My files synchronize so that I can work on them from two different places.  How can I fix?

    I also tried to look for the coresync log file in the suggested location but this situation must not have been on a windows 10. Where can I find the logs on a windows 10 machine?

  • Impossible to get sync files to work

    I have a problem switching on file sync, which means that I have not been able to download anything on the market. When I select 'Enable File Sync' it just seems to think, then do nothing. Then when I go into the preferences, it says file synchronization is disabled. I do not see a file Adobe folder on my hard drive either by car. Help!

    For those who know these symptoms:

    • Adobe Creative Cloud is installed and running, but the files panel displays a generic ' welcome' screen.
    • If you haven't synced files before, you may be missing from the 'Creative Cloud Files' folder in your folder staff user.
    • If you have previously synchronized files, changes are not synchronized from the desktop to the cloud, or vice versa.

    Please, try the following:

    MAC

    1 leave the creative Cloud desktop application.

    2. in the Terminal, copy and paste this command:

    RM ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix

    3. start the creative Cloud desktop application and start the synchronization.

    WINDOWS

    1 leave the creative Cloud desktop application.

    2. open the start menu, type "cmd" in the search box, and then enter to start a command prompt.

    3 copy and paste this command at the command prompt:

    del %APPDATA%\Adobe\CoreSync\options.tix

    4. start the creative Cloud desktop application and start the synchronization.

  • Unable to sync files

    Dear community

    There are a number of files that reports the error "unable to sync files.

    I would like to delete these files, because I need is no longer in my desktop folder / online creative cloud.

    I use a Mac.

    Any ideas on how to delete the files?

    I tried the usual channels, but they seem to resurface.

    Unfortunately, your suggestions worked.

    I followed the procedure but the files reappear when I logged in CC via the office.

    Any other idea? It's very frustrating not being able to delete documents that are at the origin of the problems...

  • How it synchronizes work? where is the master sync file?

    When I use sync, where the master synchronization file is? The last two times I used sync, none of my favorites, history etc. have been transferred to the new Firefox. You want a new version of Windows 10. The other was a version of PCLINUX. both are on the same computer. Do I have to import/export instead of synchronization?

    1 sync "synchronizes" all selected data so that it is the same on all devices.

    2. the 'master' file is on the server synchronization, insofar as each device data are sent to the server, where the data is merged. Once each device is connected to the sync server, the data must be the same on each device and the same as on the server.

    3. the export / import will work to transfer bookmarks on a device, adding the existing bookmarks on the device. Do that more than once and you end up with a lot of duplicate bookmarks and folders of bookmarks; Unlike synchronization where bookmarks duplicate as a group.

    This is what iTunes installed on your computer?

    IPod is designed to be used with iTunes. Windows media player cannot sync with iPod shuffle, you must install the plugin for windows media player sync with iPod to third party.

    NOTE: Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be resolved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

    Check if the iPod shuffle is getting recognized in Device Manager.

    i. click Startand then click run.

    II. type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK. Open the Device Manager window.

    III. in the Device Manager search for the name of the device

    Go back with the results.

  • Smartphones blackBerry sync files non-media to BB "BOLD"

    I just spend a Windows Mobile PDA to my first BlackBerry (Bold).  With my PDA, I could also sync Excel and other types of files using ActiveSync.  If I edit the file Excel on my PC, ActiveSync would update the file on the PDA during the synchronization of the device.

    Is it possible to do this with BlackBerry and Roxio Media Manager or another method?  I managed to find a way to transfer files from the PC to the BlackBerry Excel, but I did not understand how to synchronize it if I make changes, other than having to remember that I changed the file and re - copy on the BB device manually.

    I have a file that has been deleted from my hard drive and creative cloud reminds me every 10 minutes so this could not be synchronized Nd5300467.jpg file.   • Get this error when I try to sync files to the cloud...

    Cannot create the creative Cloud Files folder.

    It is the place I'm going first.  Online help says to go here and then under file I can get into the creative Cloud Files folder location, but as you can see I don't have this option.  Only to hit the Start button the synchronization.

    Creative cloud file is not the destination, that it points to because this hard drive no longer exists.

    clicking Retry gives me the exact and same, error by clicking on restore does the same thing, but without the retry button.  Meanwhile, my creative Cloud App screen looks like this, (until I click on activate File Sync Off):

    I know where my Creative Cloud Files folder, I just don't know how to tell that the application of the CC.

    Just like image files, Collections are present on our servers until they are be synchronized there by your office. Lightroom Mobile does not act as a container of storage for your files. If that's what you're looking for, then Lightroom Mobile is not good service. If you placed your files in Online Creative Cloud storage space, you would always have access to your files because a full copy of files are downloaded it for download from anywhere else.

    Lightroom Mobile connects only to a catalog at a time. So, if you synchronize a catalog and go to another computer and try downloading these files it would not work. You must configure the Lightroom on the other computer to synchronize with Mobile and it loses the connection to Lightroom on the first computer and all the files that have been sync mobile would disappear.

    before I updated my CC until 2015, my file sync folder was amazing - I have seen small 'Download progress icon' according to icon file, I could press right click and use "share link" etc. And now after the update it behaves just like regular windows folder...     In the meantime please you can try the following steps, to help you synchronize again:

    1. Backup your creative cloud files folder by copying it to another location outside of this hierarchy of file.
    2. Rename the following file
      1. for windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\OOBE\ffc to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\OOBE\ffc.old (this will save you having to uninstall other Adobe products)
      2. for mac: users/shared/Adobe/OOBE/ffc to Users/Shared/Adobe/OOBE/ffc.old
    3. The application of creative cloud from the control panel
    4. Download and reinstall the creative application of cloud from here. https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
    5. This will be re-download the cloud assets and you need resolve any discrepancies between your backup folder and the folder of files of creative cloud.

    If this path is not supported we need to configure a connection session where we can share your desktop session - what time suits you
