Solve mixed content blocking

I clicked on the shield and disabled the blocking of mixed content for a page. How to re - activate the blocking of the page?

Thank you

The thermostat should work only in the current tab and it should be sufficient to close the tab and open the same page in a new tab.

  • How can I disable the "mixed content blocker' for a single Web site, for example, NYTimes?

Until about 3 weeks ago, I saw the site of the New York Times a day with no content blocked by the Firefox browser. With recent updates in Firefox, the NYTimes site appears in a default form blocked, whenever I go to him. So, I have to manually disable the blocker mixed content Firefox to view the site Web of the NYTimes in the normal display mode. My only other option, right now, is to use a different browser (IE or Chrome), I want to do. Ask for help turn off the blocker of home for individual Web sites. Thank you.

    It is not possible.

  • How do I whitelist specific URL to disable the blocking of mixed content? (New feature FF23)

For some of the products company that I use, the mixed content blocker disables my ability to use these tools. I understand I can switch to allow mixed content - I'd like to power white list URLS that I use regularly I don't want blocking active content. Is this possible?

Agree. I had trouble with some screens of the site because this went live, and I just found out that he is the source. Having to re - click the rocker, every time I reload the page is a TERRIBLE user interface and makes Firefox unusable. I've been a long-time user of firefox and really like many of its features, but if this is rectified soon, I'll have to look for another browser, for some (if not all) Web sites.

Allowing a white list would quickly and easily solve this problem. I know the problems of security, I introduced myself. Keep this essay of yellow warning before the https is a great reminder that my safety is threatened.

  • You are looking for a tool for mixed content "sniffing" HTTPS/HTTP

I hope someone here can help me out. I'm looking for a tool/addon that can report exactly what on the page will raise an error of mixed content. The browser will tell me something on the page is not sure, but it doesn't tell me where or which is not secure, so I can fix it.

Here is my recent example of this problem.
I had a problem with a HTTPS page with one doubleclick on it tracking pixel. It was an iframed of pixel on the tracking of the standard page and iframed page was HTTPS without any problem of cert. It turned out that the current iframed page has a javascript call which was HTTP and this triggers the error of mixed content.

Unfortunately it took me almost two days to understand iframed pages was the no-ssl, not anything on the site.

If someone here could help me find a tool or point to a browser feature that I don't know who could help sniff me these fastest mixed content error would make you my life so much easier.

You can glean some more information the Console browser Firefox (Ctrl + Shift + j). Mixed content blocks generate a log entry in the Security category. If you mix in the filter area in the upper right of the console, which should help down on the message. (Example screenshot attached.)

Now... you still need to understand what generates the request, but I hope it helps.

  • The mixed content not recalled blocking preferences

I want to disable way permanent blocking of mixed content on some Web sites. When I click "Disable on this page protection", Firefox seems to remember the choice until the end of the session. After reboot, I disable it again. Is there a way to remember these settings permanently, without turning off the feature?

It's always a pain the... in version 26. I want to just my decision to persist and do not have to keep saying things to unlock. But also, I don't want to disable the feature entirely. Pretty ridiculous situation.

  • When Web pages contain mixed content, does (or can) Firefox block content from sources not secure?

When secure Web (those using SSL) pages contain content from sources non - SSL, Internet Explorer 8 and 9 ask if you want to show only the content that has been delivered safely. I could not find a prompt similar to Firefox. I know three possible explanations:
1 Firefox offers no protection against the mixed content. I hope that this is not the case!
2 Firefox has a setting that I have not found.
3 Firefox can offer protection but in a different way than Internet Explorer.

Firefox is not and can not block content through an unsecured connection to come in this case, but you can get a warning.

The settings for warning messages have been removed from the UI (Bug 513166).

You must change preferences related security.warn_* directly on the topic: config page.

  • Safari supports mixed content?

I am trying to get an answer to if Safari supports mixed content and if yes how preferences must be put in place. I found totally contradictory information when you search the web, the same right here in the Apple support communities.

Some places say that Safari blocks all the content of the joint. Period. That has not been my experience.

Other places say you need to set some preferences, such as cookies from Web sites I visit, or whatever.

Is it a final anywhere which dealt with it?

    Thank you.

Open safari > safari Preferences > privacy > cookies and the Web site data > select allow Web sites that I visit.

    • Allow Web sites I visit: Safari accepts cookies and the data of the Web site only from Web sites you visit. Safari uses existing cookies to determine if you have visited a website before. This option prevents sites Web which have integrated content in other websites that you browse to store cookies and data on your Mac.

  • 23 of Firefox and mixed content

The release of Firefox 23 notes claim that mixed content pages are now blocked. The Forum of Mozilla messaging to support Thunderbird has mixed content, but it is not blocked. Why say that sites with mixed content are blocked if they are not? THE URL:

Firefox has two prefs to control mixed content.

    • Security.mixed_content.block_active_content
    • Security.mixed_content.block_display_content

Block_active_content is currently set to true by default. block_display_content is always false, so thing as images are not blocked.

  • Mixed content: the page at... has been loaded over HTTPS, but asked a stylesheet unsecured

    Hello

Whenever I export my site, I've got this wrong:

Mixed content: the page to ' https://UK.globalgig.com/index.html "was loaded over HTTPS, but asked a untrusted style sheet" http://fonts.googleapis.com/CSS?family=Maven%20PRO '. This request has been blocked; the content should be served over HTTPS.

    How should I do?

    Thank you.

    Lisa

    Hello Lisa,.

You get this error because your site domain name is https:// and the section of your site called a style sheet for a font, a path not https:// ('http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven%20Pro'.)

To avoid this, you need to make sure that the url of the link that points to the stylesheet of the police has also https:// inside. If you have entered this code manually and then change the code and upload it to the server. Where the code is generated via a widget and then contact the developer of the widget to the correction of the code.

I can see that the two ("http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven%20Pro".)  and ("https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven%20Pro".) are links to work with the same information, so it should not be issue after updating to https://

    Kind regards

  • Content blocked by AdBlock. How to unlock?

I try to go to a Web page and got this message

    Content blocked by AdBlock.
Part of the advertising content is blocked by an extension of the browser.

I have not yet installed an adblocker. How can this happen? And how to unlock the content?

You can try the following steps in case of problems with web pages:

You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

    • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
    • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
    • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

My https:orderform site page contains only images of https and the site has an EV cert which is valid and up-to-date. With history cleared page and visit for the first time that Firefox reports this page contains mixed content and that the site does not identify iteself.

Pressing F5 to refresh the page address bar correctly shows green with no mixed content popup and that diversity side himself.
SSLCertificateChainFile was added, and it makes no difference.
Problem does not occur in other browsers (IE, Safari, Chrome).
A new FF profile has been attempted, but same problem occurs.

Why is refreshing the page work?

Problem in all browsers firefox 3.5 to 14.01. I don't know about those < 3.5.

I have read and tried most of the suggestions in the forum and elsewhere, but can't find a solution.

I have not provided the url because it is my order page and it is important for me to see from real visitors.

First of all thank you for your comments jscher2000

I thought I had fixed it, but I had to clear the history and turn off the computer for a few more minutes for the error reappear.
Well it turns out that this was not the difference between the direct replacement and replace().
    However this worked.

    If (xFf) setTimeout (function () {top.location.href = "https://ord.html"}, 300);

Thus allowing any javascript code following (pending) to finish as suggested.
I came to the same conclusion before reading your comments.

    WORKS NOW

However the redirection on the server is a more robust solution.

  • Understand mixed content...

So, I understand that the double Orientation will not be supported in 2015 of DPS, but we're talking about mixed content. Please clarify if I understand this.

Lets say, for example, I had a double folio guidance where certain items seemed better in landscape format and other looked better in the portrait. If I understand correctly, in 2015 of DPS, I would simply add a focus of each of these articles - as well as choose a default orientation for the TLC. The App appear correctly in this is the default orientation (lets assume its landscape for display on a shelf), and all items of landscape-oriented display correctly. However, when I would pass on a portrait oriented article, it would appear in his portrait on the page layout landscape, adding white-boxing hand letter and on the other article. So, if I would turn the Tablet, it would display in full screen portrait mode? This is how it works?

    Thank you

    Tommy

That's how it will work eventually. At the present time, the part of the rotation isn't there, then you will see the portrait contained letterboxes of the landscape. Once we add the rotation, you will be able to run the unit and it will show landscape filling the screen.

  • My iPad has said that Mozilla content Blocker is incompatible with my iPad using the version 9.2, why?

When you try to install Mozilla blocker of content through the Apple Store, the installation has been abandoned with the reason being that the application was not compatible with my device: an iPad running version 9.2

Development is compatible with the devices 64-bit running iOS 9 and above.

  • Solve linear equations - Block tridiagonal matrix

    Hello

I developed a vi that can be used to solve tridiagonal systems by block of equations by Thomas algorithm. These systems are usually in the finite differences method used to solve equations in partial derivatives.

For iterations of 1000 times, its time is ~ 500ms. Now, I want to finish the work within 100ms. is possible to improve the performance?

    Thanks, Jong Hyun

For details of the Thomas algorithm, please see wikipedia Web page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_algorithm. Note that it describes how to solve tridiagonal linear equations, but same logic can be applied to block tridiagonal equations.

    * If you use the vi sparse SLE of analysis multi-hearts and Sparse Matrix Toolkit, the elapsed time is 450 ms ~

LabVIEW basic/full/pro all use Intel MKL library for linear algebra on MS Windows and Linux.  Intel MKL designed to be very fast for large matrices and breaking a problem given out to take advantage of the different levels of cache. Linear algebra calls go through several levels of functions, including size controls, if any, and may allocate memory for the workspace each call, before finally calculate the result.  This overload problem is evident when the matrix is so small (3 x 3).

I coded matrix-matrix, versions multiply, matrix-vector multiply, and matrix opposite in the case of 3 x 3 explicitly in soil using the structure in place and full indexation (no loops, all scalar operations).  This eliminates the overhead of controls and allows better and placeness.  This brings your reference point down for ~ 70ms on my machine.  Unfortunately this requires significant code changes if you change the block size, but it provides good performance.

"I think that, if I can save each submatrix conversely in the first round and use several times, then speed will be better."

I agree.  You should be able to calculate the most sweeping toward the front of the algorithm and simply replace the submatrices changed and still solve before.  This may mean re - organize the variables to have the submatrices updated or modified down to the right of the input matrix.
