• BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Messenger not available for my Storm

  I look through the forum and looked online and can't find someone with this same problem.

  I upgraded the storm yesterday. I've been installing and configuring every day, but the Blackberry Messenger isn't on my Storm. I tried to download and it tells me that it is not available for my version (platform v4.7.0.76). I tried to get through the destop siftware and it does not list the Blackberry Messenger in the applications available for download.

  Any direction to solve this problem would be appreciated.

  Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

  Thanks, for the reply. EchoSign support responded twice to me this morning which was a pleasant surprise. They had to make a change to my user name that allowed me to access the Pro upgrade page. I don't know what the problem was, but they fixed. Everything is good now. It comes to the screen, that I was taken in when I clicked on the link to upgrade you mentioned.

• Only 24 of 48 drives available for the disk pool

  I have a MD3220 with a shelf of 1220 and I try to re - configure and create a pool of large disks with all 48 records.  When I go to create the disk pool, it only takes 24 14 to but shows 32 TB available disks.  I amazed the previous installation configuration because we had to take a tablet of 1220 from this table not used for another project, so now I'm back to reconfigure.  I wonder if the high-end features must be re-activated because I deleted the config.  Maybe, that's all.  When I go to md - storage.com to regenerate a key of course it doesn't have no idea what my system.  Is there something that I am missing.   Should be a two-minute task that will now take hours apparently.

  Ah, that's your problem. Yes two disks must be of the same size & speed, otherwise the pool will use the specifications of the smaller disks to build the pool. Yes, you can develop the direct pool you just need to get seen by MDSM readers and as long as they are showing that no, so you can assign them to a disk pool or group of disks that you want to. Here is a link to the Administrator's guide, and if you look at page 97 he explains about the readers with the same physical size.   Blackberry world seems to work very well even if the app store before, BUT if I find an application designed for OS 10 through my pc, I can see it, but can not see through the storefront of BB on my Z10.

  I want my wife to backup is unlocked 8520 (tmobile running). Her friend tried to install an app some time ago (I don't know the details) and the result was it's the blackberry all deleted data instead. Thought I would setup the software of BB (for Win7) Office Manager but when connected it calls for the "unlock code". Wifey is scared s - less than at the time when I enter the unlock code, the bb will destroy itself again. And, of course, I don't want to be between it and the phone if that were to happen ;-). Can someone tell if it is safe to proceed? Or, if not (or if questionable), is there another way to backup/restore of the data on the phone? She has no data plan, btw. $30 / mo tmobile talk/text only is sufficient for its application.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  Looks like she had a locking device assigned to his BB password. When it is in place, it is required when connecting to the PC to do something with this BB at all. If, given the difference in keyboards... a lot of people think that, on their BB, they hit some specific characters for their passwords when their password is something completely different... in fact, it's the characters of the password that are needed, not only the physical of the BB pressed keyboard keys (ALT and control keys using change as a result of the BB keyboard character).

  If you enter it's bad, it should say, as well as tell you how much you have left the attempts (usually there are 10 attempts). If this happens, then you can always untether and enter the password on the BB keyboard (they are the same counter), closely observe can see what are the actual password characters.

I want to do without having to learn how to write the Perl [it seems that most of the things unattended is Perl]. I used nlite to integrate an installation cd for 2003 Standard with service packs in the past and helps the time to install but it seems that the installation of the updates is not as functional.
  in any case, someone knows all the options on how to achieve the above? It would be great if there is a tool that I can configure, perform a PXE boot, choose 2003 SP2 Standard from the list and it installs an image already created, configured and maintained with updates, etc. Any ideas?

  I want to thank my C drive, I made unallocated space to use for this, but right click on the C drive and the "Extend volume" option is not highlighted.  What should do?  Need more space on C and have plenty left on D.

  You can't take a piece off D: and nail it on C:

  If you have C: and D: togther you remove D: > and then extend C: into the now unallocated space where all D: was.

• Right-click in the start (menu) menu options not available for live tile, why?

  When I right click on a tile that is active in the desktop Start Menu, it's see the check mark on the tile, but I'm not some options provided below on the apps taskbar i.e, 'Run as administrator', 'open file location', and there is no resizing.   I don't see "detach from the beginning ', 'uninstall', 'large' and"disable live tiles. "  What are the options and how to do for their active and visible in the taskbar of the apps?

  Store apps have no locations, you can navigate to (under normal circumstances).

  In addition, Store apps cannot run as "Administrator" because they are sandboxed in a virtual machine, so that they are extremely safe and can be virus.  This is also why you cannot use apps if you do not have UAC enabled: Virtualization provided by the UAC security model is required or the platform cannot even initialize an app in the first place.
