SQL 4.01 hangs at startup on Windows

I installed SQL Developer 4.01 32/64 bit on Windows 7 32 bit and JDK 1.7.0_45. The first boot hangs at about 10% of the progress bar.

I renamed the sqldeveloper folder that contains the user information and the problem continues.

I have McAfee antivirus running and can't turn it off (it company); In Task Manager, however neither McAfee nor anything else uses CPU.

After several attempts, which lasted an hour, I went back to version 3.

Firefox 22.0 hangs at startup on windows 7

Firefox has been crashing at startup for 2 weeks.

In the meantime, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and have fully formatted my computer (for other reasons).

After formatting, the problem seems to be resolved for a day and return to the first step...

Lightroom 6 hang at startup using Windows 10

It's simple, Lightroom 6 locks into place on the opening screen when starting. I am on Windows 10 and use Lightroom 6 without problem since January 2016. I haven't added any new program recently, but I haven't updated on automatic Windows and so something new can have asked recently. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the products Microsoft C++ as advised by Adobe in their troubleshooting information. Disable SuperFetch service in safe mode, restart the computer in normal mode and check the status of the issue.

a. open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type administrative tools, and then click Administrative Tools.

b. double-click on Services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

c. right-click on the Service and then click Properties. d click on disable. e. save the changes by clicking on apply and ok.

My InDesign 6.0 running on Windows 7 hangs at startup. I was working on the program when my time system changed last night and now, there's an error between two timestamps. I followed the instructions to remove preferences, to remove default values and reinstalled everything. I can't find the SavedData file according to the instructions. What should I do next?

JDeveloper hangs at startup

JDeveloper hangs at startup on my Windows 7 computer (after a new installation). My laptop has 12 GB of memory. When I start jdeveloper, he opens the window of dialogue roles. PE-12 don't start-up-hangs at startup after a WindoUpdate ws.
PE-12 new projects and existing projects are not open.
my laptop specs:
TOSHIBA Satellite P75 - A
WINDOWS 8.1
Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz GHz 240
8 GB RAM
64-bit OS, x 64 processor

uninstalled Windows 8.1 recent updates... PE - 12 always crashes on startup. Found the .prf file. deleted it and viola! PE - 12 start and operate normally. Just a coincidence that updates Windows 8.1 had recently been installed. Should have gone for the easy solution, right from the beginning.
