  It is because the printer copies since the ADF Document (CAD) using first of all in the first page of the document. If the top of the page (usually the first page unless the document is already reversed) is copied everything first and thus ends up on the bottom once all pages are copied.

  However, the series Officejet Pro 8600 has the ability to scan all the pages and then print from the last page. The option is called 'Collate' and you should find it in the copy settings. Just turn it on and start the copy.

  The following script iterates through my index and works very well if none of the index entries have "sort by" text that causes the entry down the list in alphabetical order. It works fine if the text ' sort by ' causes the index entry back into the list alphabetically.

  So it seems to me that given that the script is an iteration through the bottom-up index entries and page references, happens to a topic that is displayed below the list in, but it is actually "" upward earlier in the list alphabetically, so the script can not get corresponds to the page in the source text reference.

  No, you nothing is missing! Sorry, I had assumed just because you can add script tags to practically anything, you could add them to the topics as well. But now that I checked, it turns out that you can't. Two ways out that could be

  (1) temporarily add sort by name of the item, separated by a single, empty string field to sort by. Subsequently restore the field sort by and the name of the topic.

  (2) If for any reason, you can add the value of sorting by name, you will need to build a table with the topic names and sort by values, blank the sort by fields, then restore them later using the table.

  Complicated, but nothing else I can think.

  Okay, I mean watching a doc in Word or Excel, I created last week. At the time of the creation of the doc, I saved it in my folder called"documents of work"let say.   As you say you have no header column, I guess you look at a display of the icon.
  Go to the high side R/H of the window, and you should see three icons - the 'Help' icon, the "Preview Pane" icon and the "View" icon Click on the dropdown next to the "Display" icon and change the Details view. The column headers should then appear and will allow you to sort in ascending or descending to alphebetic order. Simply click on the column heading "name".   New printer for me: all-in-one HP Deskjet 2540.  I have to be able to print in reverse order.  (Print the first page of first, second page second, etc. - it seems to print last page first now).   I know that you can make this happen in Word documents, but I'm using an accounting program (software Logos) who doesn't have this option.  I've always been able to manage this process of the "printer properties", but this new printer (HP Deskjet 2540) doesn't have this option, unless I'm on it somewhere.  Does anyone know if you can tell the printer cela somewhere in the printer properties?  Thank you

  I have a HP Photosmart 7460.  Printing slowed to a crawl so I deleted the old driver and installed a new.  Now, it prints pages in reverse order.  All necessary pages are printed successfully, but every other page is a blank sheet.  The first produced sheet is empty.  I don't see any change in my printer preferences.

  Blank pages occur with a pages document multiple and single page ones.  The sequence in the disorder occurs on the document of several pages.

  This seems to be a long-standing bug that occurs when specific sort orders are selected for Albums (for example, if ordered by year descending sequence) and you start playing a song from an album - this seems to be a side effect of the order happening in view of songs (where sort descending year also reverses order of track number).  Play the album itself should get the order correct independent of the sort order.
