Shares advanced for the slides of ramifications

Hi all

I spent hours on it, seen all Lieve and Adobe materials and all what I've accomplished is a headache and about 50 actions and variables in the trash can. Any help would be appreciated... a lot!

I use CP 5.5 on a PC.

Location:

I have a training scenario where the learner is delivered in an entry slide (slide 1 for simplicity). On this slide, there are four photos of managers to talk with. A clickbox on each photo sends you a new slide. (ie: Manager 1 (M1) sends you to slide 2 (S2), M2 = S3, etc.). Once you see the Manager info click on a "back" button and are sent back to slide 1, so you can visit all four managers. Once completed, the learner selects a button continue and jumps to slide 6 in continue the scenario.

Objective:

1. when the learner chooses a Director and goes to the Manager page, on their return to the slide of entry, I would like to see a green check mark of their photo.

2. I want the button 'continue' hidden until all the Manager of four pages were examined.

Sounds simple? So I thought.

One last question:

You can attach shares advanced to a slide and a clickbox. Who has priority? Will be used rather than the other.

Funny you should post this question because that's EXACTLY what I had to do for a client of mine, a month or two back, except that in his case, it was 6 different roles involved in a business process.

I had a picture of each role on the master slide with a widget event handler attached to each, but a click box would have done the job just as well.  By clicking on the picture performed a tip Action to move to the slide in which you said all about how this role participated in the process of the company.

I created a separate variable for each called [RoleName] role done with the default value of 0 and a tip for each called whole [RoleName] role Action performed.  Then I put the OnExit from each role information slide action to perform this action.

Here's what looked like a typical action:

As you can see, when the learner is out the slide of role information, and he performs this action, it assigns to the variable ManagementSponsorDone 1, and then jump to the slide Menu roles (the slide with pictures of role).

When the arriives user to the menu slide it works a conditional Advanced Action OnSlideEnter called ShowTicks that looks like the value of the variable of each role to see whether or not it has been set to 1 and if so, reveals the tick sitting on the photo of this role.

Here is what looks like the menu slide. Each scale has an element name that indicates what role it applies to (ManagerTick, etc.):

Note here the arrow that shows how the conditional action is made a condition for each role.

    I guess that you are referring to the functionality of the slopes - it's still there, as long as:

    1. Titles are sorted by number
    2. You select the consecutive titles from the CD
    3. The function of join CD tracks is available in the drop-down Options menu.

  • Fix for the slider to the left?

    What is the benchmark for the slider to the left? At the first signing, Windows 7 Ultimate, I type the first letter of my username, and the cursor moves to the left. I have to delete the first letter and start again my user name and then the cursor behaves normally. Also sometimes happens during the seizure of a document or type something in 'search '. I type the first letter, the cursor moves to the left and I have to delete the first letter and retype and then everything's fine. I use a keyboard and a wireless logitech mouse.

    In the windows photo viewer, you can change the speed. When the slide show is running, right cick anywhere on the image and choose slide show speed slow, normal or fast.

  • How can I set different background color for the slider?

    I want to set a different color for track Slider, slider track is spitted into two sections by slider-button.
    I want to put a left gray, the right of a white.
    Under css only changes the background of the entire track, but how I can change different background color for the slider?

    I don't know why I can't get the node of the track, track has always set to null and the thumb or the other.

  • Drag notes - is it all as well as to keep the notes for the slide selected in the option window for all projects when you open Captivate?

    Does anyone know a way to always have drag selected Notes for every time that Captivate is launched?  We have 8 Captivate.

    I guess a bit what you want exactly, may be wrong. Want to see the Notes Panel drag immediately, in the dock at the bottom with panels but face-to-face?

    If so, please go to UI Expert (check the 4th option in preferences, General settings "Enable workspaces custom... ». You need to restart Captivate. Create a workspace (you have only the classic workspace) where you show the slide notes into an open and active low docking station. If you keep this open workspace, the next time you see the Notes slide immediately.

    You can clear the cache? (Preferences, General settings)

    Try again...

    If not solved: remove the Preferences file. It is labeled Captivate 5 and on a Win7 system is the path:

    \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Captivate 5

    ATTENTION: this is a system folder, which are normally hidden in the Explorer. You can delete this folder of Captivate 5 CP being closed. When you restart the program that will create a fresh folder.

    This seems to fix corrupt situations.

    I W - 7 Ultimate and want to take some pictures in a specific order (not), I wish to make a slideshow "calendar." My photos are not dated, nor I want to go through many steps to do.     Once you have pictures in the order you prefer... you can keep
    This order in a slideshow by numbering the photos.

    This can be done in a batch...

    BEGIN...

    Navigate to the folder in which the files are saved... (not in the photo gallery
    but in the actual file)... I'm guessing it's in your pictures folder.

    Manually sort the pictures and do not close the file. (If you do that they)
    will return to the previous order... Windows usually sorts the files first
    alphabetically and numerically)

    OK, when the pictures are sorted... Reach... Edition / select all... Right-click
    the first photo in the list and select... Rename... to enter a
    a descriptive word for the Group and the number (10001)... do not forget the
    extension (.jpg) is included... leaving a space between the last letter
    and the first parenthesis.

    Birthday (10001) .jpg

    When you press on... Come in... Windows should rename other
    files. If it works as it should... When you burn CD/DVD...the files
    will be in order.

    Birthday (10002) .jpg
    Birthday (10003) .jpg
    Birthday (10004) .jpg
    etc. etc...

  • When you import Powerpoint to Captivate 5, I have problems with the advancement of the slide.

    I keep running into a problem when I import a powerpoint (mac 2011) slide in Captivate. I always select 'advance slides of mouse click', but for some reason any 1st slide always plays automatically and moves to the 2nd slide without any pause to click. All other slides await clicks before moving forward. I don't know there's a really obvious answer to this problem. Any ideas?

    Captvate only adds a click box to each slide so that clicking anywhere triggers the jump.

    Why not just add your own box of click to the first slide?

    I love this phone and now my only problem (just me probably..) is an incoming call has this slide that you have to move, and I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of her... I asked before the lock on the front screen and got the unlock app that works very well if anyone knows if there is one for an incoming call? It's a pain... Thank you!

    There is no service customer phone or e-mail on this device. Direct customers without problem on a forum is not a good solution for a company to do.

    I'm really sorry for this frustrating experience. My guess is this slide is having a difficult time with the smaller surface area on the iPad mini.     I searched Google and Microsoft and that you have not found a fix for a problem with the thousands or millions.

    The Microsoft Mr. Fix did not work or anthing else I tried.

    Live Mail is an E-MAIL program not an image viewer...

  • How can I add music to my itunes for the slide show I created in Photoshop 5.0.  I followed the steps carefully, but nothing happens.

    I have Adobe Photoshop 5.0 and use all the time so decided to make my first slideshow. I want to add music from my itune library which is on the same pc.  When I click on 'Add media' I have 2 choices: add audio to audio file Organizer or Ad.  I can only add music organizer sample (I don't know how to get my music in to the Organizer) or music sample of music from my PC folder.  He won't get the music in my iTunes library.  I created a nice slide show, but it's nothing without the music. Can someone help me?

    I think that your problem is more on getting the audio as an MP3 or WAV file from iTunes, only a problem with Photoshop.  Are these songs you download from the iTunes store?
