Several errors in Include for NiDMM.h

I write software MS Visual C++ 6 to talk to a USB-4065 DMM. I copied the files nidmm_32.lib and nidmm.h of the necessary include files in the project directory. But the linker complained a .h file missing, I would copy it into the directory of the project & get still another file missing. This is the summary of what I copied:

IVI.h-> visa.h-> visatype.h-> vpptype.h-> ividmm.h-> ivi.h, which is already in the directory, but it is not found!

I programmed VISA and GPIB in the past and thought that the DMM interface would be like the GPIB with an include file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is that what you have installed NI-VISA? If this isn't the case, please download and install it. If you don't have a VISA, how are you on the link of the files .h to the project?

You must import the file nidmm.lib of the project since it is the file that contains your definition. The procedure step by step on how to do this, simply open using the DMM OR (start > all programs > National Instruments > DMM OR > Documentation). Once it opens, go to the content tab and go help the DMMs NOR > Programming with NOR-DMM > Getting Started > using NOR-DMM in Visual C++.

Also, even though you may be indicating to the compiler as to where he should seek your .lib file giving him this way, you can still say it the exact name of this. lib. Your ".h" file called nidmm.h does not mean that it takes to be called 'nidmm.lib' the '.lib' file.

What you need to do is to add nidmm.lib to your project or you can go to the project properties and access Configuration Properties > Linker > input and in the entry window, must add "nidmm.lib" in the additional dependencies field, so that the compiler knows what .lib file for searching through your nidmm_init function.

    Updates failed have been tried several times that it recharges but don't settle. Then an other update have been installed successfully:

    Windows PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0 for Windows Vista (KB968930) - success.

    Previous updates failed tried again several times but all failed once again. The computer recognizes the updates available and try to install them when I turned off the computer, but not luck.

    What can I do to fix this?

    Intel P4 3.0GHz

    2.0 GB RAM

    Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit (with SP2 KB948465 and some updates after that)

    I tried what you suggested but unfortunately it has not worked for me this time. After giving the complete reinstall of Vista, everything seems to work fine when it comes to the OS.

    Now if only slightly damaged Office Ultimate 2007 DVD would work as if by magic...

    I love my Dell and use media station to watch cable TV while playing games on the internet (pogo.com) sometimes I play solitaire spider OEM.  I think that, especially in the afternoon, my image of the desktop will get pixelated (small hyphens in contrasting colors) gradually fill in top to bottom.  Initially, I thought this might be the steganography, but found no references.  then I noticed that the pixelation in contrasting colors began to appear on the screen of the media station into strips about 6-8 rows of red, green and blue and pulsed in time for audio.  do not have audio video storage but this started to happen when Comcast went digital, so there may be a link?  spoke and troubleshoot-done with the line paid expert who suggested Speedfan as a diagnosis for my GPU graphics processing unit.  When I reboot, everything is fine so it happens with increasing frequency.

    Hello I seemed to have a problem in my PC desktop, Compaq Presario SR5275AP, OS: Windows Vista Home Basic, 1 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD, using Intel (r) 82945 G Express Chipset Family display adapter.

    This post is a continuation of the other similar tittled: SEVERAL ERRORS SCREEN BLUE, which was also released by me a few days ago Jiaxiong, after Auggy answer to my questions.

    Here is the description of my problem, once again, with more details:
    It all started on 2010-10-28 21:44, when my pc started having the video hardware error (i.e. screen freezes, erased and then had a message that appears in the taskbar, saying something like: "display driver stopped responding & recovered".). This happened all the way until the 28/01/2011 10:28, which was also the day when my pc shutted down unexpectedly... (may be caused the blocking or blue screen...). This means that so far, both the video hardware error & close unexpectedly arrived the same day & looked like at the time when two of them happened to be close between them. After that day, video material error is no longer, but all close unexpectedly (shown in my reports window & Solutions of the problem), which could also be both blue screens. But I wasn't very sure that if there are other hidden errors / crashes my pc was in the window reports & Solution of problem.

    Then I let my pc only (not turned it use for about 3 months) until June 2 so I have about it once again, no more blue screens has occurred. Then a few weeks as well as on this sea, 15/06/11, blue screens returned. I think that something is strange here...

    I said that I already bought my pc to my shop pc reformat (can say is set) that is to erase all the data on my hard drive. But this same problem (BSOD) kept repeat again & again. I even scanned my pc with my up-to-date anti-virus software (I don't know how many times already) & nothing. (no viruses or other unwanted software found) What seemed so caused all these problems?     This problem occurs when the agent Windows Update Wups2.dll file is incorrectly registered in the registry. Because registry files that correspond to the Wups2.dll file are missing, update facilities have failed. There are two methods to resolve this issue, use method 1 first, and if it did not resolve your issue, go to method 2

    "RECOVERY, DRIVE (d :))" in car is a partition of 2 GB of the hard drive internal, such as configured by Dell, and it is formatted in FAT32.  I tried to reformat the NTFS volume, but were unsuccessful.  I also looked at a certain way to omit this volume, but have still been in vain.

    Do not assign a drive letter to the partition recovery/player. Open "Disk Management" and decommissioning (without drive letter) and backup and restore performance.

    Everything was working fine a few days before the recent MS update for Win 7. Now I can connect wirelessly to the Internet since the coffee house, but not public. I get several errors like:
    None of the networks are within range (shortcut)
    Problem with access point or wireless adapter
    Wireless network connection has a valid ip address
    A network cable is not plugged in correctly or may be broken
    MS v 6.1 7. Build 7601 SP 1
    I ran ipconfig & took a picture with my iPhone, but it seems that I can't join one here... Any ideas?

    If I understand correctly, you are not able to connect to public wifi after a recent Windows Update.

    I will do my best to help you get the problem solved.

    If you are sure that the problem is caused by Windows update, you can check the update could be the cause and the same uninstall.

    I suggest you to view update history to see which update might be causing the problem.

    (a) open Windows Update by clicking Start , all programs, and then Windows Update.

    (b) in the left pane, click view update history.

    (c) to display more information about an update, double-click it.

    How long can I keep the compatible driver verifier for?

    I recommend keeping it activated for at least 24 hours. If you do not BSOD right there, turn off Driver Verifier. Usually, I say if, yes or no, I would like for you to keep active longer.

    -If you have the system planned to generate small images of memory, they are in the %systemroot%\Minidump.

    Hi all
    I am quite new to JPA and Toplink and I try to write simple using toplink essentials JPA application as the persistence however, provider when I comppile the code, get the errors below saying that several writable mappings exist for a field that is [J2EEUSER. BANKS. BRANCH_ADDR_POSTCODE]. The thing is, I have not tried map this field i.e. J2EEUSER. BANKS. BRANCH_ADDR_POSTCODE to multiple cards, so I'm a little confused as to why I get this error.     It seems that you still have the ear old hang out. Maybe clean your server or build/deploy directory.

  • Numbers gives an error of syntax for all equations

    I don't know what is happening, but I keep getting errors in syntax for multiple equations and no matter where I put it or how, he always gives the syntax error. Example B2 has 500 in there. Enter B3 B2x2 and it gives an error of syntax instead of 1000.  I leave numbers and re-open the file with the same results. I even opened a new worksheet, and when you enter anything except the Scriptures, I always get the syntax error. It seems that there is something wrong with the numbers himself. Can someone explain why I can't use the formulas at all. They used to work in the past, so I am confused, what can happen.

    Sorry, but we discus on ODD, but nobody knows what model of laptop you have and what is the history of this problem. Is replaced the drive? Why are you sure that you are using compatible with your laptop ODD.
