  Hello. the subject says it all. i luv this tool but I don't always want to print immediately. often, I save something to be used with other bits & pieces. ive tried items-file menu menu popup 'save', etc. but it still gets everything EXCEPT the selected stuff.

  I did some research on this and there is no record option at the moment. I didn't know this toolbar, but thanks to you, I can share this toolbar with other users. A lil feedback will be good for engineers HP may have this enhanced functionality.

  Given that this problem occurred after the upgrade to Windows 10 I think your best option would be to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall Windows 10 drivers for the printer. You can download Windows 10 drivers for this printer by going to HP support at www.support.hp.com site - then enter your product information IE HP Photosmart B110a... change the Windows 10 operating system, download the driver and install it.   I uninstalled everything related to my HP printer (in the Device Manager: printers and print queues) and searched my computer for everything related to my HP printer and deleted stuff also. Then I reinstalled the drivers and software from the HP website. I have updated Java also (I have no idea how much this has to do with my impression). I have my printer is off and unplugged for one minute before Relighting. I restarted my computer and now it seems to be printing normally. Praise the LORD!

  You are not able to print from other applications as well?

  You see an error message when trying to print/scanning?

  Try to follow the procedure mentioned below:

  1 - print from other applications like Ms Word/Notepad and see if you can print.

  2 - Check if there is an update available for Acrobat, launch Acrobat > go to the Help menu > click Find updates.

  3 - follow the steps that are given here: print troubleshoot PDF in Acrobat and Reader.

  4. If this does not work, try to repair Acrobat installation, launch Acrobat > click on the Help menu, then click on repair installation.

  Let us know if it worked.

• Capacity to print to PDF after upgrade the drive

  Just improved drive and now have lost 'Printing to PDF' as a printer on my drop option selectable to the bottom of the printer list.

  Runs a copy of Acrobat X Pro and everything was fine before the upgrade of the end reader this am.

  But you repair Acrobat?  The Adobe PDF printer is a function of Acrobat, not Adobe Reader.  Uninstall/reinstall Acrobat does essentially the same thing as a repair, but takes a little more time.

  Since the upgrade to Acrobat 9, I am unable to print PDFs with my Canon ip5000. I reinstalled my printer and installed the latest driver from Canon. This did not help. I can print a PDF using Acrobat 8.

• Saved passwords went after upgrade to 3.6.8

  All my saved passwords are gone. the Password Manager window is empty. I use the extension "backup bookmark" to save my... saved passwords signons3.txt cert8.db, key3.db and signons2.txt signons.sqlite. I have a week with a value of backups. I tried to replace these five files in my profile with each of the seven backups directory, and none of the backups will produce my passwords. I can see the information encoded in key3. DB but this file is very old and is not my most recent saved passwords for sqlite, so back to this version is not an option.

  Hi, it seems I solved the problem by trying to downgrade to 3.6.3 using synaptic. for some reason, instead of decommissioning, it just uninstall the following six packages:

  Firefox
  Firefox-3. 5.
  Firefox - 3.5 - branding
  Firefox - 3.5 - gnome-support
  Firefox-branding
  Firefox-gnome-support

  then I went to try again to install firefox (it installed 3.6.8), but only the two following packages installed:

  Firefox (3.6.8 + build1 + nobinonly - 0ubuntu0.10.04.1)
  Firefox-branding (3.6.8 + build1 + nobinonly - 0ubuntu0.10.04.1)

  now all my passwords are appearing again (whew!) guess it was just a bad update or something...

  I am trying to use the scanner on my printer product number B4L10A but I get these messages:

  -Message "Unable to communicate with the device" using the "HP Scan and capture" used inside the utility 'AiOPrinter Remote.

  The utility remote AiO Printer connects it and identifies the printer. Entirely, it communicates and shows the ink levels, IP address, host name, connection status "online", etc.

  I am able to use the Scanner to Scan utility Windows

  I have installed the complete printing software, run the "solutions" in HP Support webpage, "print and Scan Doctor" but I can't seem to use the scanner.

  My printer is connected via wireless network

  Any help is greatly appreciated

• Problem with Windows 7 acknowledging my printer (Canon i900D) after upgrade from XP

  My printer did not get recognized since I moved my files using Windows Easy Transfer.  I tried to update the drivers but unable to get anything to print.

  I'm so happy to hear that we were able to get the problem resolved for you.  It's great! 

  As for the small pop-up that appears when scanning, which is part of the new software and cannot be removed.  I know this can be a bit of a pain if you are not used, but it is convenient if the scan does not look right and you want to cancel it.

  The HP Smart print icon used to appear in the Firefox toolbar. I had to reload Firefox. the icon no longer appears. How can I get that back? I use Windows 7.
