sorting in a clockwise direction

I have a set of order pairs stored in a vector as the first pair order has the xcoord in index 0 and ycoord in index 1, and so on for each pair ordered. Now, I want to print a crossing of pairs in order clockwise, with the arbitrary starting point. Someone has ideas of how to sort these coords in order clockwise or how to print them in this way. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this version I have saved to 8.5.

I'm doing a photo appear to rotate and enlarge. My first image is slightly turned, like pictures in an album. When I use the shape tweening to rotate and enlarge counterclockwise, it works fine. But when I do it in the opposite direction, it makes a sort of funky spin.

  • calculation of the average value of the sorted data and polar route drawing

    Hello

I did a VI that calculates the average value of the wind rotor/speed-ratio in the sections of 30 degrees (wind direction). He also called the polar plot of calculated data. Everything works, but I would like to make more detailed calculations and drawings, by increasing the resolution to 1 degree, or...

Problem is VI, I did, is not easy on a large scale. At the moment, I have 12 parallel structures of switch-box to calculate the average value and build the array function to collect data calculated for Polar plot to draw the image in real time. I know it's probably the worst way to do it, but since I have done a few things with LV, it was the only way I managed to do what I wanted.

Now, if I continue in same way to reach my goal, I have to create 360 Parallels switch-case structures... that are crazy.

Something like the calculation of the average of the table or matrix (zero/empty values should not be calculated on average) inside the loop or similar way would probably be the best solution.

So, polar plot drawing is not a problem, but creating a reasonalbe average metering system is. Any ideas?

I would also like to rotare northward to the top (0 deg), and degrees of increase in a clockwise direction on polar ground dial plate (as on the compass).

    I have signals:

    -Wind speed

    -wind direction

    -Rotor speed

    I want to:

-Draw a polar path of the wind rotor/speed-ratio of averages in propotion of wind direction

  • 1 a few pictures of the movie playing in the wrong direction?

I have an object (a logo) on a scenario that should do the trick a circle counterclockwise. I want to move the start position of the first image, but when I do that and test it, he started playing in a clockwise direction, then at the next keyframe stops and plays in the right direction. How to move the starting frame without causing this to happen? I have been dragging along the timeline and a fall, is that correct?

    Thank you.

Do not know what is happening, but you may need to create a keyframe to halfway between the first and the second. Flash moves an object, the shortest possible distance. Another solution is to remove the motion tween, move the first image where you want, and then do the interpolation. If I don't understand it, please try to explain better what is happening. • Photos of portrait Mode appears.

Come to find out that most of the photos imported into iPhoto photos in Portrait Mode are not displayed. There is the photo frame containing a triangle with exclamation point. It appears to be too few is not present in Landscape Mode. Double clicking will open correctly to the top of the photograph.

I found that by selecting the 'photograph' and turning to the left and then turn in a clockwise direction, the photograph shows correctly. I assume that these photographs were shot in iPhoto, after having been imported from the camera. I can only assume that data was transferred incorrectly when the iPhoto library has been changed to Photos.

Has anyone else seen this and y at - it a simple cure without having to go through the lot manually (I realize it will be faster select all the defective and just do the nozzle anti-clockwise to the right once but I already found some photo frames to be empty, so I still have to compare with the iPhoto library)?

  • Weird form bug

So, I had to imitate a lower 3rd fact in After Effects in motion. The anim section draws an outline of a rounded rectangle that then fills in the color and text of bottom-3e. The result looks like this:

The animation of contour must start and end at the bottom right, above the curve of the angle and counterclockwise travel. For example, halfway through the anim - on (and with the filling and the hidden text) sketching would look like this:

To create this particular movement direction (and having the movement starts after the curved corner) I had to change the location of the individual points of the geometry, as they ran to the left (point 1 at the bottom right, point 2, top-right, point 3 above left and point 4 below left) and then animate the offset of end of the sketch. (Running the coordinates in a clockwise direction and animating the means of starting starting by the line offset before the corner rounded rectangle, which is not what I'm after).

So far so good, it works very well on the move, so I publish on FCPX, where it is not working properly - the outline emerges to the right left down instead of needles. Huh? When I then re-open the file motion, I find that the positions of the different points of the shape has been changed so that they are executed in the order in a clockwise direction (mainly point 2 and point 4 being traded). Then FCPX follow the instructions in the request file, but movement is reversing my explicit instructions in order to force a form of flow to the left. Why Motion care same order in which the points are in? Surely, he must just accept the coordinates given and work with them.

I found a bodge pick me up around him, but it would be better to know if there is a way to get the proposal to accept a shape counterclockwise.

How do you describe the shape? A behavior using write on? If so, leave to its default settings and rotate the shape 180 ° - 180 °, X-Z. That it will turn around (and it will not change how it is positioned). To set the bottom the right starting point (just above), convert them into Points (type Option-SHIFT-S or menu object > convert point or right click and select converted to Points on the shortcut menu.) Once converted, right click on bottom right corner, and then select: start of game. The animation will start just above the curve.

The problem with 'points' rectangles (and circles) is that once converted, it is impossible to maintain a curl even if you change the dimensions of the shape. If you can live with that, dating back to the 'old' point system is not a big deal.  You can add points any part of a shape and choose a moment as a starting point for writing on the animation (or simply keyframe start and end Point offsets in the form > hierarchical Inspector.)

    Hi Michael,

You need not global variables to simplify this, but I would certainly use object variables to simplify.  When indexing of groups or channels, it is easier to use the variable of index with the Data.Root.ChannelGroups collect or Group.Channels collection directly.  I also prefer to store the group object and the channel object in a variable.  For example, you can then use Channel.DataType to add exactly the same string data to the new group coming from the old group.  You can also easily get the name, unit and all sorts of other properties directly from the object variable.  I prefer to use a separate group object variable to reduce congestion in the colde, although it adds 2 lines to your example of code snippet.

    Set FromGroup = Data.Root.ChannelGroups (intCount)
    Set FromChannel = FromGroup.Channels (intChan)
    Define participatory = Data.Root.ChannelGroups ("Index" & FromGroup.Name)
    The rise in the value = ToGroup.Channels.Add (FromChannel.Name & "Rising", DataTypeChnFloat64)
    Fall in the value = ToGroup.Channels.Add (FromChannel.Name & "Falling", DataTypeChnFloat64)

  • Engine using a state machine control logic

    Hello

I'm trying to implement motor control using the logic of the state machine. My requirement is simple. I have a voltage from data acquisition value that corresponds to the couple (initial value = 5). I need my feeding motor a positive (right-hand rotation) and negative (counterclockwise rotation) speed depending on whether the value of this tension is between the top (7 V) and the lower thresholds (3 V).

In other words, the motor starts to turn in a clockwise direction at the outset; the voltage is declining, as soon as we get to <= 3="" v,="" it="" changes="" direction="" and="" moves="" counterclockwise="" till="" it="" hits="">= 7 V, then changes direction again and this repeatedly for, say user-defined number of cycles. I tried to write this logic, and when I run the program it starts well, is to see the first time, entry happens under a low threshold, changes direction but oscillates at the same position. He won't until > = 7 V.

I enclose the code for your reference. Logical machine state in queue can be of any help? Also, can I present a State in which after that user-defined cycles are more the engine back to a position where the voltage is 5 V.

    Thank you very much.

Ravens fan is OK.  You need to know which direction you are moving before deciding what to do comparison.  Look at this simple diagram that shows how to use a shift register to keep track of which direct that you use.

  • Digital multifunction DAQ

Hi, I have a third part where I use it to acquire the 5540 HEDL encoder signals. Now I have two signals encoder, I need to find the direction of the encoder.

    Condition:

When the channel led it should could needles.

When channel B comes it must have in a clockwise direction.

Can someone suggest me a simple algorithm to find?

You have a third part of what? Council DIO? Encoder interface? Analog input card?

According to the data sheet, the rising edge of the pulse of the index is synchronized with the front of the output of barB. If the signal of barA is high at this time there it means its already a high and directs barB; But if barA is not high, barB head of barA.

  • coordinates of rotation problem

    Hello world

I'll try to be clear, but I just have a problem with the coordinate on a rectangle of rotation.

So, first of all, I have this data, and when I put in Excel I a rectangle to the right.

SO now I know I need to change the data in the rotation, that's what I did.

It worked great, I tried with graphic and to change the degree of rotation, it was perfect, I had good rotated rectangle.
My next and last stop was just to put the coordinate to Excel and to reproduce the same rectangle on a chart in Excel.
And that is where I met the problem.

I have no idea why, and I don't see what to change to fix that...

I now just a rotation of 90 degrees, it is sufficient to correct the position but where can change something?

If somenody know something or have the solution, you are welcome.

Sorry about that big post but I think is more clear with the image that more text.

Thanks again for your answers (in advance)

    Direction of rotation?

In Excel, it looks like a postive rotation causes rotation in the clockwise direction.

I did not dig your math, but in many programs (such as Autocad), a rotation angle positive hour meter follows the right hand rule.  Where 0 is the + axis X and a line there turns towards the + Y axis with a + angle.

  • Rotated Windows Desktop Update

Windows 7 ran an update this morning. In the process he turned my office 90 degrees in a clockwise direction. I haven't tried to restart the computerwith no chance. Then I tried a restore to an earlier date, and that no longer works.

How can I get my office back to normal?

    Hi glimbach,

Press Ctrl + Alt + up arrow on your keyboard to get your workstation to normal. If it does not, press Ctrl + Alt + (down or right/left arrow keys).

Or you can just right click anywhere on your desktop and click on graphics options-> Rotation->, and select Normal.
