• Not will not be rendered and export audio?

  Whenever I visit the clip, the clip plays fine but the sound is not there. I checked several times if audio has been set for rendering, but it isn't still here on the video renderer. Why?

  There is a really annoying bug in the version of After Effects 13.5.1 where it will not be rendered audio in AVI or WAV format. You have three options:

  • Make a MOV
  • Rendering using Adobe Media Encoder
  • Open your project in 2014 CC file to render (bonus: you can render with multiprocessing can be faster)

  Oh yes, or you can wait until the update is scheduled for the end of the month. So... oven solutions, but that last seems like a fool.

  Hi all

  I tried to contact Adobe support on this issue, but after spending 50 minutes trying to explain to the rep what dynamic link, the cat no longer works, so I am posting this here!

  I'm on a Macbook Pro 2013, OS X 10.10.5 2.4 ghz + 16 GB of RAM and I run out of problems with links dynamics in CC 2014 and 2015 (both fully updated) - it is important to note that it has never worked properly , but in the past a few reboots, revision or import the model in a different way has finally worked.

  In recent weeks, whenever I try to make a model in Media Encoder, it fails to connect to the server of dynamic links - this happens when you add to the queue of EI (it adds the comp, but won't connect, once I hit rendering) or when you import directly from Media Encoder (sometimes he manages to read the project add the model file and then fails to connect).  The error log says "cannot read from source, it can be moved etc.".

  I tried the following:

  Pass all plugins (I don't have that some installed Trapcode plugins and a couple of old plugins of the trial) of '... common library' for the plugin in the application folder.

  Clear cache of AE and me.

  Disable the firewall.

  Test with very basic compositions.

  Reset me.

  Nothing works and make the files without loss of EI (10-200 GB) becomes impractical and blocks until the AE for hours - nobody knows what might help others to reinstall everything (very slow internet connection, could take days).

  I doubt that it is connected, but I also have license issues major since the move to the country and therefore duty cancel my subscription and re-subscribe with a new account (different username etc..).  Half the time the apps that I use (AE, first, Illustrator and Photoshop) will not open, responsible for account Adobe comes constantly, opening and closing. Normally signing off CC and removing the OPM.db file works, but not always.  Need me an average of 20 to 30 minutes to open any application Adobe, and sometimes they just do not open at all.

  I am incredibly frustrated to spend more time trying to AE to work I work in an AE - I don't want to not scream (Why oh why oh why adobe!) to you folk, but I feel like a fool to pay each month for software which opens at all, or that does not work when it does.  I should mention that on my iMac more recent (2015), with exactly the same applications and plugins (but who never had my old account on it) everything works pretty well as it should.

  Suggestions (apart from those you can find forums to research - I tried all MS) would be much appreciated!

  Updated - I think I've fixed it (either by the way it took me ages to find this post, because someone had moved without letting me know, I got so stuck in a loop of browser redirection, as Adobe had allowed me to change my username to that already in use.)  I'm not fan No. 1 Adobe this morning...).

  Three things I tried, one of the last 2 must have worked.

  1. I checked the host file, it was empty, but apparently rogue adobe references often cause this problem.

  2. I checked my installation in the creative menu cloud language - it was strangely grayed out, so I confirmed language than English, this could well have caused the problem that I've used French as the language of installation (I work in English, but teaching in French...).

  3. I think that this might have been what solved the problem - I renamed the folder SLCache (Support HD-Library-Application Adobe) in SLCache.old (effectively removing) then restarted the computer.

  Now the questions link license and dynamic seem to have disappeared, Dynamic Link is very slow, but it has always been.

• clip will not be rendered

  I have a timeline of a few clips and one of the clips in the Middle return (never the green line appears above it).

  There is no red line above, just gray.  No matter how many times I hit between and through activities together, it remains grey.

  The whole thing plays great in the preview, but the green line never appears.  Then when I save it as a quicktime, audio is messed up in this part of the clip.

  Just a guess, but many find OOS issues when exporting to many formats QT. Made, or his absence will not affect sync, so that the part can probably be excluded. Now, when you look at the Audio and video, is there one-(number) is tiny + (number), to the upper part of the Clip name? It can be easy to accidentally move an unbound item and may not be aware. Just thinking here.

• Will not be rendered Quicktime mov H.264 encoder Media 2015

  I used to render a file .mov for Quicktime from EI and the Prime Minister with the H.264 codec. Quality is better than simply choose H.264 as making a quicktime was the way to go. I noticed that Adobe has taken this option and kept in the Media Encoder. I read the reviews and try to encode the Media Encoder, but it does not work. I even tried opening CS6 and rendering of their like I used to do. But it does not work as well. "Film compilation error. Unknown error.

  Question: Why won't this work? I need a Quicktime .mov with H.264 codec file!

  You want actually a mp4 file and not a Quicktime H.264 because Apple does not support h.264 to QuickTime more or ongoing development. QT h.264 is buggy and problematic and not recommended for anything. Using h.264 presets in the SOUL and make a mp4 will give you a file that will play on any device and has compression rate properties excellent vs data. H.264 QT has never been very good and is not currently recommended for anything.

  When I try to make the effects of light there is a horizontal gap in the middle of the image where the lighting effects are not make. Never had a problem rendering 3d or other things.   Solved. It seems that all the open files in onOne 9 pick up something that prevents the rendering of light effects. Export into Tif, tiff opened and made that solves this problem.

• After Effects will not be rendered full resolution - possible RAM problem?

  Not sure if this has ever imagined before - I can't return after that effects and RAM preview the half res. When I try and RAM the comp preview just goes black and when I send it to render I get the following message:

  After effects WARNING: connected to a single error - 'error made while writing to the file. An output module is not. The file is maybe damaged or corrupted(-1610153464).

  I am able to correct half res preview RAM and can thus make half res. I tried with several images simultaneously rendering on and outside, empty the disk cache and turn off all RAM hogging the effects.

  An obvious cause, I've identified is that I recently upgraded and replaced the RAM on my computer, however, after effects has been the only software made. Cinema 4 d makes no problem and I had no other problems with the general operation of my machine.

  Were already there before instances of After Effects doesn't work only with certain types of RAM?

  Just another check through everything and it seems that I was not quite be enough depth. Thought I had checked through each effect, each turn off systematically, but I must have missed one. Seems that although frischluft DOF is to blame - he was using with my 3D rendering and passes as soon as I turn off the layer AE renders perfectly. Duh! Think I must have been concerned with the RAM I had just installed and lack of the most obvious causes making.

  Quite relieved that I can make out AE now well that's a bit of a pain I can't use DOF frischluft. For this purpose known to cause problems in the past? I've used in some companies different and never had any problems with it so far. Maybe I need to upgrade to the latest version?

• Content Presenter with model - Images will not be rendered

  I created a definition of the region in Studio of Site that use 2 elements - text and an image. In JDev, I have a page with the content Presenter and uses a content model for formatting content. I can create the ok of the content item, add text and an Image (that has been archived on the content server).
  
  If my model displays only the text, it renders ok. However, when I include the image in the content model and that you run the application, I get a red X (broken link). At this point, I am an unauthenticated user. Here's one that I use for the image in the template:

  When I look at the source, I can see the < tag img with a src pointing to a file on the content server. If I try to use this URL, I am challenged credentials. Then of course, the page cannot load the image, because it doesn't have the credentials to the Complutense University of MADRID.
  
  So, is it possible to make images to unauthenticated users? I'm doing it wrong?

• CS6 AE will not be rendered on my last bit of clips, error code 1610153464

  Hello

  My person finished VFX do some effects at home recently and did the effects in Adobe After Effects, not through dynamic binding. It is about 20 different clips and I made the first 16 one by one with no problem until I came up to #17. None of the effects are rendered out now and when I googled for solutions, I couldn't get a clear consensus on what to do. I am getting 2 different error messages:

  (1) the 1610153464, saying error: a file may be damaged when it shouldn't because I used the same clip in previous effects and things were very good.

  (2) once I click on this box, another comes up saying "error (4) framework for reading the 'directory of the file here' file (86: 2).

  I tried to do all the other stuff like clear my cache memory and deletion of space on my hard drive but nothing has worked. I work on a mac and can give you some technical information you need.

  Here are five possible:

  • Make sure CS6 is fully updated.  Updates solve many problems.
  • Tour of multiprocessing if you use it.  8 GB may seem like a lot of memory, but for EI?  Not really, and an occasional purge of RAM might help... is happening in the AE preferences.
  • Of course, you can use the Animation of QT codec, but there may be more more efficient codecs with greater depth of bit of color available, such as ProRes.  PNG of QT is good, too.  And while we're on the subject of QT, make sure you use QT7 and not QTX, which is a real dog.
  • Some video Copilot gives AE plugins should be... but it seems that you use only images.
  • Check out this external drive!  It is 80% full, it's full.  Do not try shoving more files on it.  And how the drive is connected?  It might be slow you down.

  With this code, the page is empty, but when I remove the line of tag_description, the output is ok!

  If I only have the tag_description in the list_backup file, it out okay!

  If you look at the code, you will find that the tag is actually made the HTML content:

  

  The question you have is that JavaScript has a mistake in there:

  

  The problem is that your content apostrophes inside "."  The content that you want to render with document.getElementById('news1-body').innerHTML = "{tag_description}"; must be between 2 single quotes. If {tag_description} has a quote in it it breaks javascript.

  I applied the turbulent move plugin for a layer.  It appears so when I drag the thur the chronology, but it is not rendered previews or when I made the film.

  AE CS3.  WinXP x 64, QuadCore.

  MMH, the effect should appear as a matter of fact without OpenGL. If it isn't, then something is in place. The way I see it, AE thinks he can use OpenGL because the driver asks him and it initializes the routines, but the actual processing of the commands fails. What graphics card you have and what version of the driver? If you can, try to install another driver / the last pilot. Also check your AE preferences. Affecting the effects to help speed it up to option Adaptive Resolution should actually hide any feature of the standard effects pixel shader and only to use OpenGL 3D comps...

  Why can't make you?  What happens when you try?  Do you really need to, you can not export just?

  What specific version of PP?  What OS and version?

• I think I found a bug with CC 14 in what text layers will not be rendered. Super boring!

  I just changed a video on Youtube and I noticed that my text layers, which I have added to my images wouldn't make out in video. Rather my video to freeze, and then start playing again. I tried to make out in ProRes format and it happened again. So I just wanted to make the text and low and here the screen was blank. I just changed recently cs6 y at - there a way around this? It's a good thing that I discovered this at the beginning because I always have my 30days to cancel.

  I'm editing on a Macbook Pro retina 15 inches with 2 GB Nvidia card and 16 GB of RAM.

  In addition to the oddities that Ann has been noted, the sequence is interlaced while the export parameters are progressive. I have no particular reason to think that one of these weird little details would cause a problem, but it is of course an original set of properties.

  I would start by checking with a more normal scenario to see if the problem persists:

  1. New project
  2. New sequence, using a 1080 preset, such as AVCHD 1080 p 24.
  3. Create a universal counting Leader and a title and add both to the timeline.
  4. Export to the same preset from YouTube.

  If the result of this sequence has the same problem, then it's time to collect information about your system: OS version, map chart & driver, if you have installed the codecs.

  If the title survives the test, then start to tweak things in the direction of the problematic sequence, change only one variable at once--adding weird 29.99 video AVCHD, changing a single sequence setting in time, etc.. Export after each change and see if the problem returns.

  Tests should also be:

  1. Try the different paths of coding: 'in-process' by clicking Export in the export and through SOUL settings dialog box by clicking on queue.
  2. In the SOUL, encode with the Import parameter sequences enabled natively, then again with the option turned off. [Preferences > General]
  3. Test rendering to GPU acceleration engine and with him assign software only [file > Project Settings > General.
