"Some files to sync failed" error, but "creative cloud works normally. What should I do?

CC gives me an error "some files not has not not synchronize", but when you click on the link, it takes me to https://status.creativecloud.com/ who says that everything is working normally. So why give me an error, but no solution? Why don't synchronize my files? How dio I solve this problem?

If you're on MAC, open the utilities activity monitor.

Then check if you get coresync is not responding error.

Exit Office Coresyc also leave cloud creative Activity Monitor

then restart and check.
