Some keys not working do not 'Macbook pro' 15-inch
I use Mcbook pro 15 inches and some of the keys do not work.
Keys that don't work are "SPACEBAR, n, h, y, 6, F7'." Can someone advice me what can I do?
Have you spilled water or damaged the keyboard in a way that could cause a key malfunction?
These keys work on a USB keyboard?

I understand that shift key of your MacBook Pro does not respond as before. Fortunately the steps below can help to restore the functionality of the SHIFT key on your Mac.
- In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
- On the view menu, choose the speech.
- Click on the text to Speech tab.
- If "Text Speak selected when you press the button" is enabled, the key or combination of keys set to read the text cannot be used for other purposes, or used for typing text - click on set the key and replace it with a less commonly used key combination (try using the modifier such as SHIFT keys, command) Option and control). Or disable the option "Read the selected text when the key is pressed".
- Click the accessibility pane or universal access in system preferences, and then click the keyboard tab.
- Make sure the slow keys is off. With slow keys on, you must press a key for a longer period of time so he can be recognized.

- Click on the tab Input Sources (or tab Menu entry under Mac OS X 10.5.8 or earlier version).
- Click on the keyboard and the characters 'On' box Viewer checkbox to select (click on the viewer of keyboard "On" checkbox under Mac OS X 10.5.8 or earlier).
- In the entry menu (flag), choose Show Keyboard Viewer.
- If the keyboard is connected and detected by OS X, the keys you type will highlight in the keyboard Viewer window. Open TextEdit (or any text application) and try to type something using the keys that failed before to see if they highlight in the keyboard Viewer.
- Start up from the Mac OS X installation disc, choose Terminal from the utilities menu and test buttons that did not previously. If the keys work while started from the install disc, the keyboard works correctly. How to solve a problem of software allows to isolate the software problem that may be causing the keys to not answer.

It worked finally.
Why doesn't HP have updated the drivers for a Macbook Pro 10.6.8 Snow Leopard? I couldn't find one for 10.5 or 10.6 Leopard. I tried everything I could find. I found a note on the edge of Disussion which suggested someone try a driver for another HP printer may be similar. I found if I used the full program for Macbook Pro 10.6 Leopard I could scan. The fax appeared to be installed via blue tooth. I have not faxed anything, but it has been tested during the installation of the program. Complete program of the HP I can't print. I loaded via Apple an another whick of printer HP Officejet 8500 A910 allows me to print. It is the only way that I could make use of my HP printer, scanner and fax. Crazy, but I think it works and I can put some scans and, hopefully, fax to my Macbook Pro. I appreciate the help. Please encourage the HP programs and drivers for my Macbook Pro Snow Leopard 10.6.8.

My new lightroom cd will not work in a MacBook Pro.
I just purchased lightroom 3 and the cd does not work in a MacBook Pro. It says on the CD that it's Windows & Mac and I have checked Windows on a machine, and it works.

You really don't need the CD of installation anyway. The only thing you need is the serial number that comes with the drive. Just download the trial version and install it. Activate with serial number, which're you good to go. You may still download in order to have the latest version.

Xtreme JBL bluetooth does not work with the macbook pro
I am currently using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid-2014, retina), OS: El Capitan 10.11.3.
When I tried my new JBL Xtreme bluetooth with my macbook pro or even macbook air matching, it can only go up pair. When I play music on my macbook pro/air, however, there is no music coming out of speakers JBL Xtreme, even if it is coupled.
However, I am able to pair and play music from my iphone 6.
Can you suggest how to solve this problem?
When coupled if you go to System Preferences > sound > output is the BT listed and selected as output device?

Why has been upgraded to El Capitan failed before?
The only problem is that some applications require the upgrade and some devices that connect to the computer require updated drivers up-to-date. The problem is that for some devices and applications updates are not available and so they do not work with El Capitan.

Can someone please give me an idea why the following happens?
I have two machines:
iMac 27-inch with El Capitan, java version 1.8.0_60
MacBook Pro 15 inch with El Capitan, java version 1.8.0_60
I use Oracle SQL Data Modeling 4.1.1.888 in both entities.
In the iMac, I can change the relationships on the relational model, but I can't select them visually in the macbook only through File Explorer.
I'd appreciate a comment or an idea about this problem.

Very slow Macbook Pro 13 inch Mid 2012
Hello world! I'm not savvy at all, so my apologies if something is not clear in my message below.

For the last two weeks, my Macbook Pro 13 inch (mid-2012) has been extremely slow. The colorful beachball (aka the wheel of death) often shows up, even when I'm just trying to type something, such as now (I'll have to type really slowly, so it can track). This slowness came very suddenly.
I tried resetting SMC/NVRAM, repair disk permissions, then by restarting in safe mode, but the problem persists (I also tried to upgrade to El Capitan, but was met with a loop of reboot delicious and recovered my time machine backup again to the recovery mode). I think I can also try to reindex spotlight, but I may or may not succeed.
I was not able to create a Time Machine backup successfully for the last month, because it gets stuck on "preparing for backup...". "(not sure if this could be related). I also wanted to point out that Dropbox is one of my startup items, but I got it for centuries, and it has never been my Macbook it ridiculously slow. Before this slowness, I would leave it and my Macbook would be back up to speed. I also tried to remove the list of startup items and slowness persists even after rebooting.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When you see a beachball cursor or the slowness is particularly bad, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
These must be run as administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Run the Console application in one of the following ways:

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid 2010, 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo).
Well, after years of abuse, the thinner rope (which connects to the Macbook) began to tear. I tried to drag an above shrink wrap to fix and make it last a little longer, but now I find myself stirring the rope around so he can start loading.
in any case, I found a company after-market on Amazon called Supsun making (link below) and recently purchased a. He said that going to work with my Macbook, but I think not even check what power mine use and after he woke up, I found out mine originally a 60w.
Will this hurt Magsafe Supsun 85w power adapter my mid 2010 13-inch Macbook in anyway?

What happened:
I left my macbook pro (13-inch) year 2015 on the couch leaning, who fell on the couch. Landing on top of the macbook screen and where the keyboard is native. In other words, it landed on the mat (head down '' v '').
Here's what I tried to solve the problem:
Press Command + Option + P + R at startup.
Press command + R
Hold the SHIFT key and still does not turn on (black screen)
However, on my macbook pro, I could still see the apple logo light up, when I press the "Caps Lock", the Green led comes on and also the power cord shows green and orange colors. When the Macbook pro fell the screen was on
I don't know what to do next. I have apple care and I'm afraid that apple wouldn't cover it
Any help is greatly appreciated,

MacBook Pro 15 inch Mid 2009 running slow
My MacBookPro began to run more slowly. It was a bit lazy before I upgraded to El Capitan (10.11.14), but it seems that it becomes gradually slower.
The most affected elements: start-up, open programs and work on the Internet. (In regards to the Internet, I have restarted my modem, checked my speed of suppliers, cleared my cache, etc. I'm waiting for my provider to help me know if there are problems with my service, but it seems that my Internet is being heard more slow as well. I work from home on a website online. Internet delays are causing me considerable problems with my work!)
By different channels support Apple, I ran EtreCheck and provided the report below. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.
Confusing one, it says that my 8 GB of RAM is expandable. But I don't know why. I have 8 GB of RAM upgraded last year.

I see no problem at all in your report to EtreCheck. The 'extensible' indicator simply means that your machine can be extensible. Most recent Macs have no more extensible RAM. These types of downturns are a common complaint. You have an older machine, and they do not work El Capitan, but also a new machine. You can replace your hard drive with an SSD. But other than that machine seems to be running like he's going to run.
