  I've been a long-time Photoshop user, CS bought when I had a Photoshop training after attending one of the seminars Kelby in San Francisco.  I also bought a copy of Photoshop Elements and used ito tutor and teach Spanish-speaking people at Sherwood Village Apartments to practice both in teaching that in speaking Spanish (I'm now bilingual).

  Two problems occurred.  One, my apartment was broken into and all my software and hardware have been stolen.  I reported it to the police of Salinas and a nice lady came out and took a report (4 pages), and then she informed me that she was going on vacation and "would get right on it when she came back."  I said that Sgt. Henry Gomez of the Department of the Salinas Police in all the llikelihood, all became "reserved" in one day, and I felt that the police detective work went, he left a little to be desired.

  Through Craigslist, I bought what was supposed to be a genuine disc, licensed to Adobe Creative Suite.  When I went to save it (my other two products, are registered), I learned that it was an illegal copy.  I kept a dialogue of the discussion that I had with one of your representatives (I have a PrintOut of our conversation), she told me that it wasn't a good copy and so I destroyed.

  Now, would you be kind enough to help me reptlace the stolen software?  My faith in the police has been destroyed.  I hope that given that I am a registered historically, as long as I reported the abuse software immediately, that you could help me.

  I suspect that my problem is a graphics card fault, but before I go out and buy a new one (not the best time now) I'm trying to determine if it is indeed a hardware problem that needs to be replaced or if it's a software/driver problem that can be solved. I had this crash pop up sometimes in the past, but it was very little common, until two days ago, I was playing a game more modern and the screen cut out on me & computer crashed. I had to be hard to recover the low once or twice until. I went to a game played and lower spec for awhile and it crashed again. Now it crashes whenever I start (sometimes canned music plays while the screen is dead) and now also when you watch a video or just browsing youtube.

  I already messed up around the graphics driver is uninstalled, using a program slate for leftovers, running a complete windows defender scan in safe mode and reinstall the graphics drivers. Doesn't seem to help. If my computer is turned off for a while she seems okay if I do not do much with it, but once it blocks then happens much more frequently to the point I just have to close for a while.   If you have the integrated video card, you can always use it and calm down your use of graphics for a while... also consider whether there are computer shops and parts used in your area and find a backup card. If you need to adjust your monitor to the onboard video (as in DVI / VGA) there are adapters for this that attach the monitor cable with the connector on the computer.

  Redundancy, even if it is the same, is always good.

  If you have downloaded and installed the Lite version of VMware Fusion then I download the installer complete and uninstall/reinstall VMware Fusion and then you will have complete and up-to-date VMware tools.  Note: Uninstalling/reinstalling VMware Fusion does not remove Virtual Machines.

  I'm totally familiar with this device and as a result, I'm not sure what relevance with regard to my OS.  What I need to download and install a special driver manually, or should I just ignore the error message above?  Care of my system:

  CPU:  Intel Core i7 - 4770 K CPU @ 3.50 GHz

  GPU:  EVGA GeForce GTX 770 (last WHQL Logo'd driver installed)

  RAM:  Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1866 MHz (running at 1600 MHz) DRAM Pro

• With my new Canon's MG7120 software installation problem

  I recently updated my homeoffice with a new Dell XPS running Windows 8.1.

  Bought a new Canon Pixma MG7120 to replace my old Epson printer.

  I tried to install the printer software from the disc that came with the printer.

  Ive been trying to connect wirelessly and my wireless router connects with my printer.

  My problem is when I run the disc.  When I get to the part of the installation, nothing happens.  All I get is a window telling me that "my firewall may try to block the installation of Canon and I should respond accordingly as" Yes, accept,... and no matter what the choice, I give myself to allow Cannon installation.:

  There is a button 'Next' at the bottom right corner and it will highlight when I place my cursur on that.  I clicked and nothing happens.  The installation should take between 5-10 minutes.

  Appreciate any comment or idea about it.

  I'm so disappointed.  I bought a brand new Pixma MG7120 for my grass hobby photograhy.  Finally, my old Epson Stylus photo passed his end of life phase where it is no longer supported.

  I have a new PC with os Windows 8.1.

  I was so excited, winning this new printer.  I followed the instructions to the letter and bam, phase of the Installation stalls.  The screen is just sitting there doing nothing.  I tried again to recharge etc... with the same results.

  I'm not a computer programmer and am really frustrated and angry that I have to go through this bs... and still not get the printer running.

  I went in the Drivers Canon section and set to date.  Still nothing.  I tried downloading online and still nothing.  Always the same stall during the installation phase.  Just can't get past that.

  What is going on?  I spent $250.00 on printers and ink and even impossible to print a letter.

  I have tried wireless and usb and a big '' NOTHING. ''

  I ask the support over the weekend and if I'm still able to print, I'LL RETURN the UNIT AND FIND ANOTHER BRAND THAT WORKS.

  I see that you use in the software problems.  I would like to help!

  I would say uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once it is uninstalled, I suggest you put your system in clean boot mode in the configuration of Microsoft.  You can do this by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

  Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would suggest to reinstall the HP printer install wizard for Windows.
