Subtitles embedded: where are they?

I have a large amount of surveillance footage that I need to bring in PP and chop into smaller segments for comfort and practicality. This sequence has integrated subtitles to identify when and where the various clips were recorded. I have no problem see the subtitles when I turn on the track in VLC. See this short clip of me what do.

Dropbox - 2015-08-26_20-15 - 05.mp4

When I activate it, the subtitles appear as if by magic. How can I make it appear in PP? If I do all the segmentation and export it to the application of the monitoring, it will not be a fun process.

Any help, people? Thank you!

Ok. I saw your dropbox and how you have Dropdown to select subtitles in VLC Player

Without simulating me a subtitle export and import in the first, I work with other projects (and I have samples on this machine, just not enough time or partitions in my head to jump out of the current project)

I paste link to first help "Working with legends" here using Adobe Premiere Pro | Working with legends

My thoughts are that I gave you a half step. My thoughts are that captions must be enabled in the Source monitor Panel also. Alternatively, if your captions are a file, it must be imported separately.
