  It is more than likely that your email account which is at fault and not on your PC. It is quite easy to 'spoof' an email so it seems that if it came from your email address when, in reality, it comes from someone else. I suggest change you your email provider, so changing your email address. If you are using groups of public discussion, facebook, twitter "are not" visualize your email address.
