Size of the window in the direction of the vertical screen - cannot extend

Hello world

I would use my monitor in vertical orientation to maximize space when working with portraits. I am able to reverse orientation monitors very well with my video card software and have no problem of maximization of photoshop in the full vertical measurement of the monitor. However, even if photoshop completely fills the screen, I can't get the actual image window to fill the entire screen. The most I can get is complete filling in the horizontal and about 3/4ths of the vertical dimension dimension. If I try to extend the window vertically by dragging nothing happens. I know that the window is not locked, because I can move it and I can change the dimensions so it is less than the vertical ceiling. In essence, it seems that there is a LoadCluster of vertical size of the window I can not exceed

I have attached a picture of what I mean. The scope of the whole photoshop window is my monitor in vertical mode. The Red arrows represent the extent to which I would like to extend my image window in photoshop interface. However, I can't do that, because there seems to be a limit to the vertical dimension of the window. Yet once again, the dimensions of the window is not locked, since I can change it as long as the vertical size is below this limit.

Anyone know if there is a way around this problem and fill in the field with my image? Or is it just an unfortunate whim of photoshop CS4?

Thanks for any help!

I had the same problem.  I found that if I first closed Photoshop (I could leave open bridge), then turned my monitor and reopened Photoshop images could then be expanded to fill the screen.

Not a very elegant solution, but it worked...

  • Unexplained change in size of the Print Screen saved image

Is not a computer geek, I'm sometimes thrown when my laptop is suddenly something differently when I have not intentionally "asked".

The last thing that has happened is a real nuisance and I would be very grateful if a brilliant person could put me right.

I keep a daily record of the changes to the e-important information by using print screen and save it to a file. normally, this image is saved as a certain size (pixels x 768 1366 pixels) that fits with my view of deterioration. About two weeks ago the same procedure suddenly gave place to an image SMALLER, but with MORE (?) pixels (1366 x 918) without consciously doing me something different. Can someone tell me how to get back to where I was before? It does not help if I increase the Zoom level I print screen; This only translates a picture cutting the edges of what I want to see.

Hope I have explained this in an understandable way.

Alright.  Right after you click on paste, click on crop.  This will ensure the area of the image exactly matches copied dimensions and will be the size of the exact screen of 1366 x 768 pixels.

my screen is enlarged... How to reach the original size of the screen... Please tell me...

    Hello

First of all, if it's just a window where the screen is enlarged, use the CTRL and minus (-) keys to zoom out.

If it is the whole of the screen, adjust the resolution in the settings/personalize/display of the control panel. If you cannot reduce the resolution to a point you could previously, then you will probably to reinstall or update your display adapter drivers.

  • The size of the IE screen

I like the IE screen set at 140%.  Is it possible to put by default, as opposed to opening still at 100%?

    Hi Joeclark,

Internet Explorer Zoom lets you enlarge or reduce the view of a Web page. Unlike changing font size, zoom enlarges or reduces everything on the page, including text and images. You can zoom from 10% to 1000%.

    1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking on the Start button and then about Internet Explorer.
    2. Bottom right of the Internet Explorer screen, click the arrow next to the Change Zoom level button.
    3. To access a predefined zoom level, click the percentage of enlargement or reduction you want.
      -or-
To specify a custom level, click custom. In the zoom percentage box, type a zoom value, and then click OK.

You can also try the step below.

    1. open internet Explorer

    2. press Alt + v > Zoom

    3. click on Customize

  • Game image exceeds the size of the tv screen

I have a samsung tv running at 1080 p 60 MHz. video and Apple TV screens to adapt. But the game Rush Minion displays screens extending beyond the size of the screen. • Reduce the size of the Moniter screen

    original title: screen Moniter

The size of the screen on my moniter is so great, that the task and the toolbar disappear. How can I fix?

    Sonia,

Check that the graphics drivers are loaded correctly or not.
    For verification,
Access the System Properties, hardware tab, select device, Manager select display adapter right click over there and check the status of the device if works properly or not.
If load, please try to change the resolution of your screen.
    To change the resolution,
Click right in the free space on the desktop, go to the tab change settings of the resolution option & apply settings.
    Kind regards

  • change the size of the icon screen '100% ' disappeared. How can I get that back.

I had my computer fixed recently.  No, I have to change the size of the content on the screen to go when I'm on the internet?  I use 100% by the icon at the bottom of my screen and it has now disappeared.  How can I get that back?  Why have I to change the size of the Web page after my computer has been repaired?

I guess you're talking about Internet Explorer...
He could reappear if you turn on the status bar.  To enable it, start Internet Explorer, and then
View-> toolbars-> and make sure that there is a check in front of the "status bar".
If you do not have a menu 'View' then press the 'Alt' key once.

Also, you should be able to go to 100% by pressing the 'Ctrl' key while pressing "0" (zero).

You can also zoom in and out by holding down the 'Ctrl' key and turning the mouse wheel.

  • Exported images are of large file size, but the small screen

    LR Example.JPGLR Example 2.JPG

Something has changed in my export settings, and I can't understand it.  If I insert a file into any application (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Publisher) that I exported to LR5.7 before last week, the end images (image of female left) look if I export a new image, the file size is large (10 MB), but when I insert into any application, the image itself is extremely low (male right image). I know that's not the image itself, because I've tried it with images that have worked in the past which has worked and now have the same issue. If I try with resize in the image program itself just gets very distorted and pixelated. Any thoughts on what is wrong or what I screwed. I've also included a picture of my LR export window

Maybe Word etc read the 5000 pixels per inch setting in the exported file and timing of small file in the application.  Change to 200 or something and see what happens.  This has not test so it is maybe not the right direction to solve the problem.

  • new generation is less in size that the previous generation (cannot display the build)

    Hi all

I am trying to download the build on Blackberry world.

The version of the package in your manifest file .bar for AppName.bar must be greater than the previous version, but less than any of the next version added to the supplier portal. Your version of the package .bar manifest file must be greater than 1.0. Correct your file manifest .bar and try again to continue.

My first build was containing the static content. and now we have dynamic content. The latest version is less than the size.

Please tell me what to do?

It is the version number of the application.  You can see what you have used by opening the file BAR (using something like WinZip) and then by opening the META-INF\MANIFEST. MF file in a text editor.

I would like to know what SDK you are using and I can help direct you to where the version number is defined.

  • Size of the document may be extended beyond 216 inches?

We started to do more in the banner and sign printing.  I've learned since InDesign imposes a limit of maximum size of 216 inches.  I prefer Indesign on Illustrator but I also tried with this and gives me a limit of 227 inches.  I need to go more than that, and it will probably be a regular problem.  Is there a way to trick the ID or I go?

The scale down. If you need 800 inches set up the document as 200 and

Make sure that all the graphics have 4 x the resolution.
