• RMAN duplicate problem ORA-01547, different, different sid of the box

  We have used for a long time in DOUBLES for the daily backup/restore checking our PROD instance on another instance (sid different - different from the box). Our RMAN backup is on daily basis and full (not increment).
  
  Backup starts every day at 02:00 and ends approximately 04:10. Naturally, we use the (CATDB) catalog database on the other server.
  
  We use for version 7.2 archiving system Legato. All databases (10.2.0.2) are on Linux RH EE 4.5 64bits. Catalog db (CATDB) is on XE 2.0 (free version) on Linux RH EE 4.5 32-bit.
  
  Statistics are based on the weekly level on CATDB and PROD (target) according to all books...
  
  All eyes by the book...
  
  For a long time, we have not had any more problems (duplicate sometimes failed, but we thought that no need to worry about 'some' problems). But recently we had more fruitless duplicates in a short period of time.

  All the time it looks like when recover part should be given, there is no log archived in backup file!
  
  If I try immediately after restore archive only logs:

  I get all archive logs required to manually restore the database (recover using backup controlfile before...).
  
  I was validating backup and perfect look... (you sent the newspaper).
  
  I was researching the problem and find out who is really some errors reported in our catalog database (Journal of the auxiliary looks OK as well target instance alerts).
  
  In RMAN. ISR table I get records that had problems. Attached paper is based on the following sql:

  I tried to reproduce by hand (restore files of data through RMAN restore RMAN archived logs, recover by sqlplus) works just like a charm!
  
  Is there a way someone tell me where to start digging to find out why some duplicates completed with errors.

  The log shows duplicate process begins @ 10:19, newspapers from 04:02-10:02 "expected" so on the tape.

  I think that the errors that appear in the newspaper had to be addressed. Something seems to start running at 04:50 & 09:20 and it produces errors?

  I have a box filled with color and I want to put the text inside. The text will not appear.

  I tried to send back and bring to the front, still blank box.  I see the outline of the text container, but it does not shw text.  If me on turn the text edges shows part out side of the box.

  I put each item on a separate layer and moved the layers up and down, and still doesn't show any text.

  If I remove the padding in the box, I see the text.

  So simple, but I can't make it work.

  Seems to me it has a full frame and a second image forward (stop thinking like Pagemaker) and the backstory has wrapping applied.

  You can disable the bookmarks bar via view > sidebar > Favorites (Ctrl + B)

  Press F10, or press the Alt key to bring up the 'Menu Bar' temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.

  You can change the appearance of a selection by clicking on "reading list" in the upper right of the iTunes window. The desired view is probably "tracks"

  Only one of the memory banks must be populated with a version of the software out of the box.

  The second question depends on which codec C series you mean. C20 can be hard reset (power button sequence) while C40, C60 and C90 cannot and must be done either through web series, touch, telnet or ssh where each of them except series requires a network connection.

• Yellow box on the right side of the site.

  We have a yellow box that extends from the top of our Web site to the bottom near the right side of the site. The box does not appear in the development or the preview; only on the site online. It appears in Firefox and Chrome. This may or may not be a problem to Dreamweaver, but I'm not sure. The site is located at abafoundation.org. The "streak" appears on all pages of the Web site in the same place. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! (Is it possible that it is a narrative that got there in?) Oh... I'm using CS5.

  If I draw a rectangle and you use extrude and bevel to create a 3D "box" shape, how to wrap a single line of text around three of the sides?  I created a symbol in the text and it shows in the selection of the "symbols" of the window of the dialog box "Veneer", but that one side of the 3D box is displayed at a time.  I expected to see a flattened shape box showing all six faces, so I could place accurately the line of text.  Similar to what you see when you look one way for a 3D object.

  It's even worse if I ask one edge beveled extrusion - there are 40 separate 'faces' to deal with.

  You can only map to a surface at a time so you'll match thre occurrences of the symbol manually.

Some characters (apparently, non-ASCII characters as curly apostrophes and quotation marks) are made in the form of boxes or question marks. We have recently upgraded to Oracle 10 g to Oracle 8i, but this problem appears to be independent of the database stored in the text. Some examples of code that illustrates the problem:

  The UDF Demoronize helps to * some * of the time, but it's past still with lots of text, in particular the text that gets pasted from a Web site into a form, and then saved in a database. Does anyone have a solution for this? It is breaking my apps and incredibly annoying. I would like to either replace the problematic characters by the time they are displayed, or the replacement when they are entered into the database first place (and go back and update all previously recorded data to replace problematic characters with plain text equivalents).

  I can't see the left side of the screen to answer.  That setting can do so sometimes, in the middle of the screen.

  You see enough to recover the blue banner at the top and drag it? If so, after clicking on answer, close all windows other than to this one via the taskbar. The drag and resize with the cursor and when it is correct, close the window. Windows will remember the size of a window, but only if it's the last window closed.
