  I've updated two deployments today - one on virtual machines and other devices of series 3400 ISE. Both transferred images OK.

  I found it easier to transfer files separately via FTP.  Then, I created a repository pointing on the disk and that referenced in the upgrade command.

  I've seen reports of servers ftp transfers on Windows (with WS - FTP or IIS) to 30 MB limits.  I used the ftp server Filezilla on windows laptop and it worked very well.

• Large file transfer problems.

  I use fusion combined with a blu - ray player external firewire and anyDVD Ripper blu - ray to my AppleTV conversion. In most cases, this works very well. until I need to transfer a big file (10-30GB) on the host system, in this case, Mac OS x 10.5.6. If I try to drag / move, has the transfer eventually times out.   You said ' until I need to transfer one of the great (10-30GB) "and you can not create a file more than (2 ^ 32)-1 bytes (it's one byte less than 4 GB) on a FAT32 partition.  So if minimum file size is that you said earlier "10 GB" you cannot use a volume formatted FAT32 to transfer the files, but you could use a volume formatted NTFS to transfer the files and write directly to this heartbreaking disk.

  Or you need to transfer directly through a connection network between the host and the guest not to use shared folders on VMware but a SMB/CIFS.

  Well, relax. You really don't give a lot of information to help you with your problem. By a glance in the Canon of the R506 sheet I see immediately he writes video files AVCHD or MP4 container. So, Yes, you can directly access these video files on your SD card without needing a transfer program. You can try, it's easy! Multimedia player by Microsoft is crap, so if you encounter problems reading, get a good player, such as the free VLC. It manages AVCHD and MP4 with their included well h.264 video. Something Microsoft has problems with no reason.

  The transfer program is for those who do not know how to navigate the AVCHD directory structure in particular and who don't want to directly deal with segmented video files when shooting long clips that would result in greater than about 2 GB sized files.

  Personally, I would stay away from 64 GB cards there are a lot of problem with them because of their different file system. I know at least an action cam company says its dealers to better to go for 32 GB inoffically, as they have the normal FAT32 file system.

  On another note, class 10 really doesn't mean anything beyond useless theoretical performance. For example, SanDisk offers on all of its Extreme 32 GB microSD 80 MB/s. My real world measure said 7 MB/s write speed. Companies boast their fictitious read performance, but in your writing camera performance is crucial. My suggestion is not to go for the cheap junk that is sold on eb * y and everywhere else, too many goods infringing or undesirable renovated sold there. Get a map of decent quality from a brand manufacturer and buy it by an experienced retailer.

  At least for the G30 HF I know from personal experience that Canon does a really good job on the SD card subsystem. It faces with really the class 10 junk out there really well, even at rates such as 35Mbits to 1080p50.

  According to this KB, the file size limit is 2.86 MB upwards through devices OS 4.7. I don't know what level you have or if it changes for the higher levels of OS.

  Hi, I will not sweat if this is a double post but here. Recently, I had was a month or so now, do file sending errors. Im not really worried about how long it takes a file to send, but when my upload is being maxed out because of a program go awol there is something wrong. 300 KB files word documents that all images hang. And sit on "Connecting..." Passed the firewall ports has been tested with she hosted. Order and don't even just no firewall and the same thing... And this is a new installation of windows... Help! ~

  I wanted to increase the speed and storage capacity to transfer to my Mac mini file, so I bought a box of external hard drives. The one I bought is: http://www.icydock.com/goods.php?id=219

  Built-in the Mac mini hard drives transfer the file to 60 MB/s (writing and reading) and I wanted to get better speed of file transfer, so I bought an SSD that is going to be inside with an another HARD drive of 3 TB for archiving my files. The housing is connected by USB3.0 (5 Gb/s) for the Mac mini.

  [SSD-> files I opened every day] - speed around 550 MB/s write and 500 MB/sec in reading

  [HDD-> Archives, files that I have does not open very often] - speed around 150 MB/s write and 150 MB/sec in reading

  So I did some benchmarks on my new Setup, and the speed is not really what I expected. Transfer of file max speed I have achieved is about 100 MB/sec in writing on the external SSD plugged into the mac mini. This transfer has been filed since an iMac 21 "2011 with an SSD (with almost the same speed read/write than the box) so it's quite disappointing.

  It is possible that the Mac has a 'file transfer speed limit' is somewhere? Or whatever else that could affect that?

  Mac Mini server 2012 - 2 TB RAID 1 - Mac OSX 10.9.5

  iMac 21 "2011 - Crucial SSD 275 Gb - Mac OSX 10.9.4

  I recently got a Polaroid link 6 "A6WH smartphone, Google Android KitKat 4.4 running, and despite being told of Polaroid that I should be able to transfer files (ie. photos, music, videos) between this phone and a G4 aluminum PowerBook running OS 10.4.11 (old, Yes, I know!), I can't. I was told that I have to download Android File Transfer, which I did, but it didn't work (it only works on OS 10.5). Android File Transfer is Version 1.0 - I don't think that there is no earlier version.

  I tried to search on this forum and elsewhere online, some have suggested other programs, such as AirDroid, but when I tried to download them, they would not work with OS 10.4.11.

  I was able to transfer files over a Bluetooth connection - and only from the computer (and not vice versa). The USB cable provided with the phone doesn't seem to work (anyway) without a program to make it easier.

  Any suggestions for transfer files (ie. photos, music, videos) between these devices - via the USB port, or even simply through Bluetooth, back from the phone to the computer?

  Also, are all the programs available to convert video to MP4 format files, as I can't get the phone to open any other format - BTW, free is better!)

  Note: I would have gotten an iPhone, except for the fact that we tried to get rid of some AirMiles points that were about to expire, and they have not one!

  What exactly happens before you had connected your external drive to your system?

  How old is your HARD drive?

  I bought the stor.e alu 1 tb 2.5 "drive external hard on the advice of a local store Paolo I had problems with the hard disk in this laptop.

  Has been informed by the shop to make a clone of my hard drive then trade out for a new well just to say I have fooked the process as the internal drive failed during the filming of the clone drive.

  Well the laptop is now fixed, but I can't get the stor.e to open or the drive is displayed in the tab of the computer.

  It appears in the device manage tab and if clicked tab in volumes shows like (partition style: master boot record) and shows the drive as empty.

  But I can't open the drive nor does it plug and play, so I would be grateful if someone could find out a way to restore the drive to factory settings and provide a link to the drivers so I can use the drive as a storage device.

  Have you tested this HARD drive as part of a different computers/laptops?

  Stor.E Alu 2 HARD drive must be connected to two USB ports using the USB of Y cable.

  Please try if you not connected the HARD drive to two USB ports
  In addition, you can set the HARD drive to factory settings. It s a simple HARD disk that can be formatted only.

  I am transferring files between 2 PCs on Win7 64 bit and latest Skype (update), full bandwidth of 1.5 Mbps downloading (and I am sure is that Skype to use 100%!) and one day calculated for the transfer of 250 MB! It goes like a turtle! What the hell Skype is the download otherwise files?

  Transfer of cloud of image files is not yet implemented on Office of Skype for Windows. File transfer is always P2P.
