• rMBP 2015 freeze, black screen and reboot (Journal of kernel panic)

  For the last few weeks, I had a big problem with my rMBP 2015. Mac suddenly freezes and is not responding and I have to hard reboot (hold the power button / stop). After repair of permissions that freezing problem seems to be solved, bot after another (approximately), he repeats, so it seems to be unrelated to the problem.

  Thank you all for your help. All my questions have been answered. Phone info Technical Support, video test "Cannot run" is a software problem with the test itself and will be fixed with the next update for it. • InDesign CC 2015 freezes / slow down

  2012 21. "iMac / 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5 / 8 GB of DDR3 memory / Running 10.11.4.

  Had a problem starting yesterday afternoon.

  InDesign cc 2015 started freezing, it did not crash but the beachball begins to run for about 15 seconds, stop for a second... then start again.

  Strange thing is that this does not occur when I open older INDD files that have never been opened by the CC before.

  It also does not freeze upwards at the opening of IDML files. But as soon as you save the IDML file or the unopening previously by CC INDD file, such as a new file INDD2015, it begins to freeze.

  CC other applications work fine, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  Previously, I used CS6 and upgraded to CC a little over a month with no problems since.

  I just spent the last 3 hours with tech support screen sharing. We have UN / re installed creative cloud and Indesign, tried running in safe mode, try running under a new user, deleted the prefs, CC2014, installed and the old version of CC2015... with no luck. No problem with the fonts in the user whatsoever, I have everything turned off and tried... no dice.

  Technology Adobe said as we were talking, they were starting to get a few other calls in the same situation.

  Does anyone else have this problem arise last day or two?

  For now, I guess I can use CC to convert the latest files and open them in CS6, but this isn't my preferred method. Especially since some of my recent work used Typekit fonts.

  In FACT I think that you indirectly led me to a solution. I tried what you suggested, leaving my HDs out of spotlight indexing. I have 3 HD, the iMac, an external WD used as my time machine and an external WD used only to store go pro videos. My mac and my time machines HDs could be excluded from spotlight indexing, BUT (here is where it gets good) for some reason any externally with my videos gave me an error and cannot be added. I went to open the player to view the content, it's been a while since I had to go in to edit a video and BAM, it took about 2 minutes to open the finder window and my computer froze similarly to my indesign. I eventually removed the HD and for the * #& $ open Indesign CC and it worked perfectly.

  I just got by using WD Utilities disc and there not all tests. I'll deal with that later, for now, I just want to know how, in hell if my rarely used hard drive that was failing, which contains ZERO files required by indesign, could eventually affect the performance of Indesign and any other programs. CC of Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat everything worked very well. I'm typing this I knew I had this external hard drive defined as my Photoshop scratch disk, as there is a folder 'PS ASR' who is there, that I'm still working on it, but I wonder if this has anything to do. I will update if I can get this drive works again and Indesign at the same time.

  SO now my problem is solved.

• First CC 2015 freezes when you drag media

  I'm on Windows 7 on a computer with i7 [email protected], 24 GB of Ram. I'm in first Pro CC 2015.2 9.2.0 (41)

  I have a 1080 p with a bunch of files chronology, mainly of sequences (4K) in H264. When you try to drag media (sometimes with maybe other files as well, AVI, MOV, WAV) tab in the timeline, the first project freezes. I am able to record with the controls in the main panel, but the symbol of the mouse remains as it was and I can't do anything with the mouse. Only way to solve it, must leave the first with the Task Manager.

  Restart the computer or to import the project into a new project does not help.

  Any ideas?

  You have located in the sequence I/O points?  If so, remove them.

• LR 2015 freezes when exporting

  LR 6 crashes when you export the web gallery. using the win 10 and approved graphics card. GPU is disabled. Latest version of LR. Pegs cpu at 100% and then freezes. Eventually freezes the whole computer.

  Try disabling the option "Import window to show the picture" or something like that. It was added to the general tab of the preferences.

  Or return to 2015.1.1/6.1.1 by following step on the Lightroom Queen Web site.

  For all the staff who have been posting on this forum these last time. Thank you for your participation. BUT let's be CLEAR here. These new versions of LR are just a big BUG and should be removed as soon as possible.

  Better to have NO updates that cause so many problems and degrades the quality of the program.

  I'm working on my first project with Premiere Pro 2015 and after that almost any edit I make the system seems to freeze for ranging from 15 to 45 seconds before I can read my sequence and find the edition that I did.

  I never had this problem with 2014. Everyone knows this?

  It happened all day yesterday on another project that was imported from the first old, so I thought it must be a problem with that or with Neat V4 of the video (that I bought yesterday and does not work with the GPU annoyingly).  I tried to disable support CUDA and it's always the same. In the timeline are 2 files, one is my C100 and other of my 6 d.  I work in a DSLR 25 fps sequence of 1920 x 1080 with no frame (progressive scan) selected.  It is of my spending for projects with multiple cameras...  The problem seems to occur when I bring in 6 d images and start to cut (after cutting) with the selection tool.  I do not use the rolling Edit tool, as I said.

  Never experienced this problem with the old version of first and it's makes me crazy and taking twice as long to get done easy Assembly!

You can try to disable this in the menu panel 'key' chronology, which should make the Cup more sensitive and reduce the time to return to a playable state.   I just set up a monthly subscription (student) for more creative cloud, and after installation as well Photoshop and Illustrator cause my computer to freeze when they are open. My computer is a Dell Alienware 18, is 2 years old and has the following specifications:

  I tried every solution workaround mentioned in web pages troubleshooting, all to nothing does not. Either by the way, I also version CS6 of Photoshop and Illustrator, and they both work perfectly. • Premiere Pro CC 2015 freezes and crashes

  Hi I have Adobe first Pro CC and now matter how many times I start using is, restart because I change a video it freezes, crashes or falls just crashes!  I'm so frustrated.  Ive updated several times, so I know that's not the issue.  Everyone knows this?  It takes me days to edit a video because of this problem.

  Try to open the program to go to Edit/Preferences/Media and uncheck "Enable accelerated h.264 decoding Intel", and then restart the computer.

• Dreamweaver CC 2015 freezes on the open file

  This has happened since the CS6.

  I've seen some other posts about it in the past but did not help.

  When I opened the files sometimes even only 4 KB large program will freeze for about 30 to 120 seconds before opening the file!

  It may have something to do with the files... it has a CSS, jQuery and another JS file.

  I already have my preferences > General > files associated... > discover... for manual.

  I also did this thing in the registry with the game ResolveRemoteURLToIPAddress false

  I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and when I try to move library to develop the program usually freezes. I installed the latest AMD driver who had no effect.   Try disabling the option of GPU on the Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab. Does make a difference?

  Otherwise install a previous Version of your graphics for a workaround

• Photoshop CC 2015 freezing of certain Actions

  Question:

  • Randomly, when renaming layers in Photoshop CC 2015, my computer will stall and have to think for a second or two
  • If I start typing before waiting, the characters appear a second or two more later all of a sudden, as if I typed the super fast
  • I have no other programs running that could be the cause
  • It didn't happen in 2014 CC

  Specifications of the computer:

  • MacBook Pro 15 "end 2013 retina

  UPDATE:

  • I noticed this now randomly happens when I do one of the following; I am suspicious it is worse I open Photoshop. A kind of memory problem? :
    • Move the layers in the layers panel
    • Try cmd and auto-sélectionnez a layer group that I don't currently have open in the layers panel
    • By pressing the shortcut key 'Tool of Type' will sometimes cause the program trolling for 5 seconds
    • Duplication of layers
    • Move groups of layers at the same time

  ChristopherButler Thank you for your answer, but I have too many hard to believe, you cannot reproduce this problem given that literally everyone in my studio and studio of my friend in another place, had to return to CC2014.

  I would like to spend time trying to figure what you suggested, but the reality is that the PSD even that work 100% well in CC2014, run absolutely anemic of the CC2015. I have to spend more of my time trying to figure why... the problem is on your end, and until what you release it all stable updates... I don't have bad things to say about the software company, that I used to be an evangelist.

  Again, the only solution is to return to CC2014.

  • I opened a design of 225 MB, 2880 x 5265 72 dpi I created in Adobe CC2015.
  • I don't have any other applications running
  • I have tried to "duplicate layer" and waited about 9.5 seconds for it to accomplish the task

  What happened to my machine?

  Just downloaded/installed the latest version of AI (2015 CC) and it works perfectly. The only thing that could have changed its default state building was me adding a swatch file version CC 2014 of the AI so I could use it in the swatch Panel, when I add everything worked fine so I am confident that he has nothing to do with the problem at hand because it was working very well with it. Not to mention that I have not installed the plugins, extensions of what that be 'extra' of anywhere.

  Hi Sanjay, unfortunately the old uninstall/reinstall fight you for your suggestion, but he's happy that it worked. However, I assume that we do not know the source of the problem as it has not returned yet.

  To anyone having similar problems my best advice is to uninstall then run CC cleaning tool (available from Adobe) and target all legacy applications that your trying to install, in my case nothing CS, editions 13 and 14 (played is it safe and took all but 15 versions), then if you have ArsClip make sure you have NOT work! not sure about other improvements/software Clipboard but this particular caused significant wait times. Unfortunately I can't guarantee your Sanjay method, but certainly a good alternative for those who want to keep their old versions and just can not go through the process of uninstalling/reinstalling.
