  I just got a mac a week to begin to understand/test to see if it will be a viable option for our company. I also bought vmware fusion to run windows 7 on.   I think I installed fusion light instead of the full version, which would be the cause? I would like the full version installed, but I didn't install the AV that accompanies it.

  Another way to switch is to use the Mac command + Tab (change of application) to change between Mac applications and out of the VM in full screen.  I always use spaces and VMware "locked" to one of the spaces.  When I pass as described above need me in general to another space which is all Mac applications.

  Actually, it is not question of Photoshop event, is open a JPG of my disk image, click a button in my Panel that will get the activeDocument, then try to get the object File from it, the Document.fullName always null. However, if I open the image in the Photoshop folder installed, it looks very good.

  I took the project I have included in my response to your other thread and changed it so that I can open a file, click a button and see the contents of app.activeDocument in the debugger. Then I open a JPG file and debugged to the extension in Photoshop.

  The is correct. Any customer with a license 4.0 can do double switch. You don't need a special permit.

  Your subscription allows you to activate on two machines and they can be mixed platforms, so you should be able to have the subscription available for use on a Windows and a Mac computer.

  You are allowed to swap one time platform, so you wouldn't be able to get it back to a Windows license even if everything else was in order with whatever your situation.

  The platform swaps apply only to the current versions. Buy the CS6 upgrade and make the platform switch.

  Hello world. I'm there for several months, and I want to use my software creative cloud on another office for this time (I have currently installed on a desktop and a laptop). However, I have some questions and concerns about the process of disabling and installation.

  (1) what I actually need to uninstall the software before you can install on a new machine or deactivation is sufficient?

  (2) is the permanent deactivation? Once I have disable the software on my current desktop (iMac 2011) it is more activated?

  You can switch between machines and you do not have to uninstall... disabling is sufficient.  Deactivation is not permanent.

  I'm mostly an avid user, but I just fell in love with Adobe CS5.5 after using the trial.  My question is the good ' ol question.  Mac or PC?  Now, I have an AMD setup right now.  But I wonder if I should sell and opt for a new generation with an i7 or simply upgrade to a Mac?

  I know that the industry began to use Final Cut Pro and first, but I found that the first CS5.5 allows users to import XML files (which are CPF files, I think).  How to Import FCP files in first if I use a PC or not?

  If not, should I just upgrade to a Mac (I'm thinking iMac or a Macbook Pro) or simply update my PC?

  I would like to use Photoshop Adobe AE, Premiere Pro CS5.5, for now.  I buy a Mac for Music Production, but I wanted to know for video and photo if a better Mac is the way to go.

  I was PC my life and started using Macs in 1990 - something. In 2009, I built a Mac Pro specifically to make a film with the CS3 version. Today, I again that Mac Pro, updated the firmware for 2010 and exchanged in a Hex CPU core, 32GB RAM 1333, card RAID Areca and all sorts of things. I still love it, but the PC is currently better. OS X (Snow Leopard) is nice and all, but it is still just a tool and Win7 is great, too.

  CS5. I love. I personally have no problem (even on a Mac) with the ATI 5870 mercury running in mode 'software only '.   I think that if you are a PC, be grateful and use it to your advantage. These are days PC, mang! Mac may have been King in 2008-9, but PC exceeded their. Save Apple for your gadget needs.
