  If you see the lock of Activation screen after update your iOS device, you want to try the following:

  -Restart your iOS device and try to connect again.

  -Visit appleid.apple.com and log in to ensure that your password is correct.  If you change something here, only to change your password.  Try to connect again on the iPhone.

  -Connect on iTunes on a computer and put your Apple ID and password when it prompts you (as it did on your iOS device).

  Well, if the main problem was that I had edited the names of registration payment options - buy page layout. That seemed to ruin everything. I found that it can still work if you change the names, just be careful because webforms can be very finicky.

  I'm having a problem using Google search on the web (toolbar and directly from google.com) in Firefox.   It turns out that it was a matter of nomenclature of directory.  Directory has a period in it (for example, domaine.org).  Once the period has been removed from the directory name, it worked.  For some reason, it worked fine in CF8 but not CF10.  I hope this helps someone else.

  If your book is a word (.doc or .docx) document, then adobe reader won't be able to open it.

  Also, if it's a PDF so only you can use Adobe Reader.
