• Move the tool and the hand tool works not so I can't move my images.

  I have the latest version of photoshop, and I can't move my images with the tool move or the hand tool. Make sure the level that I want to spend the move tool does nothing and it rises, as if I'm trying to select part of the image that is similar to the use of the Selection tool (as shown in the picture attatched) but then nothing happens. The only way I'm able to move my image now is if I use the transform tool and it's really frustrating and time consuming way to do. I restarted photoshop, my computer laptop, insured without other applications/software are running and still nothing works. I have also tried resetting tools built-in, but to no avail. Any suggestions on how I could fix that would be great!

  

  Hi Serenah: This isn't the tool move, this is the path Selection tool. 2015 CC took a major interface update! The move tool is now arrow 4 sides and just to keep things interesting, tool display changes with the workspace. To reset the tools, choose window > Workspace > Essentials reset.   I'm having a weird behavior with the right shift key and the numeric keypad. This happens when you use view 4 with PCoIP. When you use RDP to connect to a system and using the console in vSphere.

  To illustrate the differences in the way he behaves, I typed the following string in an RDP session and a Console Session of vSphere.

  If you are using a desktop computer, the first thing to try is another keyboard and see if this fixes the problem

  If a laptop try a usb keyboard

  If that works for the laptop, contact the manufacturer of the laptop

  Make sure your space is not stuck. Pressing that automatically enables the hand tool, no matter what the tool must be active.

  I suggest you send to the factory, or if you have an apple authorized dealer / repair shop to fix the SHIFT key first, then a glance as to why the fan is still running hot.
