Smoothing a traced image of circle castellated

Hello

I opened a .png logo, made with photoshop that has the outline of a circle. When I use the trace of the outline of the circle image becomes smooth crenellated/dented/not (at all) and consists of about a thousand of the separate layers.

How to make the outline of the circle smooth now?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Sjoerd

Sjoerd,

You can create the circle, then use the effect > warp & Transform > Zig Zag with parameters including smooth.

So I am able to use the dotted normally if I create my own lines or shapes, but I use an image I have drawn, expanded and dissociated image and I'm able to change the weight of the race and the brush, but does not apply a dotted or a brush profile different, but I'm more concerned about the race. I have not forgotten the ditch... That is what it is? It works just not on stuff traced image?

What tracking method did you use?

If the trace produced tracks transparent, it is likely that you have duplicate paths.

You must analyze the trace to see where the problem lies.

There is nothing of stuff traced that prevents the use of dotted, but if he there composed the railways know that the compounds in their entirety will be RDR stokes.

You may need to free the transparent traces (with the hassle that involves) to get what you want.

  • Rotation are not smooth on large images - no work around?

I found that Premiere Pro does not have large images completely smoothly in some cases. It adds a slight wobble, maybe a somewhere rounding error. It is easily reproduced, if the image is large enough so that the GPU can not handle. (The problem will show up with small files if the GPU is disabled, or it is not present).

I know that a small swing would not be a problem for some projects, but it will appear on a movie screen, so the problem is very obvious. Thanks for any help.

Usually the problem shows with images that are 4000 x 4000 or more. The problem occurs on the scale of large images or smaller images that were converted on the first. The larger image the worst the wobble.

This happens in first Pro CC 2015.4 on Mac, but also 2014 CC.

Here's a video that shows the problem that I saw the first time:

    http://Adobe.LY/2ccktQR

But the problem shows with projects much simpler - what you need to do is turn a large image such as the following, which is 4800 x 6000. My processor graphics NVIDIA Quadro 4000 has 2 GB of memory, and at 1080 p will force the first use of the CPU and show the problem:

    http://Adobe.LY/2bA5kE9

The following video shows the picture above, made first with CPU, second with GPU, then super-imposed near each other to show the difference:

    http://Adobe.LY/2bWlc67

Notice the slight wobble in the stars on the left. (To obtain the version no-do not wobble, I had to scale the image up to 2200 x 2200 source externally first - this is the smallest size that can turn entirely into a window of 1 080 p.)

Has anyone else seen elsewhere, or have ideas for the solution of workaround?

    Thanks in advance.

Try After Effects for it.  Void pixel technology (? whatever his name) may be useful.

Is in all cases to do the test.

  • Smoothing of several images dynamically

    Hi guys/girls

Im having trouble trying to smooth a dynamic amount of images in my scene

I have a loop that is trying to load a folder full of images in my scene, images will be put across about 80% of their original size (they get the scale to 100% so they need to stay at their current size) the loop will always get the right amount of images to the images in the folder so it won't be any problems on that not not find or load images etc.

When I tried to do recently, I have my load loop my images, once the image has completed loading it calls a function that extracts the data and adds it to a bitmap, which is then smoothed. The problem seems to be that it adds only one of the images to the stage when its been done, does anyone know the specific way to add a large amount of images of the scene, you have to add all the images in a list, and then click Run the bitmap smoothing on each item in the list?

    any help would be great

As I mentioned before, you should load your images using a functional loop if the order of presentation is important to you.  It is done by loading a file and assigning a listener for the completion of the load.  You use this completion of the load to trigger the next file loading and continue in this way until all the images have been loaded.

  • Using tracing image, and then replacing with background image

I am very new to Dreamweaver and am trying to put together a very simple site.

I use image tracing for the mode of disposal table - and it am followed exactly. However, when I put it off to test it in my browser,

nothing aligns how it shows in my work environment.

Am I missing something obvious 'very '? Thank you.

    (1) never use the mode table layout. It's a terrible way to build web pages.

    (2) no matter how hard you try, you can't make things stick to a large background image.  It's like trying to nail Jell-o to a wall.

Have a look at the following tutorials. These will get on the right track.

  • Smoothness of the image

Hello. I used CS4 a friend and loved the way that the image might slip on the workspace when you kind of throw it with the hand icon. I think that OpenGL should be chosen in a few menus to work. Does anyone know how to make it works in PE10? My hand icon does not seem to punch when I press the button of the mouse and I can't do a lot with it. Can someone direct me to a thread with some important/useful put in place measures for when you first get PE10 upward and running?

    Thank you.

This is called panoramic Flick and photoshop elements doesn't have this feature, because as you know it takes Open GL, which is not in the editor.

If you enlarge the picture larger than the window display, then you can scroll around the photo with the hand tool.

You can get the tool in hand at any time by pressing the space bar.

The photoshop elements help manual is a good place to start, and also a book like Photoshop Elements 10 - The Missing Manual is a great resource.

  • Drawing of smooth circles in labview

    Hello

I use the VI 'Draw circle of RADIUS' draw a chart areas within a picture box. All its fine, except that the edges of the circle are not exactly smooth (see attached photo).

I tried searching on the net but could not find anything very useful.

Any ideas on how to make the edges nice and smooth?

    Hello
The circle is not smooth as no anti-aliasing is done with the image drawing screw to make it appear smooth, you will need to implement an anti-aliasing algorithm in the image control. This isn't something I've ever seen do. You can download MSChart from Microsoft, it's just a free .NET component and code that you can download. Thoric has done a very good example here https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-9946 you could start by drawing a pie chart for you.

  • ANNOYING automatic uploaded image in Windows resizer

I only noticed that this happens recently.  I wanted to get a new wallpaper, because I used to be fine with the backgrounds provided with Windows, but then I got sick of them.  So I went to the Internet to get a picture, I found a good, but when I put it in my desktop wallpaper, it was fuzzy and pixelated.  The dimensions of the original image from the Internet were 1900 x 1020, but when I checked on the desktop, he said that the dimensions are 300 x 277. This happens to every image that I download.  My computer has Windows 8.1.  I also tried on a computer with Windows 7 and another with XP, but had the same problem.  I tried dragging it on the desktop and check it the the pictures folder, but I can't do get rid of the problem.  I looked up on the Internet solutions to this problem, but I can't find anything about it.  Not even anything on this topic.  Help, please.

Hi - Yes I remember watching the wire MN said - I'll see if I can find it, but as he says you're probably for the image page rather than the original file... try to go to google images, select a topic and you must choose an image above to 1200 or more and click on "View image" as circled in example - that should take you to the correct sized version. -R.

  • Why illustrator is not preview images when you drag?

Must be the only program on my computer other than indesign that does not allow dragged image previews, including other vector programs. Could be a reason, but none that I can think immediately, is using the user somehow, and we all material capable of it.

For images, there is an option in the file > Document format...

    Check: Display Mode traced Images

  • Layers of white image not having cooperated in trying to trace

The psd file is a graph for something that's will be printed and vectors are required for printing multi-passages (something about a white layer ghost lower the formerly pixelated work.) I'm new to Illustrator, but I described all of the text and drawn layers while maintaining transparency until something was purely white with success. When tracing images non-white, the only way I could maintain the transparent background of the layer so the vectorized image don't hide other layers in the area was to "ignore the whites."

When I tried to trace a layer that had little white in it, it's gone (everything looked transparent) or just filled the blank space all (when I deselected the checkbox "ignore whites"). Any ideas?

White and transparent are the same from a trace of Image in Illustrator. You have to be a different color.

To use Image tracing options on the view menu, you can switch to Design view.

  • CSS for the images in thumbnails & text entries?

Hello! I'm trying to insert an image flyer photo (as you would get as a profile on Instagram/Whatsapp etc.) inside a miniature.

When I insert a thumbnail of Bootstrap components, it has a pre-designed layout. Can I change that to position the image on the left of the heading and the text in the thumbnail?

Maybe I'll have to import a circular image, when I changed the image of 'Circle' in class menu just to become an oval that fits inside the margins of the tile.

Inside of a form, I entered for name/email etc. Can I change the size or appearance of these? They appear only as a white box, and I don't see any way to change

Because at the end of these entries, I have a text box for 'Comments', even if I changed the number of lines and columns it still doesn't seem right because I can't match

the size at the entrances to the label.

Finally, I can do links to Facebook/Twitter page with the help of you guys, but how to add the function to 'Share' for my Web pages?

    Thank you

Too many questions.  Please limit publishes on a topic.

    Image bootstrap classes:

img-circle for circles, your image must have files = height and width, otherwise you get ovals.

IMG thumbnail includes the margins, padding and borders by default.

Thumbnails "bootstrap" do not provide for legends of images without additional code.

  • Eyedropper tool do not pick up color images (CC)

I was never able to choose the colors of any type of image in Illustrator CC (last version) with the eyedropper tool. If I remember correctly, it was possible in CS6. I have reset the preferences, searched forums, played with pipette parameters without result. Is this possible? I'm tired of tracing image for the colors.

    Thank you!

Have you tried to use the Shift key with the color picker to access the color of an image? Don't forget it's just the colors of the monitor be returned on your specific monitor and may not be the actual color.

  • Output Module preset 'Use a Comp image number' won't save setting

I have a model of output Module for my DPX sequences.  I have the "Use an image Comp number" box checked, but when restarting AE, setting reset to Unchecked.  If I re - check in the template parameters, it works until I restarted AE.  I tried to remove the template and rebuild it but no luck.

I use the last AE 2014 on Windows 7 build.  Ideas?  Thank you!

Is your model of output Module of the first model in the list (in alphabetical order)? There is a known issue where the control of the use of the tracing image is not well known in this case. To work around this problem, rename the model isn't the first in the list. e.g., put it at the bottom of the list or put another model (maybe a fake model?) top.

  • Help: after changes, the content of part of an image touch tones in the other area of photography

    Hi all

It's a complicated thing, and it's really shake me up. I really hope someone can help.

I'm editing of hundreds of images (a time-lapse of a river movie) and from time to time a ship comes across the scene. When he picks up a certain proportion of the scene (about 1/10), the lighter tones in the image (especially the sky) change and are lighter. When the boat leaves the scene, these tones return to what they should be. All changes are exactly the same from one image to the image, it is only when a boat comes into shot there is a problem with discoloration unwanted tones. Changes include: all cursors Basic, tone curve, HSL for several shades, as well as added upper and radial filters.

I'm not quite sure, but I think that when a ship arrives in scene, other settings change as well (for example, I think maybe for clarity, but I've been focusing on easier to see in the key changes). No numbers change however.

When there is zero edits, then a boat entering the shot is without effect the best tones of the image (the sky). From what I can tell, if I it si je l' ai have edit anything which affects the tone of the sky (for example overall brightness, or graduated filter or the overall clarity), then a boat coming in shot causes the brighter tones of the sky to become best, even if no parameter digital don't alter. I have reproduced the issue by using the same set of images with unique global changes and just graduated filters. I thought it was a problem with global changes, with perhaps a parameter being calculated on the fly for each image, but I did a test with just a graduated filter as well. It has been fixed to not come by hence the boat is in the shot, it's just covered the sky and the problem yet has occurred.

A very interesting observation: if I clone or heal on the boat using the removal tool room in one of the frames problem, the lighter tones then go back to what they should be. When I delete the clone, distributed tones mean. If I change the opacity of the clone hiding in the boat, the tones go unhinged proportionally.

I am editing in Lightroom 5 on a Mac OSX 10.9.5, and the photos in question are raw, shot on a Nikon D3S files (locked in place, the camera movement is not a factor). As a film, a sudden change in tone is really obvious: the movie seems unacceptable flicker. It is essential that I have the necessary control to ensure increase smoothly to an image in the image, and I would have thought that now detail all of the same parameters would be all I need.

It really bites. I'm only enter these time-lapse movies, I used to shoot only stops, and I never noticed a problem like this when editing in LR or ACR in the past (Note: the problem persisted when I tried via Bridge and ACR). FYI: I am a very experienced editor, been using LR since the 1.x version and edit in photoshop since version 3 (not CS3, but version 3, altogether at the time!). Never been this frustrated.

It of a very weird question and cause me to spend hours of extra work to fix it (especially with the adjustment brush and it is very difficult to exactly match what the tones expected to look like).

Thanks in advance for any help, I really need.

    Chas

PS. I'm happy to put in place a set of examples of raw files in this series on Dropbox, if someone wants to try to reproduce the problem.

Time lapse videos like this, you should avoid using one of the HDR-like adjustments. These are shadows, made prominent, white, black and clear. These effects affect different parts of the image according to the overall brightness of the image. Lightroom performs a comprehensive analysis to create on-the-fly masks that affect where the sliders affect the image. When a boat enters the picture, the overall brightness will probably down and Lightroom updates the balance when highlights may affect the image at a different point, which makes the effect of the stronger slider. You might try to use the tone on these images curve and use the graduated filter only with exposure setting (i.e. no clarity, shadows or highlights slider adjustments).
