  I am a student of the University and for my thesis, I use a COMPACT RIO with neither 9205 and gps module, some measures aboard an eletric car, measures will be saved to a TDMS file in the RIO COMPACT by a stand alone configuration and without connection to a pc.

  The compact rio will begins with the car and it will go off with him also.
  So I have a question, how can I stop the VI within the CRIO before turning off the car?  or in TDMS data will be saved in the same way without close the VI within the CRIO before turning off the car?

  There is no way of knowing inside CompactRIO, if the system will be shut down.

  You must use an external signal to find out when your car will be stopped.

  Or you can use a multiple TDMS file and like it, just the last TDMS file will be unreadable. But you can probably read all previous TDMS files.

  I'm putting in place an etherchannel for my stack of Cisco (switch Catalyst 3750 G x 2), with a port on each switch the etherchannel. However when I discovered "show etherchannel summary 6 ' it says that both my ports are stand-alone, when I want them to be in port channel grouped in. • Problems with MAX tasks on different stand-alone

  Hallo!

  I have problems with my MAX-tasks and my V12 Dasylab on different stand-alone.

  I have 3 devices on the first PC.

  OR USB-6009 dev1

  NEITHER USB-6210 dev2

  NEITHER USB-6501 dev3

  Now, I had programmed a file Dasylab which uses the device 2 and device 3. Everythink worked fine. I exported my MAX configuration for unit 2 and unit 3 and imported on the second PC. But that Dasylab was not able to find the right tasks for my program on the second PC, even if MAX everythink that went well. The only solution was to delete all tasks and create them again. But then I tried to open the program stored on my first PC again and I had the same problem, Dasylab was not able to find the right tasks, only solution was to remove the stains and create them again. I tried to reset the configuration of my Dasylab with the "Synchronize with MAX-configuration" option, but it wasn't succsessful. DASYLab gave an errormessage, not mentioning not what exactly is the problem.

• Stand-alone application with LabView 7.0 get error cannot find DAQmx clear task.vi

  I tried to create a stand alone vi with the Build Application or shared Library (dll) in LabVeiw 7.0

  When I put it on another PC to test it I get the error "cannot find DAQmx clear task.vi.

  the other PC also has 7.0 and 8.1 DAQmx Labview.

  I think my problem is in the source tab, where you are supposed to add dynamic vi and support, I have search the forums and database of nor and have not found a solution.

  When you run the executable file on the other computer, that's when you get this error?  You have the same exact versions of DAQmx and LabVIEW on both computers?  Is the dialog box allow you to navigate to the clear task.vi DAQmx?  If so, you can find these screws in C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\LabVIEW 7.0\vi.lib\DAQmx\configure\task.llb.  The executable runs on the development computer (the machine, it was compiled on)?

  I had a problem with my stand-alone application in the target computer.

  My program has a under that VI named Igenerator, which generates the current with the NI 9265 connected with all 4 channels.

  When the installation of the application program, I have construction included applications NOR-DAQmx development and thereby support

  target Setup that my application could be opened correctly on the computer.

  However when running the application in my computer (with the NI 9265 connected), the outcome of the program that I can

  see that there is no power out of NI 9265, so this is a problem to transfer my original computer DAQ hardware parameters where

  the project has been generated to my target computer, isn't it?

  To solve the problem, I found this link: http://www.ni.com/white-paper/5406/en, seems that the trick is in the final stage of construction

  the installer I should include a hardware configuration. But how? This link fails to clarify this for me, and I tried to "configure."

  and export all my task of current generation of MAX in the file "configdata.exe" and I clicked on 'Building', it seemed fine, but in my target

  computer after that I configured Setup, my request still has no output current of NI 9265.

• using a VI to open another stand alone program

  Hey guys,.

  I would like for my program to be started by the user and some bring to pour some selections that would then open up a new program stand alone. Where each individual program would actually the bulk of the program as a whole and perhaps utalize its own probably producer consumer model. Once the secondary program ends, I would like it to return to the original program for the user to make new selections and open an another prgram.

  to me, this feels do able as having essentially a main loop that calls functions only.

  If someone could just link me an article or something that would be great. I was looking around and found something on this call chain VI, is part of what I need?

  also, I'm always open to suggestions if this seems to be difficult to follow way or a wrong way to do it.

  You can do this visually adjusting the Visual parameters on your VI.

  I usually use a custom configuration and call before Panel.Window.State property on your VI, it should look like this:

  Do the reverse on your slot - VI and you will get a break. You will also need to make some changes to the section of the appearance of the properties of the VI window.

  This will give you a visual appearance and the type of break you're looking for.  Also, you probably want to use a structure of the event as your main loop function.

  Plug the AP directly on your PC not the router.

  The best way to proceed is to comfort in the AP and make sure that the

  AP can reach the laptop via a switch or a crossover cable

  fixing directly from the laptop and the AP.

  With your cable from the console, you will be able to see if you pressed on the

  button for 20 seconds.

  By using a TFTP server to revert to a previous version

  Follow these steps to return standalone by LWAPP mode

  Download a version of Cisco IOS using a TFTP server:

  Step 1 in the IP address of the computer on which your TFTP server

  software should be from 10.0.0.2 to 10.0.0.30.

  Step 2 make sure that the PC contains the image point (for example file

  as c1200-k9w7 - tar.122 - 15.JA.tar for series 1200 point access) in the

  I configured ports UCS FI as server ports and connect them to an external FEX with Twinaxial cable. But the ports are the link down. Cable Twinaxial is supported? I have to do additional configuration that we do when you plug a Nexus 5000 on a FEX?

• Flexconnect AP stuck in stand-alone Mode

  Hi all

  I have all my APs configured under flexconnect at the remote site.

  I have one controller at the head office.

  There are two redundant links of MPLS from the main office to the remote site.

  Now the question is, whenever my MPLS does a failover to the redundant link, all my flexconnect that aps disappear from the controller.

  I understand that this is due to the clock pulse is expired and the AP in stand-alone mode .

  But the APs flexconnect take a terribly long time to spend in connected mode, once flipping over MPLS (which is usually half a minute max).

  Infact he takes so long that I have to manually close/reset switch-ports (POE) on which all the access points on the remote site are connected!

  There are some adjustments that I'm missing here? or do I have I'll upgrade my firmware? By the way, my controller is currently on S/W ver: 7.4.121.0.

  If you have a test controller, you can test it with a different code of the WLC software. Otherwise reach TAC Cisco and see known issues with this code on it.

  I use acs 4.2 on a windows 2003 server sp2 in my current network. The network has been replaced and I'm a software/windows 2008 Server and build the application. I'm a bit confused as too the available software. The acs software only 5.4 I see is for the appliance and vmware. Is this software available for stand-alone servers is not end of life?  Or can I use acs 4.2 on the stand-alone server and update all the way to 5.4. I think they would have a base at one of the levels 5.x package... Any information would be appreciated

  2 ACS 5.x cannot be installed on the vmware (Linux-based) or as a device.

  3 ACS 4.x is a box of windows-based and ACS 5.x is a device based on linux/VMware

  4. you can configure vmware or a device such as a stand alone ACS5.x box.

  5 ACS 4.2.1.15 is available up to now and is still not end of life.

  6. you can upgrade the ACS 4.2.0.124 to 4.2.1.15, however it is not compatible with windows 2008 r2 box.

  7. you is impossible to pass the ACS ACS 5.4 4.2, you can buy seprate for ACS 5.4 license and then you can migrate the database from 4.2 to 5.4
