  I put t when drivers will be updated, but there is a workaround to install the driver AMD/ATI on Toshiba laptop. You must do so via Device Manager.

  First you need to download the driver and need to save it somewhere on the HARD drive (IE desktop). Unzip the package. Then, go to the Device Manager, choose the graphics card and choose Update driver.
