SigningTool.jar
I had for some time been using a pretty crappy configuration, signature tools were in a pack of component folder which I have now deleted. I have now several packs of component (one for each JRE version) and Eclipse now gives an error when packing and me cannot sign with the tool of signed by each project-> Blackberry-> sign with or by double-clicking the .cod file in my directory. Using the user interface, I get "an internal error occurred when packaging project" which is the same error I get whenever I run on the Simulator, although it seems to work very well in any way on the Simulator. When I use the .cod file it tries to access the SignatureTool.jar file that was deleted.
Does anyone know how to tell the Eclipse plugin more precisely where to look for the file SignatureTool.jar. I know not how Eclipse knew to find the .jar file in the original folder anyway cos I didn't tell him.
Just a freash set of Eclipse 3.5, then the Blackberry Plugin and his seems to have worked on a project using JRE 5.0.0, wait the rest of the JRE packs component to install, but I think that they work no probs

Run the jar using Java 7?
My Macbook Pro currently runs on Java 8, and I want to start a specific jar (minecraft associated) that supports only Java 7, is there a way I can run the file using Java 7 through terminal. I can share the script starting current I use here - http://pastebin.com/XEq01mdZ - the jar file is called cauldron.jar.
Thank you for your help.
I don't have any Java installed for an exact string to show you, but each version of Java is installed in its own folder. You can call this version of Java by specifying the full path to the particular version.
The java_home command will show you what JVM you have installed with the path to each House.

How to open file .jar on my mac?
Hello
I recently downloaded a jar file and try to open so that I can run. The question is, my computer asks me to download a software, which I did, but it still does not work. Is it possible to convert it into something that can run on my mac?
-Martin
You must have Java installed and enabled. Then, double-click the .jar file to run it.

What Firefox locale (UI language) do you use?
Try a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.
- Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop
https://www.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/all/
If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.
- Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.
Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but do NOT delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox which removes all Firefox profile folders and you lose your data.
- Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop

Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.
See "basic troubleshooting: a new profile:
There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If this new profile works then you can transfer files from the old profile to the new profile, but make sure not to copy corrupted files.

Cannot open the .jar files more
Hey everybody.
Recently, I can open is more .jar files more
I am running OSX El Capitan 10.11.4
I am trying to install a mod for a game that is in a .jar file and have recently been unable to do so due to this message:
' The Jar Java file could not be started: check the console for possible error messages
I have installed the version of Java recommended directly on the terminal says it is my Java information and site:
Java version "1.6.0_65".
Java (TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_65 - b14-468 - 11 M 4833)
Java 64-Bit Server VM (build 20, 65-b04-468, mixed mode)
After some research, I was told to install java on apple here's site - https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?locale=en_US , but that didn't work either. I have never had any problems with installing .jar before and this specific mod, I have installed in the past. Is it because of the latest version of Mac OS x? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks :)
What's the .jar file executable? You may need to use the command line, i.e., chmod, to make sure. For example
chmod +x foo.jar
C.

How to redefine the function in nsLoginManager.js inside the omni.jar
I want to redefine a function. I find the definition inside the omni.jar in the nsLoginManager.js file. If I rename omni.jar in omni.zip, I can see the content, but if I try to drag a nsLoginManager.js update to archive, Windows 7 complains that the archive is corrupt. I tried to put an extra copy in nsLoginManager.js in the components directory, but it does not prevail on the definition on the other.
How can I edit omni.jar to include my new nsLoginManager.js with my update funtion?

Add the .jar to the Windows Server 2003 Group Policy
So I have an executable JAR file that is intended to run our ads system employee. It reads the data from a separate txt file and displays it in a JFrame. My goal is to have this launch when you connect to all the computers in the workstation. The program works great! However, I can't start automatically. I added to group policy, as well under Windows Logon and start the system. I added as a .jar, such as a .bat, not even as a shortcut... no dice. Is it possible to get a .jar to run automatically at Windows logon via Group Policy?
Also, I realize that JRE must be installed on all computers in the workstation for the .jar run. This isn't a problem, as many of our programs already require JRE.

When trying to install MP3 rocket I get an error 1316 or cannot access the jarlib jar java
I got this to mp3 rocket its not market is constantly (cannot access the c lib/mp3 rocket.jar) was taken from Yahoo answers. The same thing is happening to me and I also have the Error 1316, Mp3 Rocket program will install but not opened because of this error. I tried Java for an answer and I contacted MP3 Rocket on this subject but have not had a response so I sent everything again, still no response. Because I can't open Mp3 etc I can't sign into the members area. Selected programs in the list as seems to be the only logical one.
Hi Scattycay,As this problem is specific to program, I suggest you contact the manufacturer of the program to better support on this issue. -
I tried to uninstall and re install MP3 Rocket and the same error message appeared. The error message window is titled "Java Virtual Machine Launcher" and the error message said: "Unable to access c lib\MP3Rocket.jar" Please HELP! Any ideas on a fix so I can get my music back!
Hi I have just solved this problem by going to Java Virtual Machine Launcher poster, "Unable to access c ... . and from there to the MP3 Rocket help site and the connection. From there on, I was able to download MP3 Rocket Pro, but I've changed where I put it, I created a new thing entirely next folder that I knew I had the program back and working again. I did it without having to go through the default programs bit. Give it a try. It is simple and easy. Sometimes I think that we have an overload of information and I found happened to me. I'm not a computer whizz at all. Just a cranky older woman tired of all this.

Original title: pots... been really stupid
I received a phone call of support from jars and fell for the scam. I realize that I did. My lap top was available remotely to "fix the problem".
What do I do now?

Not sure what they could have done while they had remotely
access. That's why I strongly recommend you do both of the
immediately following:1. change all your passwords, mostly all banks or any other
financial institutions.2 reinstall Windows properly.

You want to download Firefox. Jar file error appeared.
Hi Rene Englehart,
Ensure that you have downloaded the correct and complete package for your computer
A file JAR (or Java ARchives) brings together several files into one.
Step 1: Try to install the program as administrator - right click on the Firefox installation files (configuration files) and select run as administrator , click continue if you are prompted to confirm.

http://support.Mozilla.com/en-us/KB/support+website+forumsRegarding the installation of Windows 7
There are two options to choose during the installation process of Windows 7:
Update: this option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7 and keep your files, settings and programs on your computer.
Custom: this option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, but does not keep your files, settings and programs. It is sometimes referred to as a new installation for this reason.
Note: It is recommended for the data backup before performing any installation.
