Some features, why I use an older version of Firefox (like 3.5) since I've upgraded to the new version 7.0.1?

Since I've upgraded to version 7.0.1 Firefox, other programs do not recognize this version. Gmail says I'm a previous version. Add ons I'm under version 3.5. I downloaded and installed v7 several times now, but it does not help.

  • Why Dreamweaver uses an older version of Bootstrap.css?

    Hello

Whenever I want to choose a component bootstrap, DW said that will create a new css/js file because the component is not fully compatible with the current css/js file (less than version 3.0).

I've seen other similar topics and tried their apparent corrections by resetting the preferences etc but maintaining thing same happing. I also checked my version of css "bootstrap" and it is V2, V3 not (see attached screenshot).

  • 14 Firefox guard severely suspended since I've upgraded to the latest version of Adobe Flash (11.4).

On 22 September, I received a notification to update to the latest version of Flash (11.4). After you install Firefox (version 14) began to cling hard some of my favorite sites, such as Facebook and DeviantArt. After trying to deal with things, he abandoned and would not answer. After the boot without failure, I disabled the add-on flash, and everything has of worked, except for games requiring flash to play. As soon as I walk back, hanging and no answer came back.

I wasn't able to get to one of these sites without serious questions hanging. I just uninstalled Flash, rebooted, and then reinstalled. Everything seems to work fine now.

  • My Firefox says 7.0.1 this is but webpages and Firefox update page say that I use an older version. What is going on?

I have Firefox 7.0.1. It says this in the help-> section of my Firefox. He said: I'm updating. When I navigate to the page of updates online, however, I'm out of date. And some sites, like Pandora, say that I use an older version of Firefox that is not compatible with their Web site. Any help would be appreciated. Google Chrome does not open Java, Firefox does not update, but IE works fine... it's weird how that? What happened to my world?

  • I tried to update, but sites still say I use an older version. I downloaded the latest version and run the program to "downloads".

Sites like Pandora and gmail keep telling me that I use an older version of Firefox. So I followed their links to update, download the latest version and run it from my downloaded programs. But it doesn't seem to work as the sites always give me the same message.

Something that you have changed your User Agent or prevents your User Agent to update with the new installation/update of Firefox. I suspect it's Fast Browser Search, which is shown as part of the User Agent. To get rid of Fast Browser Search do the following:

    1. Closing of Firefox (Firefox button > exit OR File > Exit)
    2. Open the Windows XP Control Panel and remove/uninstall "Fast Browser search protection" and "Fast Browser Search" (MyWebTatoo)
    3. Launch Firefox

For a long time keep saying looks like to your using an older version of Firefox. Several times I tried to install Adobe Flash plug-in, both with Firefox and the Adobe site. I'm on Linux 32-bit, 64 no, details, that I find are for 64 bit.

I think that the problem might be here, but I do not see the solution for 32 bit. Looks like only maybe 2 plug-ins? Anyway I need help.
It is a problem with all the extra steps with the question you can imagine. I tried from scratch with Firefox, not working, more like 52 card pick up... if you know this game.
I want a solution if you have a. Thank you.

I had the problem solved. Thank you for your help. I had to get help from an engineer, I know. It's fast enough, but it looked like he deleted the old and installed the new and it seemed that perhaps the launch could have the issue? Not exactly, it's almost as if the launch was set for the old version... but don't want to send someone on the cause of the bad way, I don't know, but he later installed to firefox 38.1 or another... the 29. SOLVED. Thank you for taking the time to help. It was frustrating problem.

  • I'm under Firefox 9.01 yet my home page says that I use an older version?

I have re-installed 9.01 several times but my home page has not been updated to the new version and there is an error message that I am not using the current version, but if you go to help on firefox it says it's 9.01

It - http://www.google.com/firefox - is the old Page to start Firefox used by the Firefox 3.6 and earlier versions of Firefox. I think that Google assumes that you are using an older version of Firefox, as they hard-coded message 'upgrade' in this page - all versions of Firefox see this message.

From version Firefox 4, Firefox uses a 'local' with the address Start Page of Subject: House. It looks like the old start Page, but this isn't exactly the same thing.

  • MY DELL LATITUDE D610 HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO THE NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS? NOW IT IS WINDOWS 7, WHAT VERSION IS SUPPORT FOR USE WELL ON MY DEVICE?

MY DELL LATITUDE D610 HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO THE NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS? NOW IT IS WINDOWS 7, WHAT VERSION IS SUPPORT FOR USE WELL ON MY DEVICE? PLEASE HELP ME

Read this: upgrade Windows 10 Dell Latitude D610

Take a look at my answer, complete instructions.

Basically speaking, Dell officially supports Windows 2000 and Windows XP on Dell Latitude D610 (and other models of Dx10).

However it can really run Windows Vista and 7 at least, as long as you max out the RAM (2 GB, 2 x 1 GB, can be purchased at a great price in eBay) and install the drivers, in particular graphics drivers, look in Device Manager and see what drivers are needed manually.

If you're lucky to have a D610 with ATi graphics card then you can even run Windows 8 and 10 with all drivers available, and I can tell you that it won't be slow dog not unlike a lot of people say, I don't have something similar (a HP Compaq nx8220) in common use. Keep as lean as possible (not bloatwares, anti-virus etc.) system, and it will serve you well.

  • I did the update for Firefox 7 but when I open Firefox, it tells me that I must upgrade to the latest version which I have, how do I fix?

I keep my Firefox constantly updated, but in recent weeks Gmail has been telling me that I use an older version that she can't stand even though I have the updated version. I was warned that Firefox could be updated to the latest version, I did. After the update when I opened Firefox it told me that I needed to upgrade to the latest version that I had already done. How can I fix?

Having both versions is a possibility. The other is that the user agent is stuck to the old version of Firefox 3.5.3 due to some extension.

Check general.useragent preferences on the topic: config page.
You can open the topic: config page through the address (address) bar just like you open a Web site.

    Filter: general.useragent

If all general.useragent prefs are "BOLD" (user set) then right-click this pref and select reset.

We could probably due the FBSMTWB on the end of your useragent as the extension toolbar to Fast Browser Search added at some point and therefore the uptight version of Firefox. This problem has been resolved from Firefox 4.0.

The usual reason for this error message, it's that some of the registry entries mentioned in the following items are damaged.

If you are unable to fix it by using these methods, try to create a new user account, give administrator privileges and use it to install Java.

Did you remove the information from browser ("user agent string") of your post? To see how your Firefox is that identified Web sites, you can use my page of test here: https://www.jeffersonscher.com/res/jstest.php

If a specific version is listed, you may experience the problem described in this article: sites say that Firefox is obsolete or incompatible, even if it's the latest version.

If the user agent shows it is hidden or partially blocked, or if it is completely absent, you have an extension that modifies or software security/privacy external blocking.

  • Designed a website at home on the latest version of Muse... and the need to put on the College computers that use an older version of Muse.  How can I make my site opened on Muse at the College?

I also exported my Web site in HTML format, so I can download it on the servers of the College through Dreamweaver.  But even how to open these files exported to Dreamweaver?  Because at the present time all the individual HTML pages for links are there, as well as images and CSS, but not the actual website in one.

    Any help is appreciated

    See you soon

Because at the present time all the individual HTML pages for links are there, as well as images and CSS, but not the actual website in one.

It's just what it is. Muse container format can be seen on the web, so your published files are bog standard HTML and CSS. If the relative folder structure is chosen, you should have no problem opening your pages in DW. For the ease of use you can create a site definition in DW to point to your published root folder. Otherwise, you cannot mix different versions of Muse. Your new file does not open on your older version at the College.
