    Help, please!

    Hello

This does not sound well :( I think it could be a hardware problem maybe something wrong with the lens of the drive
Anyway, usually it of not possible to fix these issues or it s not worth repairing, because the costs are too high
Thus, it seems that you need to replace. But be careful. Not all readers are compatible because different master/slave/c-salt settings.
I would recommend so contact the ASP in your country to get a compatible drive.

    But please try this proposal;
Sometimes, the Player cannot read the Middle due to the incorrect registry key.

I can't reinstall the complete solution to scan for my Color HP LasterJet CM2320nf MFP print/software. He complains about the USB drivers and a USB device. "This computer has no USB software necessary support to allow for the completion of an installation of the USB."

I suspect that my laptop is too recent. He works exclusively off the coast of USB 3.0 ports, which caused problems with installation programs that flow from readers reading and USB external hard drives.

It is a Dell Precision 7510. The software I use (obtained from HP support) to run very well on my laptop more elderly, with the same OS (Windows 7).

I've updated all my drivers from the Dell website. Windows is up to date and was able to install the necessary print drivers. So at least I can do. But I would like to be able to analyze as well.

(I have try a normal layer with DVD + R)
    Please help to solve solutions

    Thank you

    Hello Mack_guide,

Thank you for your response back!

When you try to close the session and advise you that it is not finished, what's happening?  Have you tried to eject the disc?  If so, have you tried to test this drive on a different computer?  Below he indicates that by default, Windows automatically when you eject the disc.  However, I just want to check what happens if you eject the disc.  Please let us know status.  Thank you!

If you are burning a live file system disc, however, you must close the current session to be able to use the disc in another computer or player (by default, Windows does automatically when you eject the disc).

  • G61-110SA disc complete 1 (305)

    Hello

My laptop (HP G61-110SA), which is now out of warranty, took a very light and now it won't start properly .

It starts up but it just goes to a screen with 2 options: 'Launch (recommended) StartupRepair' or 'Start Windows normally' (who just goes to a blue windows screen and is no more progress).   If 'Launch Startup Repair' is selected, it goes through a series of screens "HP Recovery Manager" but only allows me to select one option - "Open a Command Prompt" which is useless to me because I do not know what command to type!

I ran the Diagnostic tests and have the following results:

    Smart hard drive - Pass

    Memory - Pass test

    Hard drive 1 full (305)

    Hard drive 1 fast (303)

Does that mean I really need a new hard drive or is there anything else I can do? (there are no strange noises from the laptop when it is turned on).

Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you very much

    Hello

Error codes are for the Self Test short and full disc and would undoubtedly indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  This is also consistent with the question of commissioning.

If your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange for the disk replaced - you can check the status of your warranty here.

If you live in the United States, contact HP here.

If you are in another part of the world, begin here.

If you are out of warranty and would like a guide to replacing the hard drive yourself, let me know.

  • The complete solution for CM2320nf software crashes

When my machine is HP Touchsmart (Win 7) bit the dust, I ordered a new series HP ENVY 700 Win 7 Machine. I downloaded the software of the solution for my HP CM2320nf Laser printer and tried to re - install the software on the new machine. The instalation of the software hung, and even wait all night did not help. I think it's because all the Windows updates has not been installed.

After having rebooted and wait the rest of Windows updates, I have tried to re - install the software again. I can choose what type of printer CM2320nf I (Fax model), but when I click on the software, the entire program breaks down and disappears from the screen.

I restarted, cleaned the registry, search for spyware/Adware, ran my antivirus software, downloaded the package from another source (Trusted) and everything else I could think of. The software always hangs off the screen. I have installed separate printer drivers, but failed to get the installed Analyzer software. I need it running on my new HP computer. Does anyone have any idea why the softare crashes, or what I can do to make it install? Is there a way to download the software scanner separately? If I posted in the wrong place, let me know. This topic seemed closest to my current problem.

PS Ce post was separated from the other thread and moved to multifunction and all-in-one. -Moderator of the Forum HP

Check your computer for Setup logs.  HP got better on archiving facilities with recent models, then we might be able to find an error code or determine what the printer was trying to do when the latter has expired.

Setup logs is usually kept in your user temp directory:

    C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp

Organize the file date after execution of a facility and see what is generated for your printer model.  With a little luck, there will be a kind of HP... with details about the installation log file.  If you find something to post here for us to help you examine and identify the problem.

I am a CM1312 nfi MFP (CC431A) and load the software to connect it to my Win 7 Home premium (32 bit) machine.  There are 4 different "solutions" to choose from and no particular direction that I can find to choose the right pair.  All descriptions are similar.

Can someone give me advice in the choice of the right version?

    Annoying but ultimately effective.

Error at startup of the solution center 'Solution Center cannot work because your installation is not complete.  "Please plug in USB (I am running wireless) or restart the installation of the CD.

Both software & printer worked very well for a long time.  To reinstall the software (yet) as 8500 disappeared from ground Ctr.  Removed all HP using HP uninstall disk, and then click Add/Remove programs.  Restarted the modem and printer.  Install and the latest version of the downloaded software went well.  8500 wireless recognized installation is complete, test page print wireless.  At the exit did not restart. Tried to ground Ctr and above got the error at startup.  I rebooted.  The same problem.  Then, I removed all and tried again with the same result.  HP printers are great - the software I used (in addition to time & different HP printers) makes me absolutely crazy!

Hey Sherich - Id suggest giving the utility Install of Windows 7 to try first and then the doctor of printing & scanning HP. They can be found here: Hp Diagnostic utility's

Let me know if or the other of these tools are able to solve the problem. Otherwise post returns with all new details or error messages, and we can go from there.

  • Stat-up booklet 70 software windows 95: Disc-6

All my software startup (discs 1-22) still works except a single drive: nr 6. It's the start of MS for the 1.44 drive software-driven book 70 - CT running on Windows 95. I'm after the contents of the disk containing the software: WI95_06.cab

Just out of curiosity you run scandisk to try and fix the drive disk or is
It is completely unreadable? If you install new hardware and the need
This CAB file, it is likely the required files are already present on your
hard drive unless you perform a new installation. I always misplace my Win95
CD and I just him say look in c:\windows or c:\windows\system 99% of the
time it works. Lack dll can also be downloaded from certain websites if
u look in the right places. I had a look at my Win95 CD, but I think it's a little
different from the version of your diskette mine has 26 CAB files not 22.

  • 2 OS AT STARTUP?

After that I restarted my computer with the cd, there is always like a screen where I choose what operating system I want to use at startup. I discovered how to remove one of them, but I still have to choose the one that I want at the beginning of the startup. All solutions?

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html#Vista

Navigate to where you need to go is this info at the link above.

At the above link > click on Vista in the Table of contents > using the System Configuration tool: Vista here to access the System Configuration startup tab > click the boot entry, you do not want > delete it > follow the prompts.

Or set the entry that you want to be the default

If you delete an entry there, you may need to do a startup repair, depending on how you have configured things in your computer with 2 operating systems!

Here's how to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html

Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.

NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.

You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

It is NOT a disc of resettlement.

And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
