  VGN-NR110E came out fall 2007. Models released before fall 2008 don't are not supported for Windows7.
  Please consult this announcement of the subject for some tips on how to use the original vista Driver if it will work for you, find an alternate option.

  Sony is responsible for all their updates for Vista operating system support, they delivered, not Microsoft.

He puts the speakers muted, but does not change color.  It's still orange, not mater if your speakers are on or off.   His other (white) State works because it is white to start windows, but then goes to orange and does not change when selected but by selecting the button speaker turn the speakers on and outside as it should.

  I've loaded and reinstalled the quick launch driver software (sp46731.exe), but the problem is still there.  The problem is about 2 weeks old.   Have not added any new software that I know.  But computer installs updates as received.

  First download the audio driver by using the links below and save the installer to your desktop.

  Audio driver - Windows 7

  Audio driver - Windows Vista

  Once the download is complete, right-click on the Setup program and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation - ignore the warnings that you can see everything that is an earlier version.  Once the installation is complete, restart the laptop.

  Recently, I bought the sony vaio flip 14 (SVF14N1C5E), one of the first things I did is upgraded to windows 8.1 because it seemed better to me. However, the touchscreen works quite now or it's like a ghost made al stuff on my screen.

  I tried calibration, change settings, delete and reinstall the drivers, but it does not solve everything. I am very disappointed that my laptop new (and expensive) does not work correctly.

  How can I fix this annoying problem?

  Qosmio G30-117 does not support my Sony DCR-IP5E (a micro video camera) port ieee 1394. I tried to use pinnaccle studio 9 and video ulead studio 10, but I could not see my cam because of these programs.

  There is no problem if I install a new win xp media center edition (retail pack) and CDTOOLS drivers. But I want to use my setup of the Qosmio factory, I don't want to buy a new win xp media center edition.

  I tested it with Qosmio G20 and my Sony camcorder using the same port.
  I tested it with Windows movie maker, WinDVD Creator, Adobe Premiere and Ulead Media studio Pro 8.

  You may believe, but each application was able to see my cam and I copied movies on the HARD drive, edited and created DVDs. I don't really know what is happening in your case, but when you connect your switch cam on game mode, and the cam must be recognized as new hardware and listed in Device Manager.

  When it works well to start the applications and check again.

  I have a Sony Vaio, which has a few years working with Windows XP Home Edition.  When I bought the computer first, I wasn't very experienced technilogically who did not think about twice the computer comes not not with an operating system cd.  In any case, now that the computer is a few years old I am aware of the importance of having this cd as a backup, if all else fails.  My problem is when I went on the Sony website where a list of retailers has been provided which might carry the recovery CD.  After phone calls and emails, I have yet to find one that still bears then Sony Vaio Recovery Set.  I always have my genuine key of Windows Xp, as well as of the receipt of the purchase of the computer.  I'm more concerned with a new installation or not all original came with my computer (ie. sony) programs.  My concern is just to find a real cd that I can use in the unfortunate situation where I have to reinstall my operating system.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time.

  Maybe you have a recovery partition.

  Pressing F10 or F11 key when you turn on your system can put you in a recovery partition.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the IDT High Definition Audio Codec (Version 6.1.6345.0 driver) and the device high definition Audio ATI (Version 5.0.7000.6 driver) to my computer via the Device Manager. I've recently updated the HP support program for my computer, but even when I tried to do a system restore it does not solve the problem.  I'm starting to think it could be a problem of faulty wiring, but I don't know how to fix this. Any ideas?

  Yes, I agree that you'll want to contact Sony about this. However, if the only problem with the laptop is not able to connect, then you have a recovery disk.

  The first thing we do is to ensure that you have all necessary drivers installed on the laptop. Again, this is something you can find at the Sony support site.

  Because this laptop is not able to get online, then you will probably need to use another PC to go on the support site. Be sure to insert the appropriate for the Vaio model number and download all drivers in system on a flash drive, or other portable storage unit. Then just plug the drive into the Vaio and install these drivers.

  I have a big problem with my camera. A month ago, after I downloaded a picture of a conversation to Whatsapp, I wanted to watch, the small window of the image was not clear enough, as after download. So when I click in the window to whatch the image, a message appears on the screen: Sorry, the image was not found in the SD card. So I talked to a friend to solve, and he tells me Whatsapp unistall and install again. It worked, but only for 3 weeks. A week, my phone had the same problem and two others that is connected. When I take a picture, or make take a screenshoot, my camera as always, but when I click on the little window where the new photo is displayed, the display shows the message that I said a few lines before. I did the same thing 3 weeks ago (uninstall and re-install Whatsapp) but it does not work. Oh and when I open Album/Gallery of Sony, my photos are here! But when I search on the leader, the photos that I have token are here, but not the images of the Whatsapp!
  How can I solve this problem?

  It seems to me you have a problem with your SD card with corrupted files. If so, move the files around on the SD card can for a short time to make a difference, but I'd recommend getting a new SD card. If your phone memory is not full, why do not try to use the telephone without the inserted memory card, as would be expected if it was a phone rather than a SD card problem

• Aspire port speakers M5 / jack does not work :(

  Earlier this year, I bought an Acer Aspire M-583P-6637 with windows 8, unfortunately in less than 2-3 months of use, I realized that there is something wrong with the audio ports. After the insertion of a PIN headset the sound continues to come from the laptop and not through the helmet! IV tried various combinations of headphones, it's as if the system does not recognize the headset. I would like to add, that initially the headphones / jack/system worked very well, there had been no damage to the laptop, did not enter / non spill water etc. Can anyone help?
