  When I transferred from one device to another (8520-9600) my contacts only half transferred (I miss the names and numbers of my curve) also when my email addresses have been implemented that one icon has been added on 3, all make their appearance in the game and I get emails from all 3 but I do not know what messages belong to which address... very confusing.
  Is there a way to get the missing coordinates added without doing everything manually? And where are my other e-mail icons or how to find them?

  Once the books service are restored go to the address book options and checking your contact lists to see if they are configured for wireless synchronization, it is perhaps why contacts has not restored to the device.

  Also, to clarify the matter with your Contacts, the contacts are missing or you are missing some contact names/numbers fields?

  By default the keyboard is the only thing that you can lock. However, you can consider many 3rd party applications that can do the same for you.

  If you have restored a backup of your phone, it have restored to backup your BBM contacts. As part of the restore lists the process it would update your contacts with your new PIN.

  Not all carriers are going to blacklist devices lost or stolen, some will.

  Certainly inform them so that they suspend service to your SIM, at least.

  It's probably nothing wrong with the phone, but something I did.  I had the phone in my pocket and when I tried to make a call, I couldn't have the numbers to arrive on the screen as I normally do during a call.  I thought the keyboard everything was locked, so I did what is needed to unlock.  Although, it freezes unless I hit the red button at the top right.

  In any case, I was able to make telephone calls using the voice command function, but not with the keys.  Any advice?

  Recently when I click on the contacts shortcut it locks the phone.  The only way to unlock is to press stop on the far right.  The contacts are still there, because I can access it from the call log.

  Don't try to transfer it to your sim card.

  Desktop Manager allows you to make a full backup of the device.  Get your replacement camera, then restore the backup to it.  In addition, you could synchronize with Outlook and then sync again.  However, the backup is the easiest way if you are going to get another BB.

  Mine has done this for a while and has had this error message every time I received a call. I don't remember the exact message, but he had something to do with the java software on the phone. I took it to my local and any store they came with (after a while eagerly awaited my music wouldn't play either) was to restore the factory settings.   I would infer that something was not quite right in the software update, you did, and so a refill of the BONE is in order.

  At the top of each forum device, there should be some 'sticky' threads dealing with the level of the OS available for many models. If they understand your model, please use those as a reference as you go along. Otherwise, you will have to dig through the download portal official for packages of OS for your model:

  From a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model exact number) of a BB via this procedure:

  Note Although written to "recharge" and the storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade or recharge any BB device model - depends on the operating system package you download and install on your PC. If this OS package comes from one carrier other carrier for which your BB was built, then remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML...   Hello everyone,

  As a user of BB for a long time (since the curve 8310 until the Passport), I couldn't resist the temptation and I ended up buying a private AT & T unlocked the B & H store in Manhattan during my vacation.

  I downloaded the SW AAF355 version and drivers USB (computer restarts after the installation).

  Installation script has detected the Priv in fastboot mode after lowering the volume + key combination of power and apparently started the update, but suddenly the phone restarted with black screen and led flashes between purple and green.

  Quick notes: I've updated devices BB10 via autoloader a couple of times and I did the update did not complete successfully using Mac OS (latest version), but I tried tha same procedure from a W7 PC too.

  Now, I'm still stuck with black screen and led flashing and computer does not detect the phone more. I tried all combinations of possible keys try to restart the phone but no luck.

  So I ask help to members of the community on what can I do to get it fixed, cause I think that the problem of Mayor is I'm in Spain...

  OK, it seems that I finally I could remedy then I'll write the steps that I followed, just in case.

  In my case, I was not able to start the phone in following mode fastboot with all combinations of keys, and the computer it has not detected:

  -Low volume + button.

  -High volume + button.

  -All buttons pressed at the same time.

  But after some trial and error, I pressed the middle (the toddler between flight up and down) button + power button and the phone started in mode 'starting'

  The computer detects it and loaded MM autoloader (first attempt get stuck again, but a 2nd went until the end). After that the phone boot up normally.
