Slice table

Hello!

I ve was responsible for the research and reading for hours - but probably in the wrong places. I think it's a piece of cake for many of you: I now have a small example of what I want - to measure several "tracks" (up to 10) and post them on the other in a XY Chart. Now I want to cut out and separate the different measures again, but don't know how. Can I use shift registers instead? -didn t seem like a smart way to do it. Any suggestions? If it's too trivial - please point me in the right direction of example code.

Thank you!  / Martin

First, you probably need to initialize your shift register.

To get a unique piece of the table, use the table to index.

    Hello
Maybe someone knows if the update of the bios for toshiba satellite pro m70-113, dated 03/06/07 supports slic tables or not?
    For vista oem installation dvd?

    Thank you...

You will not be able to find info accurate on the BIOS and what exactly is supported or not. If you just want to install Vista on your M70 I can just say that I installed Vista Ultimate on my Satellite M70-159 (PSM71E) without any problem.

  • In Dreamweaver Photoshop slices: Tables or not?

Still trying to wrap my head around the current workflow in Dreamweaver...

If I put on the page an image in Photoshop and cut export for the Web, which is the preferred method for these slices in a page layout in Dreamweaver?
Photoshop gives you the ability to export only the images or Images and HTML.
If you select later, you end up with your slices carefully constructed in a table.
Is it OK to just this table in Dreamweaver, as is?
What, in my view, that I want to do is to put this table within an AP Div, Center this Div and then set type, positioned in absolute terms in another AP Div that will be a child of the div original
My goal is to have my image stick together sliced Photoshop but have the ability to float type in a layer above the image. I want the guy to stay where I position compared to the picture below, but be able to go along for the ride as the main center bottom moves when the browser window is resized.

I think it will work, but Im wondering, with current Protocol of Dreamweaver, I'm supposed to put all my slices in AP Divs nested and renounce tables all together? Or is it a bad idea and I should just use the nested table in the original AP Div tag?
Or am I supposed to put the table in a regular centered Div and use only for the floating type AP div tags?
If I do it this way, the type will be in the right place compared to the Div below?
An AP Div may be a child of a regular Div or just another AP Div?

    Cake is you Walt.

    Yes, I got some tips.

    That's enough of that.

  • Tile or cut large images in the tables? Completely outdated?

I'm working through the tutorials on Lynda.com XHTML

The instructor did a demo to decide a large image with sections that have animated connections. He slices the static parts and slices the lively parties and then combines them into a 3 x 3 slice slice table.

He said "I'd rather do with tables, since that's what it was designed for.

I know tables are outdated, but I don't know if it is in all respects. As if I was going to do a table of data, I would definitely use tables...

I'm not sure when this video was made, but it is still in practice and a good practice?

It then shows a similar demonstration to reconcile slices using CSS. Is - this too outdated? Are people still decide large images?

Unlike print design where everything is static and immutable, web pages must be flexible and web accessible for all users, devices, and displays.

Slices of the image have their positive and negative points.  Occasionally, you may need to create a flexible container that resizes the content.

3 slices in a CSS image formatting ~

That said, you can add visual interest to web pages without a lot of images using CSS.

design of web pages 2-image ~

Finally, take a look at the CSS Zen Garden , where the power of CSS is demonstrated.

Each page contains identical HTML tags but with very different styles.

I hope that it will inspire you to move away from tables and use CSS for primary layouts.

  • T410 Win7 OEM SLP license invalid after installing a helmet

    Hi people,

After you have installed a Logitech headset on my Win7 T410 (2577 AF8) the machine wanted a surprising reboot.

After this restart, my windows license was declared invalid (error 0xC004F032).

Since this is an OEM SLP, I am quite sure, when I ask Microsoft, they say "ask to Lenovo.

Unfortunately, the box won't install the restore points... :-(

    Tips are greatly appreciated.

    Concerning

    Umbertones

No, they OEM keys are stored in a table in the BIOS and called only for the OEM media installation. If your system has been initially delivered Lenovo with Win 7 then it should also have a Windows COA sticker stuck on the basis or under the battery. If you do not see a COA sticker and then removed or the system was never delivered with a Windows license. In the latter scenario, the BIOS would not be programmed with a SLICE table containing OEM keys. Because you bought used, it is impossible to say why your system is the way it is currently.

Valid licenses almost never fall activation. What you described is logical given that the key entered originally was for a different system. Install a driver must have been enough to trigger a 'home' event to check activation. I'm surprised that it took two years. It's a lot of time!

Assuming that the system you're talking about here is the AF8-2537, you might try to get my hands on the original recovery Lenovo T410 Win 7 Pro's media. It looks like this model in particular originally comes with Win 7 Pro and so should operate using the original media. You will lose all your data and have to start over, however, so don't forget to back up data and important parameters.

  • EliteBook 750 G2: windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit

    Hello world

I bought a HP EliteBook less than a year ago and it comes with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. The laptop has 8 GB of RAM installed, of which half can be used at the present time. I did not realize the limitation when I bought the thing!

I would like to install Win 7 64 bit to make use of all of the RAM. I realize that it will take to reinstall all my programs, etc. From what I can tell, the computer seems capable of running a 64 bit OS.

What I was asking is whether I can use the Win 7 Pro 64 bit installation disc provided with the laptop computer to make the change. Only problem, is that I don't seem to have a Windows product key. Can find no sticker on the laptop and the key-coded in the registry gives an error when I try to check with Microsoft.

So (1) will drive works? And (2) I need a key, I do not have? HP will give me a button if I call them? Help!

    Thank you very much

    J.D. Walker

    (1) Yes, the disk will work.

    (2) it is unlikely that HP will give you a key. You may or may not need a key depending on the HP disc gave you. If the drive has been modified by HP, it can contain keys SLP and a SLP certificate which, when used with an OEM computer with a good automatic SLIC table active. Please read my answer in HP Windows 8 downgrade Win 7 HP 8300 SFF - No. Win 7 OEM sticker. Attention to the sections 1, 2, 4 and 5. Download RWEverything and ABR Beta with Support Windows 7. If your computer has a SLIC2.1 table, then he can use a key SLP and CERT. Use ABR Beta to backup the current key and CERT. on your Windows 7 32 bit HP preinstalled OS. Use ABR Beta to restore the key and CERT. on your new installation.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

  • Windows XP will not activate and it is not letting me boot in Windows.

My computer starts... someone can help?

My computer starts... someone can help?

I was wondering if someone could help me as soon as possible because I need this computer to work...

I'm pretty new in this at work, but I was put in charge of fixing one of the computers.
    Here's what happened...

It was running on windows XP Professional.
but then Windows XP Home Edition has been installed.

Someone wanted to Windows 7 on the computer, so I tried to install this... it does not work.

The computer wil not start, then when it asks to click on f12 or f2, I click on (tried twice) both
When I go to the start menu, the arrows do not work, so I can not seloect anything.
I have to let it boot to the 'Welcome' screen (where you connect)
Also ' still looks like Windows xp

I can't log on, and then I click the button to do this, it gives me a message that says:
"you must activate this copy of windows to connect, you want to activate it now?

It gives me the options of Yes and no.
When I click No., goes back to the Welcome screen
but when I click Yes, it looks like it will record in, but the only thing that appears is the image on the desktop and the cursor.
do not show the start menu, taskbar and icons on the desktop.
The last time this happened, I waited for a few hours, but it has not changed.

I have no idea what to do

    Additional details

I don't know if the hard drive has been formatted before I tried to install windows 7.

I tried to install windows 7 with the cd.
I also know that Windows XP Home Edition has been installed by a CD as well.
Windows XP Professional was already on the computer when it is purchased

I just tried the Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
Nothing is silent... not even the Task Manager

When he told me to click on f12 for "boot menu" I did...
then he gives me these options:
    -Onboard or USB floppy
    -Onboard SATA hard drive
    -Onboard or USB CD drive

    -System configuration
    -Disk hard Diagnistics
    -Start the utility Partition

The Windows 7 CD is in the CD drive, but it is not yet installed... I want to install it, so I clicked on "Onboard or USB CD drive".

    Then he said:
"No available selected startup disk - strike f1 to retry boot, F2 to put in place the utility"

This is what happens when I press on them:
F2 - same message (I've tried several times and it has not changed)
    Information system F1 display

This can be a much more serious problem than I thought at first...

    Thank you for your help
There has been much appriciated :)

But I just fixed the problem

  • Why my product key is invalid after I had my computer for 3 years?

OK, I have had my computer for 3 years. I bought my new TI, but they said that I had the opportunity to make windows XP (as they said it was windows vista). If at that time, I changed it to windows XP (it was a real disc / legal). In any case, the problem now... I accidentally hit my computer and I stop three times dramatically by pressing right on the power supply. I think that this caused a huge problem, because when I turned it back on, I got a screen that asked my product key. It was already written in the box (it was the correct product key) However, it sucked! I then called on the phone and they said that my ID code was not valid/there was a problem. And now my computer says I need to activate windows, but I can't! Y at - it another option for me?

    * I also installed a new graphics card in my computer, but it was about 3 weeks ago and I have not had any problems with him.

The key used here is NOT a given by MS - it's an OEM_SLP key, which can be activated by the presence of the markers suitable BIOS SLIC table.

You must enter the correct key that comes with the XP disk - using the product key update tool.

  • can [4820tg] I replace my hard drive and always keep the Windows license?

Hey! A quick question, on an older laptop that is still alive.

    Acer Aspire 4820TG

    Windows 7 family

Can I replace the hard drive and install Windows again?

I mean, I burned the recovery CD or software any Acer asked when the computer was new. Those can be used to install Windows if I replace the current hard drive?

If so, how does the license? I guess that they can not be used on another computer, but I can reinstall all I want on this one?

    Thanks in advance!

And this laptop is awesome. Runs strong through its 4th year and the battery still pumps on ~ 4-5 hours by being careful with the use. Heh, the other parts are probably die slowly, including the hard drive.

    Well.

    Yes to all your questions.

You must use the recovery media that you have created, just check that they are still ok or create a new one, just in case where.

on the license, it's like SLIC table BIOS, so you don't need to enter a serial number and your windows will be activated automatically.
