  For those who have followed this community in recent weeks have probably noticed my personal struggle in understanding Eloqua. I had throughout the form which I am very grateful. There are still a few left untoched areas I need some information on.

  I made a form outside Eloqua and put the code in my Landingpage Eloqua. No, of course, I have to connect the dots. All fields must Eloqua tags and probably there is more code that must be inserted into the destination page. I tried many things, but not worked. No, I've removed all the tags that brings me to where I started.

  I think I have to add

  -Hidden fields

  -May also need to the tracking script?

  Hi Mike,.

  Looking at the code of your form, missing the action attribute and also the elqFormName and the elqSiteId of the hidden fields.

  Here's what you need to do:

  1. Open your form in Eloqua Editor, shoot to the top of this form
  2. Click the gear in the top right and choose display HTML form
  3. At the top of the Panel that opens, click on details of the integration
  4. Copy the action attribute in the opening tag of the element to your form
  5. Copy the two hidden fields anywhere inside your form element

  Note that your need the attribute "name" fields to match with your 'HTML name"of the form for the field. It is everything you will need for this form of work.

  You can also see the first part of the form HTML view panel, which will give you a complete set of working code. You can take this and edit it to your needs. From here you can see the code HTML of the form and elements of entry and compare your code to see what is different.

• Need to import Solution for adding/updating external CRM (no Salesforce) given in Eloqua Contacts including the definition of groups/e-mail preferences

  We have a system of CRM of Blackbaud (a leading global provider for non-profits CRM) called the Raiser's Edge.  We want to automate nightly adding/updating of coordinates corresponding to the email address in contacts Eloqua records.  For example, we in the raiser's edge fields like "Member status", which has an "A" for assets, 'L' for out of date, or a "D" for fall.  We also have a field as "Membership Type", who can say 'Reguiler year 1' or 'Discount group membership 2 year' or 'Life member', etc...  We want to create custom fields corresponding to the Eloqua Contact folder to the same email address so that we can use this data to create segments in Eloqua.  What are my options to automate this process on a job every night to add/update the Eloqua Contact records?  We also want to automate in Eloqua that when the custom field, we create a file of Contact called Eloqua "Member status" passes any value to an "A" for assets, that you subscribe to the email address to send two groups/preferences, called "Generation Joshua" and "XBrents Email Group" (see below).  Note: When a constituent purchases a membership, they must agree to be added to those groups/preferences of two emails with instructions they can unsubscribe to one or the other or both at any time by accessing our Web site (using the subscription Eloqua, Web page management).  All options on how we can auto, this process, too?  I have on my team of software developers .NET who worked with API many other providers in the past.

  Hi Bill,

  You can use the REST API in bulk to load your contacts into Eloqua. We have a post on the topic: How to download Contacts from a list and an example project in c# available on Github. (Canvas or program Builder) workflow engine to manage triggers you want depending on the value in a custom field. Workflow decisions can evaluate the data in any field and move or update members of the program accordingly.

  We are looking for our website personalized for customers/contacts according to the segment that they fall. Anyone working on the Web site integration (using the APIs, Javascript, AJAX) to make calls to Eloqua hosted content and display on your website? All sections of the Web site must fill content that is configured in the substitution of content, but not the pages in Eloqua but on the pages on the website.

  With the data for us can only get the contact fields, but as I said... we need to bring the content of Eloqua, the contents that are in Contnet Substituions according to the rules (fields of contact/company).

  How can you bring the content of Eloqua so we can post them on the Web site.

• Segment the Contacts that were originally created in Salesforce

  Does anyone know how contacts segment initially created in Salesforce?

  To identify which contacts have been created in Salesforce by sale, as opposed to those created in Eloqua by Marketing, we use a shared filter to feed created all new contacts in program Builder.  Our program evaluates if the 'Seller' contact field is filled (meaning that the person is assigned a representative to sales to Salesforce as a lead or contact) and that person is in Salesforce, who created the lead. If the lead has been created in Salesforce by user account Eloqua that we created to manage the Eloqua/SFDC integration, we know that it's an advance created Marketing which was created and assigned in Salesforce, so the program and then update a custom contact field that we created which indicates the source (Marketing compared to the sales).  If the person has been created by another user Salesforce in addition to the user of the Eloqua connector, the program updates the contact field to be generated from sales.  This method works for us because we have not all tracks from created in Salesforce Marketing; they are all created in Eloqua and then driven to Salesforce through our update CRM program.  With the source of custom contact field, we can segment and report on the contacts created by sales compared to Marketing-created contacts.

  You might also seek to compare the Salesforce lead or contact create date with the Eloqua create date to see which system created the person, or maybe there is a way to eradicate the new contacts through integration so that leads new Salesforce and contacts are identified as such during a call 'get new contacts' or 'get new leads?

  There is probably an easier and more elegant way to do it, but just wanted to share that our team has come with!

We want everyone in the segment to be considered members of the campaign in SFDC, regardless of whether or not they respond. These numbers allows us to look within SFDC campaign conversion rates. How can I make sure that all the contacts in my area of campaign are added to the SFDC campaign?

  Hi Alison,.

  As an alternative to the approach of Ineke, you can also use a rule to update within the program Builder to set a value for the fields of your last CFDS campaign ID/name/status and other data updates that you can preform associated with this campaign, and then send it through your CRM up-to-date program.  In my campaigns, I add a step 'Add to program Builder' before sending an email.  It works really well.

• Is there a way to create a segment based on a blank Date field filter?

  We are working to build a program in Eloqua for updating Source of lead of a salesforce.com record IF the creation Date of lead is empty (among other conditions). Currently, if I've set up this filter in my segment, Eloqua says its an error because you cannot currently use the "If empty" option for a date field. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

  Yes there is! In program generator you want to create a rule of decision to examine the field in question. In this case, you will consider whether or not the given field has a value or not. The Yes path, (those you want to do something with) you would simply send them to a step to remove the program (or any other way you want to make them) and no path - which means that "no, the contact doesn't have a value for this field" then you send them on their way to update. See attached screenshot. I hope that's what you're looking for!

  

• Canvas vs campaign program Builder

  I am creating a dynamic filter I want to use as part of an email campaign. If I use the Web of campaign using this shared filter, the filter will remain dynamic in the Web of campaign? The filter is based on estimated opportunities closed in SFDC within the last 3 weeks so it will always change and add new people. Can I build this out in the Web of campaign or should I use program generator?

  Hi Robert,.

  I think you're asking, you can configure a dynamic loader in a campaign on the Web who automatically adds Contacts that they meet the criteria of the filter? If so, Yes, you can do this.

  When you configure the Segment for your campaign, select to 'Add Segment members' as "continuously until the campaign is disabled", as follows:

  

  Eloqua will evaluate every 15 minutes to see if the new Contacts entered the Segment (via your filter criteria). If you are concerned that trigger emails outside the opening hours, for example, note that you can configure send once on the market of enamel under the 'planning '.

  I will work with a marketing automation, a company which ensures the development of eloqua and integrates with salesforce.com so need to educate myself on what it means, how it is done and the skills that the eloqua-developers would have to do this work.

  A developer Eloqua is a high level (power user) user who is capable of building complex programs based on business within the Eloqua application rules (using the program, a declarative tool generator - no required programming language). This person is an expert in cleaning programs, stimulating programs lead, unique automation and lead scoring data models. In order for a developer Eloqua succeed, this person will also have to be very strong on best practices and consultation with the client to identify and decipher what it is them that they really need and how to predict what they probably want to account. A developer Eloqua is also very good with the integration of Salesforce and probably served as a Director of Salesforce Jr. at a given time, so that they are able to understand the concepts of both systems and have a great understanding of the commercial daily use within this tool and how Eloqua can make their life easier. A developer Eloqua has probably been a programmer in the past and includes web development from start to finish. The Eloqua developer has probably been in the system for about 3 years and has worked with almost all modules and should certainly have served as a producer eCampaign sometime generate e-mails, segmentation of lists and deploy lots.

• How to handle Monster pictures 30 K in iCloud photo library? Segment or archive, suggestions?

  Hi there-

  I managed to hang a new iPhone 7 now and want to put up, but I'm struggling under the weight of a photo 32 000 iCloud photo library. Yes, I know it's my fault - we had iPhones for years, I'm an accountant family and the taker of the photo, I take too many pictures, I save too many photos, I have teenage girls who take a LOT of pictures.

  SO I think they are in the library of iCloud.  When I'm on my phone with iOS 10, I see "All Photos" and the total is slightly less than 32K - BUT I don't really need TO see all 32,000?  In fact, I don't really want to?  I would like to know that they are saved in their original resolution, but never need access to all those who, on minutes notice: they took 10 years to build up!

  Can I 'archive' in iCloud library?  They segment somehow?

  I have 7 more than 256 GB iPhone memory - isn't a storage thing, it's just something exaggerated.  I'm considering a facility clean b/c I'm also about 1000 apps more than 10 years old.

  But once I sign in iCloud, I think that 30K pictures will come streaming back, right?

  Other info:

  -My use of Photos on my 6 current iPhone is about 40 GB

  -J' have 800 GB available on a 1 TB iCloud account

  -In my iCloud account, it says that my photo library ICloud is 97 GB

  -I don't have an unlimited Smugmug Pro with photo storage account (although I'm not really all 32K of these-there are many who are not guards).

  -J' I download Google Photos to try to save it, but there still 30 000 pictures to back up.

  -J' have a MacBook Air but (gulp) do not have upgraded the operating system to have Photos for Mac yet.

  I would really appreciate it here a road map to get out of this situation - or not "stack" putting them all on my 256 GB iPhone 7 more and just accumulating more!

• After upgrade to El Capitan, Python segmentation fault 11 after two commands are entered.

  2011 Macbook pro with Snow Leopard (8 MB RAM).  I upgraded to 10.11.4 and now interactive Python (2.7.2) is broken.   After you enter the two commands any (?), it crashes:

  I saw the posts here and on StackOverflow, saying that this problem is corrected in python 2.7.6 but I have a few questions:

  one) because it is a problem for a few years, why not upgrade the El Capitan installs a new version of python (if I understand correctly, the El Capitan installation includes)?   :/   For example, instead of everyone made the upgrade (at least in some versions) with the problem individually?

  Given that I apparently must upgrade to python:

  (b) I saw mention of problems with the evolution of the system version of python.   Can I change the version of the system (my preference), for example. 2.7.11, or do I need to install a version for my personal use?

  (c) how DO I upgrad.e the version of the system, or install another version?

• How to build a table of clusters?

  I am building a mapping application room of the robot, Mindstorms NXT using LabVIEW for LEGO MINDSTORMS.

  The VI attached shows the initial computer segment.  The IR sensor is driven by stepper motor, and the range and Angle of the measures are carried out at intervals of 1 degree.  Data coordinating cylindrical (range, Angle) are then converted into Cartesian coordinates (X, Y), and it is my desire to collect each (X, Y, Angle) in a cluster, and then create a table of cluster to give me a file that will be transmitted through Bluetooth, the NXT to the computer where it will be displayed.

  On the fron Panel, I created a cluster 3 of the housing and on the block diagram, I created a table with a data type of cluster 3 pins and the array index wired to the loop index.  However, I get erroes everytime that I plug the cluster and the big picture.  My intention is that the table will index every cycle of the While loop.  What I am doing wrong?

  Thank you once again, Ethan (or appear to have been applied permanently to my case).  Anyone who purchases of LabVIEW for LEGO MINDSTORMS has too much trouble I feel?  Why the product is provided with no step by step user documentation?

• Error code 70879003: cannot lock the memory segment.

  I am trying to build a program runs on a windows CE of touch screen system and tested the majority of individual components to see that they work on the system and they have all been successful, however when I build and try to run the entire program, I am presented with a popup box saying:

  App failed. Error code 70897003. Cannot lock the memory segment.

  The program then stops completely. I tried to search the web and the forums, but this specific error code is not mentioned anywhere, and the information that I have known impossible to segment errors memory locking has not been very useful and how to solve this problem.

  Any suggestion or help would be very appreciated.

  OK, so I solved the problem myself, it turns out that's not at all a problem of backend, in my front panel I accidentally overlapped 2 resulting in a being placed inside the other tab controls. Move them so they are not stacked and the problem is solved.

  So moral of the story if someone gets this error in the future, check your tab controls are not overlapping / stacked.

  Hi nice friends.

  I work on a simulation of signal with LabVIEW, all work good and fair execution problem a signal.

  It's a signal sine, its changes in frequency of 15 Hz - 30 kHz smoothly. At first, I thought it would be easy to build a whole and output signal with the DAQmx Timing.vi (use of wave), but things does not seem simple, due to the high frequency (30 kHz), should I do the sampling rate of the wave at least 300 KHz, which again is not the pretty smooth waveform.

  So I was wondering, if it is possible to the waveform of the output in the form of several segments and their output without interruption. Yet I wonder if it is possbile to do with this big (30 kHz) frequency?

  I made a simple diagram as follows

  It is to generate a samples of the series (this is 100 #s) of a sinusoidal signal, before the release period, set the sample as continuous sample clock and frequency of 15 Hz starting, then write it, the material will be guard wirte until the task is stopped or deleted. Now that physical custody write this 100 samples, I change the sampling frequency with the DAQ Timing.vi in a loop, the frequencies change quietly.

• ISE restoration fails after 80% (Segmentation fault)

  Hi all

  After a system crash, I try to restore. First of all, I did an ise to reset zero-config application, then a restore on an ftp repository.

  After 80%, it will fail with to DB Syncup with a segmentation fault. Tried with different backup versions have the last patch level.

  Any ideas?

  After sending the papers suitable for TAC, I learned that even if the restoration seemed to have failed, 80% the effective restoration is complete and what was failing was the synchronization of the node.   Knowing this, I could access the admin GUI and synchronize to other nodes and worked no problem manually.

  It turns out it's documented issue, CSCur36983will be fixed in version 1.4.
