  Another option available if you do not use the snapfish account is to request it be deleted via their support chat, allowing you to make an account eprintcenter without any problem.

  I put my password of Snapfish, but it is declared "invalid". I have reset my password to Snapfish on a new, but it still does not accept the password. I tried clicking on "Forgot password?" in the context menu, and depending on the password reset procedure here, but still the popup does not accept my password and allow me to go further, unless I combined accounts.

  Is there a way I can go beyond that?

  I sent Snapfish support ([email protected]) and asked them to remove my account. I can now connect to the ePrint Center ok.

  I am trying to log on to my new printer HP Photosmart 6520 ePrint.  I can connect to Snapfish without any problem.  If I try to use the same login and password for ePrint it says the email is already used.  He said that he had to connect the 2.   I'm sorry you have a problem with your account ePrint. ePrint and Snapfish are together then you don't need to register for ePrint. Are you clicking on him 'sign in' at the top of the screen?

  I created after installation of my HP Photosmart 6520 snapfish as the HP setup completed.  All right.  Then, as suggested by the installation process of HP, I proceeded to learn how to set up ePrint.  I entered my email and a password.  He said that the email was already in use (Duh!).  So I tried again and enter a new password.  Bottom line, he said the solution was to create a unique login for Snapfish and ePrint.  I've seen it referenced in response to a similar question from the forum.  The person was having the same problem and the respondent said they would create a single account for the 2 processes.  ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

  Looks like you may have an existing snapfish account, and he wants this password to create the account. If you don't remember the password for snapfish, try to make a password to snapfish.com. HP Photo Creations is a photo editing software that you download to your desktop. You can edit your photos and order prints just as with Snapfish, but all pictures remain on your hard drive.   I can't create an account on www.eprintcenter.com because I'm known as user on Snapfish and have to reset my password on Snapfish.

  When I try to reset my password on Snapfish I´m be guided to a Danish site, called fotoservice.dk. I discovered that the reason is because the Snapfish service stop at the Denmark. But the Danish site Don t know me as their user.

  So I can't get a new password to log in to eprintcenter.

  If I may add, that you are trying to achieve from HP connected? your printer is a printer only USB and can't stand all the features such as connected HP cloud...

  Snapfish slideshow feature will not work. (It was).  I have Windows XP SP3, IE 7.  Contacted Snapfish and their response was that the slide show feature has been verified and it was working fine.  Snapfish offers that I have clear my cache and cookies, which I did and the slide show feature still does not work.  Contacted again Snapfish and they then offered another browser.  Anyone know how I can get the slide show of Snapfish feature working without resorting to download and try one browser other than IE 7?

  Did you select the forgotten password on the Snapfish site?

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you can not create a connected HP account because you receive a message about a Snapfish account.

  You receive this error message because at some point the email address you use to register for connected HP has a Snapfish account created with it.  If you have forgotten or ignored when the account has been created, you can always communicate with Snapfish for the deleted account.  I've included the link to contact the Support client Snapfish.
