  Why you divide by 8?  If you want to convert bytes into bits, multiply by 8.

  At the stage of the mount: select name from v$ datafile;
  The last entry indicates a file named /xxx/xxx/.../UNNAMEDXXX.dbf

  Now

  ALTER database create datafile ' / xxx/xxx/.../UNNAMEDXXX.dbf' as 'path_where_you_want_to_add_the_datafile ';

  The name of the data file must match the name that added in production

  This will create a data file to the required location.

  Once the file has been created, you can continue with recovery.

  To declare constants create a Package specification in a pll and deifne all your vitals, something like:

    RC_YEAR_DATA_NOT_FOUND := 50;

  Then attach this pll for all your forms-modules and use it as

  END IF;
  

  A word on exceptions or errors: to me more clear (and in the case of exceptions even better) to throw an exception only to hide behind return-codes.

  I am brand new to AS 3.0 (have not coded in 10 years!) and I have a two part question on the management of event listeners.

  1. is it possible to use variables or loops to simplify the process of creating event listener? For example, I have a scene that animates the leaves when they are hit. There are 25 or more leaves, so I need to handlers of 25 and 25 functions, even if the animation is the same. Right now my code looks like this:

  2. How can I clean my waste? Each of my frames will have 100-300 earphones of events inside, for animations, etc., mainly because a single button can have 3-5 event listeners (touch Start, end touch, touch roll on, roll off touch, etc.). Is this too much for a mobile device to manage? When can I disable event listeners to make sure that they are the garbage collector to release the memory? I don't want memory leaks, but the event listeners must be active when the frame is active and destroyed when the setting is inactive; I don't know how to program which, or if such a garbage collection is already inherent in Flash.

  Forgive the restorative nature of this question but the FM help files are surprisingly usless for the first time and users.

  I did successfully a rectangle graphic.  Now, I want to put some text in the rectangle.  I see that I can't just click on and type.  Apparently I have to, I don't know, do a "framework" of text or something?  I don't see why this is so complicated or why the help docs do not begin at the obvious base.

  Please throw me a bone and wander if this.  I use 9 FM, but I am sure that the version is not serious.

  There are two possibilities to place text on a chart.

  One is to use the "text tool" in which you can type a string of text whenever you click on the slider.  You can format the string, but you cannot apply a character tag or a paragraph tag. And you can't put a carriage return make several lines; to do this, you need to add the additional lines of text.

  The line of text tool is the letter 'A' that appears in the icons when you consider > toolbars > toolbar graphics.

  Second method is to create a text frame, and then type in it. You can apply paragraph tags, tags of characters, use of CRs and so on in a text frame.

  Text frame tool is the small square with several lines in, just above the "A" icon in the Graphics toolbar.

  You must place the file in the folder (> indicates subfolder)

  SRC > nl > ronvalstar > math

  You are supposed not only to put the file here, you put it here. In fact, it must put a packet having all its classes in the corresponding folder.

  Then, use

  Nl.ronvalstar.math import. *;

  at the beginning of the section of your mx:Script. Or - just import the single class - use this:

  Import nl.ronvalstar.math.OptimizedPerlin;

  When activate the integration in Virtual PC features, then the dialog box "Enter your credentials" appears. After entering the username and password of the system cannot connect because the host name is added in front of the user name that I entered. Example: Guest user name is "Admin". The host name is "XYZ". Vrtual PC try to connect as a user "XYZ/Admin" on the comment system. After getting the error message I can manually correct the user name in the normal windows login screen on the client and open a session. However, no saved credentials, to be asked to log on again whenever I have resize the Virtual PC window. Any ideas how to solve this problem? Thank you!

  Please try following the steps for the computer to remember the credentials and do not ask the password to open each programs:

  1. when it asks for a password, click Cancel . Without integration feature, you are allowed to log on with an account that do not have a password.
  2. set a password for your current user.
  3. click on Tools , Windows Virtual PC, choose the integration features allow.
  a. type the password, check the box ' remember my references of "and click OK to open a session.»
  b. after joining the domain, logon in XP mode with the local administrator account.
