State of charge of battery signal

Hi all I am trying to find the State of charge of the batteries inside the service.

I use this code but no success.

batteryInfo BB::Device:batteryinfo;

bool isConnect =
QObject::connect (& batteryInfo,
SIGNAL)
levelChanged (int level, load bb::device:Battery State::Type newChargingState)),
This,
SLOT)
"onlevelChanged (int level, bb::device:BatteryChargingState:Type newChargingState)));"

=========================

cancel the Service:nlevelChanged (int level, bb::device:BatteryChargingState:Type newChargingState)
{
qDebug()< "battery="" state="" level="" changed##############################="">
            <>
}

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks in advance.

I fix my problem

  • State of charge of the Apple pencil

    How can we get the State of charge of the Apple pencil and confirm when it is fully charged?

    Slide down from the top of the screen to access Notification Center, then tap on change downstairs. Find the option "Stacks" and press on the + sign next to it. Tap done. Battery display should show you the charge of Apple pencil when he is in charge.

  • Re: This option is available to charge the battery?

    It is rather a general question, although I use now L500-226 laptop running Windows 7 Home Basic.

    One of the main reasons, I continued using PC instead of the battery of computers (as laptops) is their need (laptops) periodically remove the charger and then reinsert it when the battery is low. Otherwise, keeping the charger is still plugged, the battery would suffer in two ways:

    1 - where the loading stops, the battery will not be able to restore full capacity for the first time. Of course, if the charge process to full discharge then to a low level is repeated once again, internal chemical reactions of the battery could be reactivated gradually to a good extent.

    2. in the long term, keep the battery in full charge State also decreases its MTBF (Mean-Time-Before failure).

    As we all know, the process of charging the battery to full then shock it in an optimal level of low could be repeated automatically by the software.
    Obviously this option must be set by the user first. In this case, there is no need to unplug the charger.
    And only when the user has to take the laptop where the voltage of the network are not available on request, this option would be disabled to avoid discharging the battery automatically.

    Does anyone think that this option is already available in some new Toshiba laptops and maybe L500 models?

    To be honest, I was told that the large companies in the world that produce batteries games can get significant extra revenue of the replacement of the battery packs in shorter periods. But in my opinion, the majority of PC users replace their PCs with laptops that are implementing the battery above, option since they will not have to pay each year (at best) to replace their relatively high price (specific for the manufactured product!) battery pack.

    Any idea?

    Thank you.

    This option is not available. All works automatically, and as the Akuma wrote, you should disconnect manually.

  • Satellite L775-15 q - plan to charge the battery for long battery life

    Hello

    I just bought a Satellite L775-15 q and I want to know the best plan to charge my battery, so it can last as long as possible.
    Do I always leave the laptop plugged into the charger power cord, no matter if it has full battery or not? Should I always leave the battery drops to 10% and then charge it to 100% and then remove the power cord? Or do I have to do this from time to time and not every day?

    Thank you!

    I agree it is important that you should calibrate the battery from time to time
    This means discharge battery until it would be completely empty then load it again until the State of battery charge would achieve 100%, or until the battery indicator would turn to green.

  • New Satellite A100 - charge the battery before turning on?

    Hello

    I'm new in the world of laptops and I will get an entry level Toshiba A100
    Today, however, I am worried as to the time, I first want to charge the battery for 8 or so hours before starting the machine for the first time?

    I ask because I heard that you can compromise the ability to charge using the battery when it is
    already low (the 1st time) and configuration of the laptop, is it true?

    Your help is very appreciated.

    Hello

    The fact is that the new laptops also come with new batteries and the batteries are empty. All laptop manufacturers offer portable computers with batteries.
    It s not unusual State.
    Of course, you can connect the AC adapter and start the laptop computer. While working on the laptop, the battery may charge.

  • State of charge of pencil?

    Is it possible to see the State of charge of the Apple pencil?  I use http://bit.ly/joc0zm and, occasionally, just pencil stops working. Thinking that it is http://bit.ly/joc0zm and not the pencil, I quit and restart http://bit.ly/joc0zm but the problem persists. Only when I loaded the pencil has the problem disappeared. If there is a way to see the State of the battery of pencil, I could check. As this is the case, the behavior on the screen is the same, as if I was trying to draw or erase a layer behind that I can see - which leads to layer exhaustive audit in order to establish that it is not my fault, that takes time... only to realize it's stack of pencil!

    Lower the notifications Panel and select widgets, check the battery widget (tap the change button at the bottom of the Panel today to choose which widgets activate). The battery widget shows the iPad Pro battery level and all attached BT devices (or at least those that support sending at the level of the battery of the device connected).

  • Charger plugged in but will not charge the battery.

    Hello

    It could be a number of reasons of a battery discharged to a problem with the charging circuit.

    You neglected to mention which version of Windows you are using.

    You can create a detailed report on the State of the battery to double check the battery status.

    1. go to Start / all programs / Accessories. Click on the command prompt and select run as administrator.

    2 in the command prompt window, copy / paste the following command.

    powercfg-energy-output %userprofile%\desktop\energy-report.html

    Press ENTER.

    Wait for the command to complete (usually about 2 minutes).

    This create a file named energy - report.html and place it on your desktop.

    3 go to your desktop and double-click the file to open.

    Scroll to the bottom for the battery: battery information section.

    You will see:

    Rated xxxxx

    Xxxxx full last Charge

    (Where xxxxx is a number)

    Copy this article and paste in an answer here, for analysis.

  • charge of battery in the laptop brand new

    Just bought a brand new asus COMP and wondered to leave it permanently connected, I mean that is good for the battery?... did some research and did not really have a good answer... looks like one that suits is to charge to 80% and then let it go down to 40%...? Anyway, I would appreciate any advice... Thanks in advance... :))

    The vast majority of laptops is almost never powered by battery.  Users plug in, and they remain like that.  Lithium-ion batteries are not really sensitive to changes of State of charge.

    It is also easy to just remove the battery and put it aside.

  • Dv5 - 100%, but still in charge of battery level

    Hello!

    My laptop is a Dv5-1125em. It shows a 100% battery level if it is fully charged but always keep on the led "charging". Notification Windows 7 keeps saying 100% available (plugged in,load).

    I checked the battery with HP Support Assistant and the result was "Status: OK"

    I'm not under any resource high consuming applications and even tried to keep for some time see if the light goes out.

    When unplugged, block level decreases as usual and cool as usual after connecting. Problem is that it is always in charge even after level reaches 100%.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

    Hi erico, thanks again for the reply.

    As an indicator of charging battery not turn off even when laptop is not activated, I also feel that the battery has failed. Guess that there cannot be a firmware or software problem.

    As battery rest at 98% constantly and laptop shuts off if suddenly, is it ok to work plugged in power until I could get a new battery.  As you can guess, the charger permanently try to charge the battery and shorten its life too?

    Any suggestions on this subject?

    Thank you very much..

    Yes. He is allowed to work with connected until you replace the battery.

    I suggest that using the laptop on battery in its State current would be a little risky for a workplace.

    If I was using the laptop, have suddenly turns off when I was in the middle of creating an outlet or word document mind.

    Best regards

  • Even on charge my battery is less

    Lately, I noticed that my battery is dying so fast, faster than normal

    I checked my battery use, and there is nothing out of the normal he, not new applications or additional usage etc.

    When I use my phone and he is in charge, the battery is still down! I'll have to buy new charges from USB to see if mine are defective, but it happens on 2 different charger cords! And the costs of wall and MAC

    As you can see below. photos from my iphone 6 9.2.1 on charge while writing this and the battery goes down!

    Settings-> battery

    Check what applications or services use the most battery. Sometimes, it gives great insight into a specific application consumes more battery than expected. If this is the case, you can uninstall the application and reinstall it.

  • Satellite M40 does not seem to charge the battery beyond a certain level

    Just a brief explanation of my work.

    I make repairs pc and laptop, replacement of jack, BGA/brazing repairs etc.;
    However computer have always baffled me. I have a Toshiba M40, although I know that this problem is not specific to this model.

    The laptop does not charge the battery beyond a certain level at the moment its impasse on 41%, it says loading in windows but do not go anywhere.
    I saw other portable that stick onto the other percentages 99%, 70% etc.

    I tried to completely discharge the battery (on windows) and reload (for Windows), and also tried to unload and reload not in o/s, if anything they seem to have made things worse as initially the issue of charge level was approximately 50% and more.

    By mistake the laptop wasn't for awhile so the battery flat, which probably did not help as I understand its best to store 40% battery when not in use.

    Any ideas what the problem is and if theres any way to revive this battery?

    Hello

    In my opinion, the problem is related to the breakdown of battery.
    I'm don't know how old your battery is but eventually should be replaced.
    After a long period of use, the battery loses the own performance and must be replaced.
    This is nothing unusual and often to used batteries.

    Welcome them

  • Satellite M100 will not charge the battery while the computer is on

    Hi all

    I have a M100 and the battery won't charge while it is running.
    The battery starts to charge when I plug in the adapter and the orange light comes on. 10 seconds later it stops charging.
    If the battery has more than 90% of the costs it wll the rest very well.
    I have three batteries that all do the same thing on this computer. All three batteries are working fne on my other M series.

    When the computer is off, it loads very well.

    Why is it so?

    Hello

    I think that the problem of charging the battery is about the problem of portable equipment.
    Maybe it's something s wrong with electronic power supply or another part on the motherboard.
    I doubt that the problem could be solved by updating the BIOS but you should definitely check if you are using the latest version of the BIOS update and test again
    If that does not help, then you should get in touch with a local service for verification of equipment technician

    But note; If it s the question of the motherboard, the motherboard needs to be replaced and it would be a costly affair
