Strange white rectangles in Keynote

In Keynote, sometimes, when I add a filled shape of color, square white appear in the preview and different exports.

For example, it is a snapshot of the main editing window:

In the exported pdf file (and also when I press 'play' or in the left thumb nail bar), I see this:

What can we do? Thank you very much.

Need a little more information to understand this:

  • What is the exact version of the Keynote
  • What is the exact version of Mac OS
  • what theme and master slide is used
  • black text created in one area of text or in forms of circle
  • what the font is used

  • Satellite P30-145: White Rectangle on screen

    I have a Toshiba Satellite P30-145, and he has recently developed a problem with the display. Whenever the computer is turned on, there is a large white rectangle covering part of the screen from top to bottom.

    Stopping and restarting the computer didn't help, display settings settings I tried did not work and a system restore did not work.

    I think it's maybe a problem of overheating the computer often becomes very hot and sometimes stops due to overheating (even if fans don't seem to be blocked when this happens).

    Anyone know what could be the problem and if it can be fixed?

    Hello

    I think that the fault of the graphics card might be the problem
    Maybe the GPU damaged because the temperature inside the laptop.
    As you say the laptop is overheating and it is really possible that it was a reason for that matter.

    In my opinion, you need to connect the laptop to the external monitor to check if the same will appear on the second screen.
    If you're going to see the same rectangle on the screen then the graphics card is damage and the entire motherboard must be replaced

  • Strange white line on screen Equium A60

    Does anyone know why a strange white vertical line appeared on my screen A60? We off fragmented, a virus scan and a cleaning disc then the line appeared about an hour after.

    That this has something to do with it? Should I install the product recovery disc? We did this a few months back, re - install too often cause damage? The line is present as soon as the screen lights up, i.e. Toshiba start screen.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Hello

    first of all, no, system reinstallation will not damage anything.

    As you say the line appears directly after start-up the machine, the problem must be hardware related.
    Check if the problem is also on an external monitor.
    If not, the LCD is faulty.
    If so, the problem may be the graphics chip.

    Anyway, you cannot do anything alone, in order to take the laptop to a service provider.

    Hello Solid_Cruver,
    It is not possible to make a screenshot that will contain this rectangle.

    But I think that I thought about it. I just created my first application 'Metro' and when it crashes (who does...) don't let this rectangle. If I restart Visual Studio, it disappears.

    Will have to look for what it is to...

    How can I get rid of a small white rectangle that stays on my screen and it also does not allow me to turn off my computer?

    Hello

    1. Since when are you facing this problem?

    2. have there recent changes or updates made on your computer?

    3. do you get an error message?

    4. what happens when you try to shut down the computer?

    5. What is the small white rectangle you speak?

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

    Try restarting your computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

    If it works fine in safe mode try performing a clean boot in order to find the cause root.

    Step 2:

    See the article below for instructions on how to start your computer in a clean boot state.
    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    Note: When the diagnosis is complete, don't forget to reset your computer to normal startup. Follow step 7 in the above article.

    Method 2:

    Try to run Microsoft Safety Scanner for any malware or spyware infection and check if it helps.

  • Problem starting. White Rectangle bars are displayed

    I did a clean install of Windows XP on my C: drive formatted.

    My startup is now more than 4 minutes.

    All this because of this progress bar with these white rectangles at the bottom of the screen that appears before Windows XP loading.

    I ran "CHKDSK/r" 2 times and no errors found.

    I tried to repair Windows without success.

    What can I do else!

    He seemed to have solved this problem myself.

    After approximately 67 resets, the problem seems to correct itself.

    But later, I got the problem again.

    If I booted up just my computer with the Windows XP Recovery disk,

    I chose to format the drive fast, before you install Windows XP on the partition, and it worked.

    I have more white bars at the start up.

  • drawFocus, drawHighlightRegion & XYRect is equivalent to a white rectangle in a custom field?

    It's one of those days where I should have stayed at home.

    Why the following sets a rectangle white when the false boolean value on?

    In other words, when it put there at the point, I get the highlight of rectangle of color TYellow as expected, when there is no discussion on the custom field (a class that extends the field); a white rectangle is drawn.

    I don't want to take anything either when there is no accent, which is equal to the value Boolean false.

    protected void drawFocus(Graphics graphics, boolean on) {
      paint(graphics);
      if (on) {
        XYRect rect = new XYRect();
        getFocusRect(rect);
        drawHighlightRegion(graphics, HIGHLIGHT_FOCUS, on, 0, 0, w, h);
             int prevColor = graphics.getColor();
         graphics.setColor(Colors.TYellow);
         graphics.drawRect(x, y, w, h);
         graphics.setColor(prevColor);
      }
    }

    Good or bad, I solved the problem by following these steps:

    1. My rectangle of drawing in paint with the previous color.
    2. Adding a call to invalidate in the onUnfocus method:
    protected void onUnfocus() {
      invalidate();
    }

    If there is a better, I'll be first in line.

  • How to backup only the images that are found only in the white rectangle?

    Hello!

    Good morning/afternoon/evening, I have a question... when I try to draw outside the lines, in my project final when I export it to an image file, looks... weird here, I'll try to upload some pictures.

    Screen Shot 2014-01-29 at 1.38.41 AM.png

    as I want to do as in my last project (picture) all I want is the substance that is in the white rectangle.

    Incidentally, I learn how to use it so I'm sorry!

    How do you save your picture? What type of file? What version of Illustrator?

    For example, try one of these:

    1.) export > click on work plans 'use '.

    or

    (2.) in the file > "Save for Web" it is an option for "Clip for work plan" which is what you're after.

    Perhaps one of those who will help and meet your needs?

  • White rectangles instead of transparency

    Hi all

    I'm a beginnger in InDesign - what a great tool!

    I get white rectangles instead of transparency when exporting (any version of) PDF or printed, but very well when you export to JPEG. I use a 3rd party template

    Using InDesign 6.0

    Thank you

    Blackbird

    Your question of the export quality could be a couple different things. It could be the result of saterizing the vecor in an effort to solve the problem of white box, or it could be that the link is actually missing or obsolete.
