/a5e6345e-af9b-4099-bef0-8d22254aa1c1?tm=1436753520149 here
  • Need to solve an Error Message 7B - blue screen of death/boot loop

    Hey community,.

I need help. I'll try to find a way to resolve the error message on blue screen 7 b on a laptop HP Compaq 6710 b using XP, but he took trapped in a loop of boot BSOD and I can't access the command prompt to try to fix it. The situation is further complicated by the fact that the laptop has never been saved, and there is no XP discs for me to reinstall from.

Wipe the drive and starting over is not a huge loss, but I need instructions on how to do that, without being able to use the last good config or the factory restore to XP disks.

I'm sure that this information is on the internet somewhere, but the search engines sent me on a wild goose chase and I really hope I can solve this problem myself. I've only worked with Vista and need guidance on this.

If anyone knows what to do, Please HELP! Good karma coming your way!

    Thank you

Usually, I get this error when you try to transfer a hard drive from one pc to another, or after replacing a motherboard. The problem is probably the chipset/mass storage drivers.
I had limited success by starting in safe mode and (re) install the drivers downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
Here is the link to help you: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3356622&taskId=135&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=3356620&lang=en&cc=us

    I hope I helped!

  • Unable to start - blue screen after Windows update

original title; on dell dimension C521... blue screen after Windows update last night 3/9...3:00am...running Vista

Can not even go in safe mode

    Hello

try to do a startup repair or a system restore before the update using the Startup Repair disk if you don't have a vista dvd microsoft

the link below is how to download and get a vista disk startup repair, which you can start from the

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

Here's how to use startup repair system restore command prompt, etc. to bleepingcomputers link below

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html

to boot from the dvd drive to be able to you will see a way to get into the bios Setup at the bottom of the screen or command menu start

It would be F2 or delete etc to enter the BIOS or F12 etc. for the start menu

Change boot order it do dvd drive 1st in the boot order

If you can make the above change how you receive updates to find the update problem

When right-clicking on it UAC prompt you hide it

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial140.html

    Choose one of these settings:

Download updates but let me choose whether to install them - if you select this option, Windows will download the updates on your computer, but not install them automatically. If you want to install updates, then you must install them manually. You should only select this option if you have a reason to not install updates automatically. Only advanced users should use this option.

Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them - if you select this option, you'll be alerted when there are new updates available for download and install. You can then choose to download and install the updates that you want. This option should really be reserved for people who know exactly which updates they need, or those who have little access to the Internet.

  • Error blue screen of Windows 8

Hello, I have a few problems with Windows... First I hade error 0cx000000f, which I was unable to start windows, and which I have fixed formatting my computer and reinstall windows (in fact, I installed a downloadable version of windows which I activated with my personal product key). It seemed made for the first time, but then I restarted computer and I got another blue screen, the "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME"... I tried hard to solve this problem, but the onl thing I can once again formatted my pc and reinstall Windows 8, but when I restart error comes back. When the error affects PC I can not even boot Windows 8 DVD... Please someone help me...

Hey! It seems that I fixed that! Now, I'm writing about it so if somone had the same problem can try to repair it this way. It seems that I was right to think that BIOS and operating system are not compatible...

To fix the error, I followed these steps:

    1. I went to the BIOS and secure boot disabled to enable legacy support... (F10 > System Configuration > start... Options)

    2. I used a bootable, Gparted software, which actually start by pressing F9, then DVD internal, I formatted all my volumes of HARD drive, then I deleted all the volumes to have just a left volume...

    3. I used the DVD of Windows 8.1 to run "Recovery" and then used prompt to convert my GPT HARD drive - recovery > Troubleshoot > advanced > guest > diskpart (then write the commands following..) > select 'your own number volume' volume > clean > convert GPT... (the mistake that I did before, it's that I tried to install win 8 which can be installed on a HDD MBR but needs a HDD GPT to will work perfectly, and I was caught in the MBR format before somehow)

    4. I installed Windows 8.1 (from DVD) and the drivers in my PC and it seems now work very well, even if I am still unable to use start secure even if UEFI is installed, but that's okay as long as it...

At least the error was the uncompatibility between the operating system (win 8) and the wrong format of drive (MBR) that I used to install Windows 8, system that was obviously too old for the version of BIOS and the BIOS (version 25) last...
