"SolutionCenter.msi" what is - this?

I just upgraded to windows 7, but at the end of installation, I get a message "the component you are trying to use is on a network unavailable resource." I'm not on any network. Also says "to take a different path to the folder containing the installation package «SolutionCenter.msi"» I can't find a record of this. Can someone help me with this, please.
