• After Effects no longer responds when you import a larger video

  Although this is probably a common theme, I searched everywhere for an answer to this new problem I encounter and I had no chance.

  Recently, out of the blue, when I try to import more large (100 + MB) sequelae of videos quicktime in the program stops responding and it gives me an error message.  Short videos of 2 MB import without problem but I can't even drag a great video in the model without him close on me.  I imported 400 photos of the RPF in the order which was 1 GB and it has worked but videos simply stop it.  I tried the following:

  -setting of my OpenGL settings.

  -remove my gl plugin

  -setting of my texture memory

  -reset to default preferences

  -served my memory of image and video

  -deleted all caches

  -re-installed quicktime and made sure it was the correct version

  -re-installed after effects (cs5.5) 10.5.5.253 version

  -reduced resolution

  -sworn high and strong and exclaimed uncontrolably

  I used this video several times in the past without problem, it seems to me that all of a sudden, the video is taken too big, the program stops.

  I am on Windows 7 Intel quad core processor

  16 GB of ram

  Grapics card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 (4064 MB of ram)

  I checked the graphics card and I am running the most up-to-date version.

  I hope I've provided enough information.  I appreciate any help in advance.

  Well, I would back up all your data first, if you have not already. You should do this all along anyway. (Do not forget things like Photoshop, animation preset, brushes etc. in your Adobe files).

  Well, before go us crazy, I do googled around for instructions on how to completely remove K-Lite.

  If you follow that and it's a waste, the second thing I'd do is to uninstall all of your Adobe software.

  Then run that adobe CS Cleaner offers on its site.

  Uninstall Quicktime.

  Download and install a new version of Quicktime 7 (NOT on Quicktime X).

  And then reinstall your Creative Suite software.

  If, after these steps, it still does not work, then you have to go nuclear.

  The first step is to backup all your data. Documents, policies, project files, libraries of stock footage, music, preset animations, project templates, etc. Everything you added to the computer (with the exception of programs).

  Your computer is supplied either with disks of recovery or the ability to create. File records if you have not already.

  Put them in and reboot the machine. It should give you an option to erase and install a version of Windows. You will then need to reinstall your programs (NOT k - lite) and put all your files on the machine.

• Thunderbird no longer responds when you delete messages SOLVED caused by attachment tree addon

  Thunderbird "does not" for a few minutes when you delete one or more messages. All messages are downloaded via POP3, deleted items folder is usually empty, but sometimes there are 2-5 emails in there. For the most part occurs after the beginning of the new computer and first use of Thunderbird running on Windows 8.1 with a material more really fast.
  There is no Add-ons installed. And it is not related to the virus. the problem is with any antivirus or without it.

  It's a simple bug.

  It becomes a similar problem (less often) when sending emails with inline images or when the SSL certificate on the server and the exception has not been accepted yet. That's the problem since 2013 when I started using Thunderbird.

  It is not present on some of the slower laptops that I use.

  -If no, then the problem is either: bug in Thunderbird, in your Thunderbird profile, your email provider. Please post the help content in the topic. Troubleshooting | copy the text to the Clipboard

  -If so, (always in Windows safe mode)... Start Thunderbird normally

     -- If problem is still gone, then cause is a program loaded during windows startup.  Possibilities include: antivirus SW, virus/malware, background downloads such as program updates
     -- If problem is NOT gone, then cause is likely a Thunderbird addon - eliminate them by disabling each one at a time in Tools | addons | extensions and restarting
  

• Satellite P100-286: Explorer no longer responds when leaving hybernation

  I have re-installed Vista from disk Toshiba supplied with the cleaning machine, gone through the process of updating, that is microsoft and Toshiba updates and drivers.

  I have searched data base Microsoft on the errors of Hybernation for Vista, most are to do with the USB, but without coming through what im getting.

  My problem is that if you come from hybernation explore stops responding and does not recover.
  I have tried to restart Explorer by the Task Manager but still don't get the desktop or allow me to stop in the correct Manor.

  Regarding loans Vista boot USB that I use, which stuck ok to use it in vista, activate or disable the always the same problem.

  Do you have ideas about how this can be fixed.

  I see I'm not the one with this issue, but I wasn't able to find a reason for Skype crashing in my case.

  Updated to version 7.11.0.102 solved the problem.
