  Quick question here, but would need a quick answer because the customer does not receive emails more.

  We had a power failure, then had to reload everything when the power came back.

  I have restarted the Spam Blocker when all servers have grown and ready, as it is by using Active Directory.

  System seems to work fine, except for the fact that when I do a status in the CLI, I get the following:

• Stopped Services in Msconfig - means that a virus is on my system?

  In the starting area, went into msconfig, who took me to the Configuration of the system, where I clicked on Services.  During the opening, there was a long list of entries, which most had a 'Running' status, but 76 listings had a marked status "Stopped".

  I have an infection in my computer or is it normal for these marked to be shown as "Stopped" if it is not wrong, so what steps should I take to fix this problem?

  D:\OraHome_1\oracledi\tools\wrapper must have the bin, the conf folder and the lib where the required files wrapper.exe, snpsagent.conf, etc., should be present.

  AgentService.bat also generates the log in the oracledi/bin folder, can you please address the issue if there is no specific error message. I don't think you need the definition of ODI_HOME in the environment variable.

  Whay you want to stop the services in the Task Manager?

  Faced with any performance issues?

  You get the error message?

  There is a lot of background services runing and the only way to have them not runing is to hide all microsoft services and disable all the services of part 3 of the system configuration utility.

  I can't connect to the internet. I don't get a specific error message except that windows services stopped. It is not recognition of the networks any longer. There is no way to restore it because there is no listed restore points. I don't know if it's a windows problem or the problem of the betwork or how to proceed

• Stopped services arrested more than I expected, and I can't begin their return.

  At 02:00 every morning my laptop would start hogging my internet connection and resume normal operation after about 20 minutes.  After excluding the defender of windows etc. as the culprit and inspect the network connection to the help of perfmon, I found that services AeLookupSvc and Appinfo in the netsvcs group with PID 320 as the culprits.  On the services in tskmgr tab, I disabled both of these services.  Now, each activity that has the multicolored shield beside it, including performance monitor and other activities returns either "operation could not be performed. "Service could not be started because she is disabled, has no enabled devices associated with ' or no action.   Trying to start two disabled services shows the same message. By clicking on the services tab gives no answer and I tried to use the system restore and got the same message, this time with the error code 0 x 80070422 as well.

  Obviously my computer doesn't stop these two services, and I watched what did these services before I disabled them in order to ensure that it wasn't something vital, guess I was wrong, and now I'm looking for a way to undo the changes.

  Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit with Service Pack 1 and any help that doesn't cost $49 dollars (wow?) is greatly appreciated.  Do not hesitate to ask if you need additional information.

  I fixed it.   Out of everything I tried, including assistance and resources from OTHER sites, the fix was simply start in safe mode.  Safe mode does not require the doomed UAC and I was finally able to open services.msc and enable appinfo, give me my back of the computer.  I guess I'll live with my connection to get used to 02:00, when I touch the wrong things happen.

  HI - how my lot or Maxl file look as if I wanted to go out with a script to stop and start my essbase service? The reason why I do this is because I wanted to stop the service of essbase, so that I can check it in the essbase.log file.

  You can use the following maxl

  change the shudown system;

  It may be useful to stop all applications first for example

  change the application system unload all;

  or you can use the windows command line

  net stop essbaseservicename

  and to start

  net start essbaseservicename

  Another method to save the essbase.log is to make a copy of the newspaper and then use maxl to clear the log.

  I have a functional vision 5.1.0 with about 1500 jobs.

  I tried to upgrade to 5.3 and it failed. I reversed (snapshot) to 5.1.0 and tried to 5.1.3 and does not...

  The page/admin does not work, 443 ports are not open.

  The services are started.

  I have vCops to view installed 5.7

  any ideas?

  As mentioned, it is a known problem with the vcops for the component view - while it is running, actively use the files that are part of the installation of server connection. 5.1 uninstallation, impossible to remove these files, time to remove on reboot. This is a known issue that we created a KB article for, you must stop the vcops service before the upgrade as a solution and we are planning to set the stopping service to vcops during the upgrade automatically in future releases it.

  Thank you. In fact, I was able to fix it by disabling the Google Services to play then uninstall all updates. After reboot, many applications, including the Google Services to play began requesting updates and after updates, everything is OK except an inscription that appears after startup: "a movement of application is finished.

• Last update caused service ip to stop working

  "Since my last update of Windows (3 days ago), I am constantly the error ' IP Helper has stopped working".  I searched the forums, but nobody else seems to have reported this problem.  The update of windows made 6 updates, so I don't know which one it was that caused the problem, or to cancel.  Took me to warn me of updates so I can review them before installing windows.  There was nothing unusual in the updates.

  You can stop the service and then test your machine. The service performs the following operations: provides tunnel connectivity using IPv6 transition technologies.  It is not used by most users.  You can stop the service and verify that none of your internet use is affected.

  To stop the service, click Start > type 'services' in the search box and press ENTER.  Then in the Services window, scroll down to the IP assistance service, click it, and then click on the button "Stop service" (it looks like a square stop button and is located on the toolbar).

• Best way to stop the Essbase service

  Hi all

  I would like to know how do you approach the stopping services in Essbase.

  What I have to do is drag them down before the existing backup process managed by another team. My concern is potential calculations\data running load\exports and I wanted to hear your who is your approach to this.

  Is safe enough to stop the windows service (or with opmnctl stopall\shutdown) or do I risk to bribe requests in certain circumstances?

  I tried the server managed with stop during a restructuring and a calc opmn stop all operations and everything went well but I would like to have the opinion of someone with more experience on the subject.

  There is a standard way to start and stop services using "start.sh" and "stop.sh".

  (1) is there another way to start and stop services?
