  For Internet Explorer 9, as for the command bars and the Favorites, the status bar is disabled by default. To turn on the status bar do the following steps.

  B: once that the status bar is turned on Zoom will be automatically available. You can also use the zoom feature by clicking the Tools button and using the zoom options there.

  I have a problem with intermittent flashing volume icon, when this happens, the volume icon is maximized and apears on the screen at the same time it is found in the taskbar. The volume icon will then quickly flash and cycle between silent and this causes the volume to sizzle even if no audio signal is coming through the speakers.   I did sacans full of viruses and malware, but as I said it is still present after a full restore of the system. Im guessing it may be a hardware failure or a short circuit so probarbly will bring to a grumpy, but it would be good to have an idea of what it might be before hand so I do not be fooled.

  2 when was the last time it was working fine?

  3. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

  I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

  Control Panel - device - sounds Manager - note manufacturer device name and info on the graduating model.
  Double click and get the date and version of the driver (if 06 are dates, you use the default windows driver). Now
  Click the DRIVER UPDATE (this can not find anything because MS is far behind the certification of drivers). Now LAW
  CLICK above and UNINSTALL - REBOOT - it will refresh the driver stack.

  If one of the system icons is out, you can reactivate the as follows:
