SIM iPhone 4

Hello, I found my old iphone 4 which is factory unlocked, I used it on my local sim card and it was fine for almost 2 years, then I updated to ios to 7.1.2. and now when I turn it on it says that the sim card is not acceptable. How can I solve this problem?

"Factory unlocked? Does this mean, purchased directly from Apple as an unlocked unit?

Why apple does not have a Dual SIM iphone?

I have 2 numbers and one of the members of my family has 4 digits. We both prefer to have an iphone with a Dual-SIM and member of my family would rather have 2 iphones with dual sim each, rather than an iphone and 3 different phones.

In other words, it would be easier and much better than holding an iphone and another phone for several numbers.

Is it possible that Apple plans to make iphones Dual SIM?

  • Can you turn off the shutter sound on the factory unlocked iPhone to the Japan 7?

Can you turn off the shutter sound on the factory unlocked iPhone to the Japan 7?

I am going to Japan November 2016 and plan to buy unlocked (no sim) iphone to use in my country (Thailand) 7.

However, I have read some post on 'mode of politeness' in Japanese phone but the conclusion is not clear whether you can disable shutter sound (without sim) unlocked iphone 7 or not. Then, someone could share on the current situation?

    Thank you

No, its required by Japanese law shutter. Even if the iPhone is

is no longer in Japan, you will not be able to turn off the shutter sound.

You should also check with the seller to be sure you can get the

iPhone unlocked from the Japanese wireless provider to use with your

carrier in Thailand. And check that the iPhone is unlocked before leaving the

  • Changing a SIM card

I change carriers and need to change my SIM card, but I don't know how to do it on an iPhone.  Can someone please help me find the SIM House?

    Thank you

    SIM card

If you have a SIM card to install, install it before installing iPhone.

Important: A Micro-SIM (iPhone 4S) card or a Nano-SIM (iPhone 5 and later) is required to use cellular services when connecting to GSM networks and some CDMA networks. iPhone which is triggered on a CDMA wireless network may also use a SIM card to connect to a GSM network, mainly for international roaming. Your iPhone is subject to your wireless service provider policies, which may include restrictions on switching and roaming services providers, even after the conclusion of any contract of minimum service required. • Using Facetime and iMessage with multiple phone numbers

I often travel internationally. When abroad, I get a local SIM card and so a local phone number. The problem is, anyone trying to send messages to my becomes phone number inside a bounced message until I go home. I am looking for a solution to this problem. What I want to do logically is to pass all my iMessage and Facetime messages to my phone number internal to any international phone number that I have the chance to have for the week or two, I'm out of the country, without actually transferring phone calls for the international number.

    How can I accomplish this?

If during the passage of an international SIM inside, if I use a different AppleID to save the number, can I add the domestic AppleID to iMessage and Facetime and have forward SMS messages to internal phone to my phone number - actually give my 2 phone numbers for text and using Facetime?

What happens if I have a second iPhone (say one IS minimal) think I swap my SIM home - then I have two iPhones, one with an international SIM card and the other with an internal SIM card - then - I associate the two phones with the same AppleID (as if I had the same AppleID on an iPhone and iPAD) and make it work? In other words, a text Message sent to my iPhone internal SIM also towards my international SIM iPhone? This I must have my internal iPhone with me, or I can leave home and have it still work?

Any suggestions for other ways to solve this problem?

    Thank you!

    HU

You should always be available for the Apple ID that is associated with a phone number at one point.

SMS is out of scope for this, because it is a function of carrier managed by your carrier at that time and linked to your SIM card.

You put a new SIM card in your phone, FaceTime and Messages should register again your Apple ID for/with this new phone number shortly after. I do not think it deal only with the functions of automatic reference to FaceTime or Messages, because they are themselves a transfer function.

To the Apple server... "go get my friend with the Apple ID of [email protected]." Server Apple think and said: "OK, it uses the 888-555-1212 phone number right now, so I'll send your application there.

Ring, ring... you download a FaceTime application.

  • You can unlock an iPhone 7 from its supplier of the Sim Card? And if so, how?

I am currently with three and you have an iPhone on the 02 network 7. Is it possible to unlock the iPhone so I can use my sim card, or is it not possible for the 7 yet?

If it is possible, how would go about to do?

    Thanks in advance!

Only the carrier, that the device is locked can authorize an unlock of the device. You will need to contact them to see if they provide unlocking services and if you are eligible. If you, then follow the directions. If this isn't the case, you will need to wait until you do.

  • iPhone is sim not supported

    Hello

My girlfriend and I bought one to the iPhone in the United States a few weeks ago. We live in the Netherlands, so we asked for the correct model (A1723) and a sim phone so it should work on our carriers. We did not have a simcard nano of our carriers at the time so they have unlocked the phone with a card of sprint (without contract). Now, we're back in the Netherlands and we have tried our new SIM card and we get the "Sim not supported" error. It's almost as if the phone isn't sim for free. We called apple support in the United States and we talked for over an hour, and he could not understand the problem. According to him, the phone has been unlocked.

We also called our subsidiary of KPN (simyo) carrier and they said everything was ok on their end, the problem is with apple. If we are really stuck here and I don't know what the problem is. Can someone me the phone is unlocked, because I'm still not convinced. And in this case, what should I do because the lady who helped us said it was free sim...

    Thanks in advance.

Where did you buy this phone. It seems that if activation with the Sprint card has caused your question. But knowing where you bought it.
