  I think I found my problem.  My original links have been on the "master" page  When I placed a link on a page of content object, Business Catalyst was able to translate the code correctly.  It is a disappointment because I need to duplicate objects on the pages, but at least it works.

• The button MC working, but no hand icon

  I create a few develop (for me at least) my site navigation. I created an animation of MC group to use as the nav-buttons and everything works fine. The only problem is that when you hover over the buttons MC, the cursor remains as an arrow instead of turning into the little hand that always happens with links. The links work, but no little hand. What do I need a 'hit zone' set in order to get the hand for popup icon or what?

  I'm really digging Flash. AS3 is not easy AT ALL, but I make some progress.

• Click on the boxes only works intermittently

  I use 7 Captivate to develop a guide of online user and have problems with click boxes. Some of them will be randomly cease to function and to freeze the project when you click it (it is after having published both in the preview of Captivate). Who click on the boxes what happened is completely random - it will happen with a clickbox and 10 minutes later we're going to work even once and another (who worked previously) will have stopped working. This is without changing any settings.

  The clickboxes are just linking to other slides in the project and are put on pause until the user clicks. I checked that slide numbers are well positioned and checked the timeline to ensure that it is not not to do with this.

  There is other intermittent issues, how I feel, like images flown over appearing as red squares and the project as a big black screen. It is normally resolved by closing the preview and re - open.

  I was wondering if it could be to do with the size of the project (96 slides and 405 mb), because the problems are so random it seems to be bound to parameters.

  I use Windows 7 and the project is previewing or opening Internet Explorer 9 (using a work PC).

  Anyone have any idea what might solve this problem?

  405 MB for a project with slides below 100 waaaayyyy sounds excessive to me.  You have to deal with a corrupt project file.

  I suggest that you create a new empty project of the same size and then copy paste groups of 10 or 20 slides from the old project to the new.  Sometimes, you can strip the corruption caused by files bloated this way that it forces Captivate to recreate all the unique object ID again, but nothing that do not directly relate to a slide is left behind in the old project file.

  Let us know what your size drops down for once you do the exercise of copy paste.

  There are a number of issues with Cox cable in places that they are running out of IPv6. There are also problems with some cable modems... particularly simple serial port SB.

• Buttons not working not in the rendering of the folio iPhone6, but works well in 'folio' iPad

  We have a 2048x1536px existing iPad folio with a simple slideshow on each page with an arrow to the left and to the right of each page.

  The left button has an action 'go to previous state' and the right button has an action "to go to the next State.

  We have created a different layout for iPhone6 1334x750px and used the liquid scale layout.

  The buttons work fine on the iPad version, but on the iPhone6 version, some of the buttons on the right do not work.

  We use the Adobe Content Viewer to display the sheets on iPad and iPhone6 devices.

  Note that there is no difference between Adobe Content Viewer and your custom application. If you encounter a problem of content in LCA, it will appear in the viewer of content as well.

  Since you using replacement page and liquid layouts, it is very likely that the buttons, even if they still have the actions on them, are not pointing to the object of several State law. I suggest is removing the actions on the buttons and recreate them so they point to the rule of law.

  Here if I touch three-button, it works. But if I touch outside the buttons, we hear in the bar at the top or in the bottom bar, then touch event also works. Suppose that in the bottom, add more button is focused. So if I touch on the lower bar, then also touch button works correctly. To resolve this problem, I wrote the code below:

  I tried this way... But it does not work. The same problem. Touch outside of the button, it works to the functionality of the button.

• So I try to import a button into a document in Dreamweaver, HTML in fireworks, but the button does not work.

  Fireworks generated code is blind.  And these scripts MM working capital have been an unfortunate error of judgment.  The programmer should have taken this code on the back, and he's driving a tank.

  You're better off using Fireworks for images only.

• Captivate swf issues navigation - buttons sometimes work, sometimes not

  I have a single file Captivate 5.5 with 100 + slides. I have the back and buttons next on most of the slides, as well as navigation buttons to slides of early for the various sections in the module.

  Some nav buttons work well all the time, some never work right and some are intermittent - sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. When they do not they either go to the wrong slide, nothing happens.

  I'm puzzled why this is happening. The properties of the buttons that work are identical to those that are not. It is possible that I have slides quiz grouped throughout the module. I wonder if the problem might be related to that.

  Any ideas?

  Can you copy and paste all the slides to a new empty project at the same resolution and republish that. (Note, you must deselect the result Quiz slide before copying, as it can ' be copied)

  My ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse is a great device, except that very often the buttons stop working; for example, I can click the close X at the top right of a window and nothing happens.   UPDATE: just had to happen once again (still ongoing: 6,47). I tried a lot of things with the mouse and the only thing that solved the problem was to tilt the mouse wheel (first to the left then to the right).

  UPDATE: I recently had the left and right tilt scroll wheel assigned to respectively backward and forward, and I don't remember having this problem before I did these assignments, so I changed both of these assignments to disabled to see if that makes a difference. I've also updated the Mouse Suite version 6.48 software.

  

  For further investigation:

  100% reproducible failure

  When I opened Firefox 11.0 with only one tab, the window control icons (Minimize, Maximize, Close) would correctly highlight on mouseover and works correctly when you click on it. When I then open or switch to another tab, there was no highlight on mouseover and is no longer, they responded to clicks. Other actions of the mouse work properly, including the icons of window control in other apps I tested.

  I uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox 11.0, define a new profile is empty, and the problem persisted. I checked for other reports of this problem in Firefox, and while I found a (very) few similar reports, I found that there was no evidence a general problem in Firefox.

  Successful correction

  I uninstalled ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse, mouse, Lenovo, ThinkPad UltraNav Utility, ThinkPad UltraNav Driver and rebooted, installed just the TrackPoint with the Microsoft Compatible PS/2 driver, and the problem does not recur. I think only installed two UltraNav packages with system update, then the Lenovo ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse with mouse Suite, and the problem still does not happen. It continues to operate correctly.

  My assessment

  My assessment is that something subtle had screwed up in Lenovo UltraNav and/or mouse Suite, which has been fixed by uninstalling and then reinstalling everything. I don't think that there is a problem in Firefox.

• The button code will not replace the stop code

  I have been stuck for days trying to figure this out and would appreciate any help offered.

  In an HTML5 document, I use excerpts of code (HTML5) to make an animation stops at some of the images in the scenario and then buttons take the Viewer to specific sections of the timeline.

  

  The Start button must essentially ignore the playback head on a structure ahead of the frame with the code to stop... but it doesn't. When I preview the video, I can click on the button, but the playhead does not advance the flag "getgoing. I tried this with both specific chassis numbers, but that no longer works.

  I did test files containing a single button and the stop code and everything works fine. But in this file larger with several going on, the buttons stop working. Certainly, I have imported image sequences that I made in After Effects (my favorite animation software) and Animate takes more time to save and preview because of this. I don't know if the mere fact of having sequences of images as graphic symbols would change the functionality of a button, but I'm not nothing throw.

The two goals can be accomplished by sticking a trace() statement in the button click event handler that prints everything that you target your call gotoAndStop(). For example, if you have this:
