  The 1102W uses what is called USB wireless.  The installation of the printer is the only way to recover the printer on a network in this case.  There is no place to set the IP address without getting a DHCP address first, which is not the case here.

  First, retrieve the default network printer.

  Restore the default wireless settings.

  b. press and hold the wireless switch and the
  Cancel button and then turn on the product.
  c. hold the button until all lights flash in unison.
  and then release the keys.

  This should reset the default settings of the network.

  Then, uninstall all the software of the computer printer.

  Reinstall the printer from here click on software and Driver Downloads and select your operating system.

  It will take a computer on the same network and USB cable.  Click network installation and connect the USB cable when prompted.

  I have the same problem exactly as described Flashimator don't except this: the problem occurs only when I am logged into the administrator account.  Support seems to work normally in my user account.

  I should add that my HP laptop has an OEM program which seems to be an overlay on the Windows Help.  It is also not available in the administrator account.

  Hi, I noticed recently that my computer (Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005) is unable to sleep automatically when it is connected to the internet with a cable modem. Change the settings for my current power mode and try a different feeding regime (diagrams of Windows XP default power and power management, I created) only solves the problem for 2 days at most. I also tried to change the settings for the other power plans mentioned, and yet once again, the problem was only set for two days at the most. I also tried turning off my computer, restarting my computer, recording Powercfg /Restore Default policies in Run, saving sfc/scannow in Run, and again, I got the same result. Reset and power cycling the modem cable is not helped either. To help you better understand the problem, for example, if I had the date set for the screensaver set to 1 minute, the time for the monitor to turn off set to 2 minutes and time for your computer set to 3 minutes, the screen saver activate after 1 minute, the monitor turns off after 2 minutes, but the computer would not sleep mode after 3 minutes , even after an hour or more. I tried to check the Task Manager, and I have not noticed any process that would be interrupting the day before.   I just installed a Belkin modem-router - which went well. Can I connect WiFi gadgets etc. I can also connect to the internet via a network cable to my pc. I also installed a belkin usb wireless adapter and in Device Manager, says it is enabled and works.

  Good news - update of my ongoing saga with this Belkin modem/router.

  Got the pc to see wi - fi now. It turned out to be the Zone Alarm! As the router has a firewall, I uninstalled Zone Alarm completely. Also, I went into the properties of belkin usb and checked it was the most recent drivers, it does not so I installed them.
