    Material: 1st generation Macbook Pro Intel Core Duo 2.0Ghz processor, ram 2 g (max), 500 GB hybrid SSD/7200 HDD. Mac OS leaopard 6.6

    I recently bought the master collection which includes first and effects CS5.5. Before selling that adobe has informed me that all THE macbook pro will run all these products (by a customer Advisor adobe)

    I can't load because (as I've now learned) that the core duo processor only supports 32-bit - I phoned technical support, several times since July 15 and has been repeatedly said that all THE macbook pro can run, it was just to change my operating system to 64-bit. Apple is clearly that this is not the case.

    Finally I quoted me a level 2 Advisor, who asked me what type of processor and finally said it's clear that I need older versions to run on this and I would be contacted by email to provide an earlier 32-bit of these 2 programs (as is provided to the users of 32-bit windows). That was 2 weeks ago and I have had no response, I called several times and some advisers trying to start the whole process again and insisting on the fact that I should be able to install these.

    Today a counselor told me that they checked the notes and the level 2 advised Advisor I 'need to upgrade my hardware' (that is to say buy a new mac!)

  • HP Support Assistant asking to redo the backup set

    I already have backup/restore disks for my HP Windows 7 computer. He nagging guard make me again.  I tried to force and wastes 3 DVDs just to shut up.  Unfortunately, he knows I did the drive in the value!  How I locked this thing?

    I just got my new Thinkpad W700 two days ago, but it came with two dirt stains located behind the glass of the screen. They cover about 20 pixels down on the left:

    First of all, I contacted Lenovo technical support. They have opened a case but then gave me Lenovo sales because the defect already existed at the arrival and I could be eligible to get an Exchange unit.

    Unfortunately the sales of Lenovo really sucks. I spoke the first day by the representative asked me to send him an email with a picture of the screen, which I did. He promised to call what has never happened. I called again the next day and talked to another representative. He apologized for his colleague and promised to remind him to remember the same day. Once more it never happened. So I called for the third time another day later. The seller apologized once more and asked me to send the photo by email - once more. He then told me that I will not get an Exchange unit but have to call Lenovo support first, before any return policy may apply. Thus the circle closed after only three days

    Back to Lenovo support, they opened a new case and will now send me a shipping box in my notebook. So I'll be at least 15 working days without my new laptop and if they cannot clear the screen, I have to place a new order of complete replacement to Lenovo sales and wait another 10-15 days before I finally got my notebook back.

    This is completely unacceptable to me because I need the laptop for work. My plan of servo is now upgrade guarantee ' on site 9 x 5 next business day ', wait 2-3 weeks that it take until the upgrade is activated and then will make account again the fault to technical support. Can someone tell me if this would work or Lenovo will persist on me sending the DVICE back because I opened a folder already?

    The problem has been resolved. Unlike the unpleasant experience that I realized on sales of Lenovo doing the tech IBM/Lenovo service has been superb all the way. They have exchanged or repaired my screen and for some reason any addition to the system board. Now, I have a flawless screen and can start enjoying the machine. My laptop was gone for 5 days only, including a weekend and a delay of stock for parts.

Basically, when I try to install iTune, it says that I need to install Apple Application Support first, and when I do that, I get the following message appears:

    Suggest you check to see if the Windows Modules Installer service is present, has not been disabled and can be started.
    Right click the computer on the desktop or the Start Menu and choose Manage

  • First 2015 bi - gpu dropped frames

    Can someone with dual GPU or mulitple tell me if they encounter problems reading a chronology of acceleration GPU with Prem 2015 on Windows 8.1? With my two nVidia 980Tis I get 1,000001 million dropped frames. With a released GPU, I get a perfect reading.

    I've been in contact with Adobe engineers, and they are not aware of any questions. I know that the 980Ti is not on the supported list, but with only a single installed things are fine. Whether it is a double thing 980Ti or both GPU would help a lot.

    Please note that first Pro CC has support for multiple GPU configurations to export (one is used for playback) to have more than one GPU will speed up your time to exit.

    If this article is correct, first will not use both for playback. You can try to set the nvidia Control Panel to set the first to use a card for cuda gtx. then use SOUL to return and let it use cuda with two gtx cards.

    Hello. Forgive this winding post. I have a few things to get off my chest and I don't know which apply here. So please bear with me if you are able. Thank you

    I have a 3.4 ghz core I5 4 and 10 gig RAM processor. I am editing images 25 fps HD in first Pro CC and make effects of Film Grain with Reg universe giant and simple Color Correction using, for the most part, the three-way color corrector and the masking tool. Nothing, I would consider things taxation system, but maybe I'm wrong. I also try to use AE to help speed up things and the hue of the sky etc...

    I have a card Geforce 460 GFX installed - which is a bit old, I know, but I was hoping to get a GPU Adobe's push, as I understand in CC they provided more support for unofficial cards.

    But "Mercury Playback Software only" is the only option available to me.

    I got a graphics card Radeon before, what CC first really seems to support some - but I swapped out for a Nvidia card, because there are other parasites and poor performance - more it made the film (which is compressed. MOV) in a garish way - which has since been resolved with the deletion of the map. In addition, AE needs Nvidia for these features and I assumed that Adobe would like that Nvidia is better generally than until recently, they have only supported for this brand.     However, I found a few tips really useful - and rather obvious good sense - on the link below.

    This page seems to offer a solution for limited Platinum support first offer, by means of a hack... but having read that CC 2014 should provide much more support for a complete mix of GPU I decided to try first a solution much simpler than the site also gives to think... and it worked!

    I updated my video driver NVIDIA directly instead of from the MANUFACTURER's website! I had always assumed you had to go to the manufacturer but, of course, Nvidia are constantly updating the drivers and manufacturers don't bother view their sites! So I was actually extremely outdated drivers installed. I can't believe that this maxim based evaded me so long. He explains back issues I've had as well. But after installing Nvidia CC now allows me to use the mercury with GPU. I am therefore very happy atm.
