  I have seen similar questions in the forums, but can't see all the answers on what to do.

  When I click on my bookmark/link to the home page and you try to connect, I get a purple screen saying:

  • I don't know, or none of the above, (just exactly what this refers to?)
  • I was trying to buy a game
  • I tried to play a game at Zone.com
  • I tried to play a game in MSN Messenger

  None of the links work. From the home page, has managed to access a help screen - even if my username of games was not displayed.  Despite the removal of temporary files & cookies and make sure Active X, etc is enabled on Internet options, when I try and sign again, I will re-directed to the purple screen.

  In addition, I can not get access to my account, nor my badges - so I can't change anything, even if I wanted to. Everything that happens? Is there something in the Internet Options, which must be enabled (which I missed it). Someone at - it ideas on how to overcome this problem. I don't think it's because of the upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista, because I was able to play my usual game immediately: this problem started 3 days ago.

  I was not able to find something new.

  • What spell do you use? (OE has its own).
  • Spell check only causes this, or pressing on send do as well?
  • The only way to reinstall OE is to reinstall XP, because it is a part of it.

  Try in a new identity. File | Identity | Add the new identity. Create a new one and try it. If all goes well, you can import your messages and address book from the old identity and delete it.

  Note: Do not use the main word in the name of the new identity.

  The "error on page" or "Completed with error on page" message does not indicate a problem with a local computer. It occurs when an element on a Web page is not correctly built by the creator of the page.
  However, there are many reasons why "Error on page" will occur. For example, you can experience the "Error on page" message when Internet Explorer is unable to read something that is on the web page you are trying to access. If the only sign of a problem is the error message, and Web sites are working, you can probably ignore the error

  The navigation software loads the text, images, animations, and links in the memory (RAM) of your computer. When it encounters something that was not built properly, usually in the Java programming language, it generates the error message.

  In addition, if the problem only occurs on one or two Web pages, it can be a problem with these pages. If you decide to ignore errors, you can disable script debugging.

  1. were you able to use the before remote desktop connection?

  You can try the following steps and check if it helps.

  a. Click Start, point to settings and then click Control Panel.

  b. double-click System and select the remote settings and then click the Remote tab.

  c. click Select users, and then add the name of the user account

  d. click Add and then click OK.

  Note: Adding users to the remote desktop group requires that you are connected via an administrator account.
