  OK, I finally solved it; SkyDrive does not load if under TOOLS > OPTIONS > privacy box "accept third-party cookies" is checked and the "keep until the" drop-down menu is set to "ask me every time". • SkyDrive displays blank thumbnails of photos. No problem in IE8

  Uploaded many photos on Skydrive. When I go into my Hotmail account I can't display an any of them - filenames are displayed, but not thumbnails. If I do the same thing with IE8, they appear without problem. Seems to be a FF issue but have tried all obvious checks on parameters etc.

  I try to install the SkyDrive desktop application, to synchronize the files of my daughter to SkyDrive.   Attaching a series of 4 documents to an email in Hotmail via skydrive translates into hyperlinks for each document appearing as a list in the email as well as hyperlinks allowing you to ' go to ' 4 documents or download as a zip file.

  Using the two links this last fine, but all four of the hyperlinks in the list title will take you to the same document, which is always the last document added.
