  I've seen that happen periodically, but it is easy enough to fix. Simply remove the icon from your dock. Then re-create by dragging the Firefox icon in the doc from the applications folder.

  I found it very difficult to formulate the question I really didn't know what to ask to get the right answers.

  I asked a couple of friends too, and it turned out that all I had to do was to press view and Show Toolbar - then the aeroplain of paper (that you must support so that the message is sent), the trombone etc.were all visible. I had everything but tried that.

• Hp6500A more than paper Mismatch issue

  I recently to question of error "paper mismatch" that stop me printing on my Hp 6500 a Plus. I checked and rechecked all of the default settings. With standard 8.5 X 11 paper plane and "Letter" size paper selection, I can not always clearly the question. I rebooted the paper, reset the printer to default settings, reloaded the driver, unplugged the printer and restarted, etc, etc, but no joy on print. I'm afraid that the paper sensor may have blamed outside. Don't know how to check this.

• Editing and guidance - symbol symbol moves during editing

  This issue has slowed my work as an illustrator for a while, so I thought I would ask for advice.

  I have a symbol in my document - for example, a set of tabs for a Web site interface.

  When I make changes to a symbol which give rise to new dimensions (changing the height of the tabs of 40px to 50px), this translates all instances of that symbol to move on the Web. In this example, the symbol to move upwards by 5px (half of the difference between the heights of old and new). I then return each instance of that symbol in his planned place, which takes time.

  I was wondering if the orientation "Check Flash" widget that appears in the dialog box creation symbol would force the symbol to align at a given location, but he seems to have no effect on the symbol inside the Illustrator. The symbol remains permanently aligned to its centerpoint origin, regardless of subsequent changes and cannot be done to align on anywhere other than this central point. It would really help force the alignment to top left, for example.

  I've discovered that when I select share from Safari or Finder or Pages or pictures, and then select Mail that the link of the file is added to the message that you expect but... the small send paper plane button is grayed. Can I use the Messages-> Send in the toolbar, this Mail is not completely paralyzed. But until a few days ago, I could share by mail in all of these programs. Oddly enough, I just discovered that Firefox shares a link by Mail very well.

  ... and if I save the email in drafts, and then double-click it to re - open, sending plane button is clickable yet. I can create emails and send them when they are created in the Mail, but the button send is not clickable if I use the share-> mail option. I hope someone can help me with this.

• Does not, XP 8176 controller plug-and-play

  I have a system controller 8176 under XP. OR PXI-devices are not detected plug-and - play. Last XP and OR corrections updated. The system has 512 MB of ram and > 10 GB of free space on the disk. No "yellow marks" ion device with the exception of the PXI advice Manager.

  I have several different devices PXI, 6608 timer, 4461, etc. 5406. None are detected PNP.

  This works: => Control Panel Add material etc.

  Device Manager-online-online 'New Hardware Detection' data acquisition devices does not work

  Whenever I put to update MAX, all PXI devices date back to be undetected, with a yellow exclamation point in Device Manager and MAX the device has an 'X' mark and a symbol of the plan.

  Repeat Controll notes-online hardware etc add the hardware and then things work very well from there once again.

  I tried to remove all cards except the 6608 timer, but it is still not detected.

  Any ideas? Is it possible that I miss some of the software components?

• OfficeJet 6800 will not be printed on cardstock

  I just bought an Officejet 6800 Premium, and it will not print on cardstock. I get a message "on paper." I followed all the troubleshooting steps, nothing helps. At the end of troubleshooting, it is said that, if the printer will print on paper plan but not on a specialty paper, the problem is the book, not the printer. There must be a solution to this problem. A printer this sophisticated (any printer, really) should be able to print on cardstock. I called technical support and the Republic did not know what cardstock, and when I explained, he told me that printing on cardstock is not in the product, if the printer should not be expected to do. There must be a solution. Ideas?

  PROBLEM SOLVED! Instead use the 'card' setting in the properties of the printer, use one for heavy weight paper.

• Searching for information on ink by using the EWS in Deskjets

  SAP (built-in web server) is a useful tool which is used in many ways related to the networking;  The SAP can provide information on Web Services and can also set Static IP and static DNS on the printer.

  But, if it is connected to the network via Ethernet or via a wireless connection with their Deskjet, it is also a great way to check the ink levels and number of pages.

  To access EWS of the printer.  Take the IP address of the printer and type it in a browser on the computer. The IP address can be found under settings wireless to the printer on display or on the Network Configuration report that can be printed.  I did my review on the 3510 Deskjet all in one printer for the purpose of this post. I hit just the wireless in the lower right button and that visualizes the settings of the IP address and SSID wireless.

  Once we've hit this address in the browser (in this case, I used Chrome), the integrated Web server opens to a screen that will show you some basic information on this page. It will be showing the ink levels estimated for the printer.  You can find that gauge ink also in the Tools tab, but it will give you more information than what is already displayed on the home screen.

  From the home page once you can click on the tab above titled "Tools". ""  This will load the product information page. This Page contains other useful information such as the current version of the printers firmware.   The firmware version is information that is sometimes required in the forum when we receive help to other members of the community.

  Product information page, go to the left column and click reports, then click on use the report.

  This report will be to use accumulated. It will give you a total number of pages, and then drop the use by:

  • Type of medium (paper or Photo paper plan)
  • Size of the media. (Letter, A4 and others)
  • At the bottom of this report, you can find information about how HABs and black cartridges have been used in the printer.

  So, for those who are connected by Ethernet or wireless to the printer; Here's another option to find information about the ink levels.  These steps and information listed are general guidelines.

• Update failed - could not happen on servers

  Hi, so a bit of back story that can be useful: about 4 days ago I open Premiere Pro that had been updated to the latest version (earlier I think) and two screens of my death. Long story short, I spent all day everything works again - which included 10 reset Windows completely.

  When I went back to work I could download CC, connect and download apps, but I cannot update ANY of them.

  The most important example for me is that I have Premiere Pro v9.0 (paper plane) but I can't open the projects I was working with before that I had to reset windows.

  I was online since that time - research forums and troubleshooting Articles, used the CC cleaning, DIY tool with firewall settings and tried another WiFi network. Also tried my two old machines that I had previously used. Nothing. "Impossible to get on the servers.

  Is anyway to get updates outside the creative cloud or save a project elsewhere, but for an older version first?

  4. any other thought or resources I could use to help guide my executives about the process.

  Most of the information I could glean from superficial research has been starting in 2013-2014 and seemed to be a little dated especially with the release of vRealize v6.x and vCAC.

  I took a different approach to our migration vCD.  I went to a route that starts from the principle that we want to re - use the same hardware and make a migration of style "in place".  I'm not looking to create machine model maps any multi for each virtual machine in a fair TIME will become a vm to stand alone in vCAC.  Workflows take a VAPP as the input and makes a loop on each virtual machine and follow these steps:

  Assumptions - vCAC has been implemented to manage resources that these virtual machines currently use in vCD and the virtual computers appear in the inventory vCAC as unmanaged vms.

  1. stop each vm

  2. vApp stop

  3. delete all snapshots

  4 consolidate records

  5. make a backup of the original .vmx file for each virtual machine.

  6 to update the configuration of virtual machine to remove the cloud.uuid value and update the value of displayName be vm name less the uuid of vCD.  It's ok to do in our environment, that it does not duplicate hostnames in use.

  7 unregister the virtual machine from vCenter

  8. create a new folder and vmx file and move the virtual disks to this new folder.

  9 save the new vmx (keep the UUID)

  10. rename the entity vm vCAC to match the name in vCenter

  11 run the workflow vCAC plugin named 'Import vCenter Virtual Machine.

  12 remove the VAPP vCD

  This process worked great for us.  I hope this helps.
