  I try to reset the device first. Just remove the battery for about 30 seconds and replace it. After restarting the device, try and see if the same is happenning.

  Hi guys. I am new to the forum and I'll try to do this quickly. Since I installed the new BBM on my 9700 AT & T, it has a problem giving me my BBM. Sometimes it will not even make a sound alert, change the LED color or allow me to see the new message received unless I can get a glimpse into all my messages (e-mail, text SMS, MMS messages, etc.). Here is an example. I receive an alert by a BBM contact. I can see or see what they typed to me in all my messages, but once I try to view it by clicking on it, it won't be there.   Do you have a BlackBerry data plan? A standard data plan will not be enough for BBM access, this is the first place to check. If the phone has done this since you guessed it, confirm that you are on a BlackBerry data plan with your carrier.

  The next step if you have confirmed that you have access to a BlackBerry data plan is to go to Options > Advanced Options > host routing, Table and then press the BB Menu button and select Save now. Then, go to settings > e-mail settings, login if necessary, and then press the BB Menu, select Service books and resend your Service books. If you have problems with this, call your carrier as they can do for you.
