Statement how fax digitized, documents and files

I would like to fax 49 scanned pages and some w/computer files.  To use my fax machine would mean feading these pages.  It is possible to load 30 at a time, but I'm afraid of interference.  If I can use the computer, it should be easier.

If your printer/scanner does not a fax option, use the scanner to scan to PDF software, then, assuming that your PC has a modem able fax, which is connected to an STD phone fax line the PDF result, which will be a multipage pdf document

I have a multifunction printer able fax I used to fax the pages more than that.

PIN Windows Explorer in the taskbar and you can right click to get your recently viewed files.

You can also add toolbars to the taskbar.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-GB/Windows7/add-a-toolbar-to-the-taskbar

A toolbar can be any folder in Windows Explorer. So you can put any selection of files to a user created folder and access these files quickly thanks to a simple icon in your taskbar.

However, don't go overboard you can quickly run out of space on the taskbar. My toolbars are interspersed between the program pinned to the taskbar, tasks and links with the Noification area to the right. The section of the program will go to a second line below according to the needs and so you can limit the space allocated to programs if you wish.

(3) repeat until your space becomes available. The people that I learned this technique of some other bulletin board said it took 10-15 tries; It took me + 30 attempts. The memory savings start small at first, then it starts to hit hundreds of MB at a time. It sounds crazy, I know, but I went to have less than 200 MB of free space for 3.6 GB. Great thing, it was my podcast app had only been hogging to 1 GB of data, so the app battery doctor found 2.6 Go elsewhere. Good luck to you all and you are welcome. »

Is there a program that will allow me to recover programs and files that have been written too by a full system restore?  I had to do a complete system restore, because the computer has been locked up in a start of the closed loop cycle.

    Hi Apmech9,

    1. don't you restore the computer to factory settings?
    2. do you just restore the computer to an earlier time by using the system restore feature in Windows XP?

If you restore the computer to its factory settings, you will then get in touch with the manufacturer of the system for more support options.

If you had just restored the computer to an earlier time using System Restore, you can undo the system restore to revert back the changes.

I use Windows Vista Home Premium.  I am the only user and gave me administrative prvileges.

I was working on my computer when I decided to look at some of my data to the application.  I have come to C:\Users\MYPROFILE but don't see the AppData folder.  However, all my other files were there (office, Documents, etc.).  I have a click with the button right on my profile and click on the attributes Hidden and hit apply.  He took a few moments he went through all folders of files (you can tell by when it indicates the size).

After this happened, I tried to go back in C:\Users but my profile was gone.

I restarted and when the office came, all my desktop files had disappeared and the shortcut to IE.  When I click on my profile, it was empty with the exception of the default folders.  All default folders were empty of all my data.

I did a restore system a few days ago and my profile came, but it was always empty.  However, when I go to c:\users and right click on my profile and press properties, it shows size 11.5 GB as well as the creation date of February 17, 2009 (which is correct).  However all my data are still missing.  Any ideas?

  • Windows 7 - How to backup system and files

    Original title: HELP

How can I make a copy of the cd in the top fold and what is on the top of the Tower?

To burn your personal files on a CD/DVD:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/burn-a-CD-or-DVD-in-Windows-Explorer

Or are you asking how to make a backup of the entire computer, including Windows 7 and your files? You can burn this image on disks, but you will need DVD instead of CD.

Create a System Image in Windows 7

After you install and activate Windows 7 create a system image as a backup of your current computer in case you need to reinstall it. This will restore your computer to its exact state when the image has been made - which will save you the trouble of having to reinstall Windows 7 and installed everything currently again, and it takes much less time to do.

    1. click on the Start Menu and type "Save" then click on back up your files.

    2. then click on create a system image.

3 select the location where to save the image of your system, and then click Next.

    4. check your discs to back up, and then click Next.

    5. verify the settings, and then click Start backup to start.

    6. once the backup is complete, it asks to create a system repair disc, click Yes.

    7. Insert a CD or a blank DVD on the hard drive, then click on create disc.

  • Dual boot, how to transfer programs and files from one XP installation to another?

Due type virus problems and the inability to get things working properly after I finally removed them, I tried to repair windows xp by using the disc that came with the computer (Systemax). Apparently, I managed to rInstaller windows xp pro with the new version under windows.0 and the old version under windows. The new windows.0 boots and is beautifully, and I can find with my old programs and data files. Unfortunately, none of the old programs seem to be accessible. I can reinstall most of them, but what a chore. I can not even the old windows at startup (it literally takes over half an hour) and many programs take a long time to come, if they. Virtually unusable.

What can I do to have access to the previous programs using the new installation of windows xp pro, so I can simply remove the old windows entirely or at least not do it as an option whenever I start.

    Thank you

    Hello

It seems that you have made a parallel installation on the system (installed a new operating system on the same partition), we recommend only if a person has to back up files/data that is present on the system.

You cannot transfer programs in this way and we do not recommend you to have two operating systems on the same partition. I suggest you to save files which and records that are important and then do a format clean installation of Windows XP on the system.

Unfortunately, you need to install the programs on the system in order to to use.

I suggest you to check the article mentioned below.

Your photo shows a lot of filenames beginning with 'z' but no real, truncated records or other. If something is missing or unreadable, then you have two options:

    • Download the files from your backup. Arrange you for regular backups on external support, have you?
    • Mount a suitable as a virtual hard drive (VHD) system restore point, then extract the files on this disc. This works only if the account has been deleted recently.
  • Recovery system files - how to recover programs and files?

    Thanks for reading this post.

I had to perform a recovery using F11, that my system would not initialize. Constantly, he'd say he was restartin with it turns ping pong balls, but would not load.  Why it crashed is useless at this point.

    I run Windows 8.1 and uses a HP15 f039wm.

I saved my backup files before continuing the recovery.

As it is now the USB that was copied in my office has a folder named "System Recovery Files.

There is no .exe file I can locate in the breast.

More precisely my concerns are two: 1) I bought a subscription to Avast and wonder if I can reinstll, don't know where my license key is but could probably contact Avast.  (2) I downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird and have the emails and contacts from a variety of e-mail accounts and one account in particular I no longer have access to.

The $64 000 question is: can I get these programs works again with what I saved?

The issue of $99 or $14.99 per month over $ 35.00, fresh installation is, should I contact HP AND they would be able to fix if here, nothing works?

Thanks in advance and I thank you for anyone who can help on Thanksgiving.

You cannot reinstall programs from a backup. They must be reinstalled fresh. You may be able to save the backup of certain data related to programs.
